I called on a Saturday about 20 mins before they closed. I spoke to Mike and told him I needed a radio installed within one day because I was going on a road trip. I also told him that I don't have all the parts and would need him to order a specialized dash kit. He quoted me a price that matched the price on Amazon. Some other places wanted to charge an extra $100 for this part. He told me he could have the part ready on Monday and assured me that everything would be installed and ready to go for my trip. Then he stayed on the phone with me to check that I had all the proper additional parts for the install. He put me in touch with Josh. Josh stayed in contact with me throughout the weekend and got the install done right when he said he would on Monday. The install price was more than reasonable and the new radio works great. The install itself could not have been more professional. I'm not always a demanding PITA customer I promise. But, this weekend I needed a job done right and done fast. I originally had a Car Stereo installed at Best Buy over a year ago. The Stereo has been fine, but the speakers in my Jeep were not. The Best Buy tech never mentioned my poor Speakers until I picked up the Jeep. ============= I took my Jeep to Creative Autosound in June to have new Speakers installed. I just got a new radio put into my 2011 Hyundai Sonata limited because my previous radio stopped working about 6-7 months ago. After getting tired of using a Bluetooth speaker in my car and phone as my radio I finally decided to reach out to Creative Autosound to get the job done. Excellent work by these folks! I took my vehicle in for the reverse backup camera installation. I found them to be thorough professionals with a great deal of knowledge about their work. Not only did they do a great job fixing my backup camera, they also fixed in my stereo set (I had done a lousy job attempting to fix it in myself). I had called in in advance to inquire. Mike patiently asked me the right questions and estimated that the work would take about an hour and a half. They completed the work within an hour. We had a hearty chat through this time. Spoke to the owner about my situation and got me an appointment right away. I wanted to just have the wires for an amp ran from the radio to the trunk. I will be adding the amp myself. Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also pointed out some mistakes made by the company that installed my radio for a much higher price than it should have been and wasn't a high quality installed with how the wires were wrapped and connected. He also took the time to check the sound and realized they had wired the high pass filter through all my speakers and they sounded like crap. He anchored the radio in my dashboard properly because again my original installation was not done properly. My only regret is not waiting to have him do my 7 installation. read more

Josh and Mike are top notch and the most honest installers around. I was in Pennsylvania visiting family in my RV and wanted to know if they could do an upgrade install. Mike and Josh were amazing!!! I just got a car for my wife and the radio was basically dead so I decided to buy an after market radio.We also installed a back up camera for a reasonable price. It turned out the after market radio wouldn't fit so we had to find a different solution. Creative Autosound is a father and son team that just finished my wife's Ford F150 stero install and had already done a great job on my Nissan Altima. We had JVC media players with wireless carplay put in both vehicles and a new backup cam for the truck. They did a great job on everything. I highly recommend them for electronics or anything audio related for your vehicle. Had a remote start installed by Josh on my 2018 VW Tiguan. They installed an iDatalink HCX000A with Compustar RF-2WT9FM 2-Way LCD 3000ft Remote. I can use the remote and factory remote to start the car. Install was about 3 hours (make sure if you have a Tiguan the delay start is 3-5 seconds).
