I should have been suspect…read moreright away when they talked trash about the other local dealer/installers but I went with the convenience of on site installation and now regret it. They showed up as planned on 3/21/2024 and did a decent job but did not complete the installation. I was informed that whom ever installed the last radio messed things up and they were now missing parts. Mark said that Heather is great at finding parts and would help me locate the missing dash parts then they left. The cost to me was $1114.94. Roughly $500 for the new radio and $600 for an installation kit and labor. I supplied them with detailed info on the existing install along with pictures ahead of time to make sure they knew what was on my end and felt assured the job would go great but I was wrong. On 6/2/2024, 1:45pm I emailed their office asking where we were at with completing the install and notifying them that 1 of the power ports that worked when they arrived did not work when they left. ~3:15pm Mark called and repeated what he said on 3/21 about the last installer messing things up. The more we talked, the louder he got. Once I realized the conversation was not going anywhere I informed him that I would be writing a bad review. He went psycho and began to threaten me and my property, insisting that I meet him at my house to settle things. The call was on speaker phone which I notified him of and there were several witnesses. He was getting more violent so I ended the call. ~3:24pm Mark called back threatening to press charges saying that I touched his wife inappropriately during the installation 9 weeks earlier. I ended the call. On 6/3/2024 I filed a report with the Pennsylvania State Police. Incident number PA 2024-735926. The Trooper said he would be calling ASAP and agreed to let them know I will complete the installation myself and want no farther contact with them.

Well to my disappointment the prices were out of my range and the timing to get it done was February 2024. I made 1 last call this time to ASAP, and to my surprise the cost was very reasonable and they were able to get it done by December 28, they even came to my work location and completed the job during my work shift. So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! They did a nice job cleaning before installing the tint (sort of like painting, prep is important). Pretty funny crew, had a couple laughs while the work was getting done. Seems like they can get a little busy and it is just a few people, so be patient on the phone. I would take any future vehicles there. I'll update the review if I run into any problems with the tint, but I really don't expect any.

Does not look professional. Update: owner responded (probably his receptionist) apologizing for the quality of work but has not offered to fix it? Also, many reviews speak on how friendly Moe was with them. With me, he was stoic and did not give off the same friendly, warm vibes I read of in the comments. When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. And his shop was papered with Trump banners and signs. Not sure if political views affected the quality of his work towards me or not. But Buyer Beware.

They told me upfront that they needed the car for 3 - 4 days since they had to ship the ignition harness to Chicago to have the spare key installed in the harness. Four days later my car was done so I went to their new location in West Chester to pick it up. They were very good at explaining how the new system worked except it only worked on a part-time basis, sometimes it started and some times it did not. After several phone calls to Chicago it turned out that I need to replace the car battery since mine was 4 years old and too weak to power the system. After replacing my battery the system works perfectly! The service that Tier One provided was top notch, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and at a fair price. So now I can remotely start my car with the key or using by Droid phone. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a remote starter put in their car. My next purchase from them will be a sound-deadening system that eliminates road noise.

I had looked up places to have a radio installed and with my laziness I decided to see if I could text the number that came up. This gentleman is responsive and helpful! He fit me in on the weekend, which got me back up and running before the week starts. He fixed my fuse that I blew, removed my old radio and installed the new head unit in 1.25 hours! I replied that there was no rush and I offered to text him with my details and let him get back to me when he had time. I never heard from him again. I called him @9:55 2 June I sent the text @10:00 2 June. I followed up with a call, left voice mail on 8 June @12:50 I don't want to do a one star, but I *did* try to support a local business. He just wouldn't call back.
