Zeeks is amazing- and in my opinion- the Redmond Zeeks is the best Zeeks around. My company ordered 30 pizzas for a work event and the pizza showed up right when we asked them to and the pizza was so good. The Buffalo Soldier was my favorite, and my husband loves their wings. I would highly recommend Zeeks in Redmond, and our company will be ordering from them again. Everything we ordered was delivered and was correct. The pizzas were good. But they charged me the extra tip $25 without my permission after I already paid the tip $18 for $114.5 order online. I was shocked when I saw the charge on my credit card and tried to call and ask back refund for my company's expense report. I called and emailed many times and got their promises to get back to me soon, but have not gotten this resolved. It has been almost 2 months since I ordered the pizzas online from Zeeks. The food itself is amazing!!!! However the dining area seems to be suffering an internal struggle, deciding if the place is a sports bar or family dinner. There are TO MANY televisions always running sports, which are great in moderation, however when it's easier to look at a tv then my faking you resulting in an overcrowded trashy bar feel mixed with minors and children you try to ignore but can't . If I wanted to watch tv while I eat I'll order delivery and avoid the dine in option all together. Worst interior design I've seen. Live close by and love pizza but have serious gluten issues. These guys offer a 12 inch gluten free crust for $3 addition to regular pricing. So a medium pizza was 28.50 and I tipped the guy $2. They make the gluten free crust super thin, like cracker crust. Crust was not bad tasting, but no where near 12" and toppings extremely sparse. Was no where near $30 worth of food. For half the price and more generous toppings I would have given them 4 stars. The inside/outside dining look very comfortable and great beer selection which my friends could enjoy. Solid value for take out pizza, but by no means the best pizza in Seattle. The pepperoni pizza was solid, and the pizza was ready on time. Not the greatest Pizza for the price. But, location location location. Solid service. Thin crust was actually thin and baked perfectly. It wasn't baked to a crisp. The Tree hugger was a vegetable overload with the pie being an excuse - me likes. Breadsticks were good with Ranch dip. The first time I ordered from Zeeks Pizza in Redmond was on 12/12/16. I ordered a large Chèvre Roast with chicken, onions and spinach. I was charged $37.20 and when the pizza came I was impressed with size & quality of the pie. That pizza was huge and was really too big for just myself so I figured I would get a medium next time. On 12/29/16 I ordered my second pizza from Zeeks and this time I ordered a medium Chèvre Roast with chicken, onions, spinach, mozzarella and I substituted the goat cheese with feta instead. I was charged $33.56 and when that pizza came it was big (not as big as the large) and was tasty... I was happy!! NOW the problems start when I ordered my third pie from Zeeks! On 1/6/17 at 9:20 p.m. I called and ordered the exact same medium pizza as last time (12/29/16) and was charged $36.67. When the pizza came the driver had me sign, then he pulled out this small box and right away I noticed that the weight and size of this pie was NOT a medium but a small! So I asked the driver about it and he gave me the runaround. I called Zeeks to explain that they made a mistake and they gave me the runaround as well. Needless to say Im very upset with Zeeks Pizza and will not be ordering anymore because they refused to correct the problem. They must think Im stupid or something!!! Saturday night. Empty. My large salad had almost no toppings. $8 worth of lettuce. The pizza was adequate. We've been to Kirkland lots of times. Much better vibe, food tastes fresher, better and the salads have toppings. Go there instead. read more

Don't use their online ordering portal. It took almost two hours for delivery for a lunch meeting. Then the delivery driver was surly about the whole thing. One person told me the pizza was "on the way" then when I called back I was told that it was going to be another thirty minutes. Lots of angry people. Guess we'll use Domino's next time. read more

Zeeks is discriminating kids!!! I made a reservation on 4pm, Oct 172015, a week ahead of the time, for a group of Soccer kids(18 11-12 year old boys plus parents). At 10am on Oct 17, they called me to tell me that it is such unfortunate they have to cancel our reservation and want us to find another restaurant for our event. When asked why, the supervisor said there is a new shift of cooks and won't think they would be able to serve us well. I responded said it is fine, we won't mind. I even explain to them that we are done with games by 1pm and all kids are cleaned up and really to have some nice pizzas in your place. BUT she said, there is a fire code requirement that they can not have a group of customers more than 20. Hmmm, they did not know I am a licensed architect, fire code limits on total occupancy not by group. So I asked how many people can the dining area accommodate? She has no clue. I explained to her about the fire code requirement. I bet she must look bad if she has a mirror in front of her, basically she lied. Then she said, well you guys would be seated by the entrance to the bar! I said then we can sit on the upper sitting area. Then she said, well we actually has another group coming. I told her but I booked it a week ago, and when I booked there was no other people reserve at that hour!, She insist that I must find another place or be happy to have us go to Issaquah Zeeks! What? We live in Redmond, simply because you decided to kick us out because there maybe other better customers and ask us to go 10 miles to Issaquah branch! Thank you Zeeks, you definitely be selective of your customers. You are discriminating kids being in your restaurant! Shame on you! Too bad I can not select negative star rating on this site! You will get no supports of all the parents in this group. Hopefully all parents who have kids will read this comment and decide skip going to your restaurant. Service is slow, but the place does not look crowded at all. The bar is small. The servers doesn't know what they are doing. Two months ago i went there, it was the summer, and we sat outdoor, we were the first there, two to three other tables came along, then we saw they got their food but we were still waiting. They knew they made a mistake, came and told us it will be coming, never apologize nor offer us a free drink or discount. Buffalo Soldier. Best. Pizza. Ever. Although Zeke's is slower than other chains when delivering it is well worth the wait for me. I don't order anywhere else now. My favorites are the Buffalo Soldier and the Yeti. I order Zeke's weekly and have yet to have a bad pizza from them. In really rare instances, I have been known to order it 3x a week. Came in waiting for haircut appointment at Rudy's salon, which is awesome, but this was the first time at Redmond zeeks, it was empty aside for a few patio diners. Sat in the bar watching the Barcelona juventus match, and I'm glad I did. Had the wild greens salad which was perfect, not too much dressing, just enough blue cheese, perfect! Buffalo wings were effing delicious, great service, they waited till they noticed I was done with my beer, field 41 pale, and offered another at the right moment, great job. I don't live in King County anymore, but when I come back on vacation I ALWAYS make a point to come to this Zeek's Pizza in Redmond. I have always had the best service when coming here. The staff is very friendly, the pizza is amazing, and the atmosphere is very nice. There is an outdoor patio as well with a few tables for when the weather is nice.
