They did a great job on my truck and they wash it and vacuum it out. I would recommend them for doing collision service

Great Company, great owner. Super kind. Owner has worked on my car twice and has provided nothing but great work and hospitality.

I have never written a review, but the outstanding experience from start to finish regarding the repair of my damaged car needs the community's recognition. Steve, the owner, was extremely professional, courteous and responsive to my particular situation. He is clearly very attentive to detail as shown in his comprehensive assessment of my car's damages and the clean, tidy and organized shop environment. The repairs were completed in a very prompt and timely manner, much earlier than I could have ever expected. The quality of his craftsmanship and workmanship was impeccable; he even took the extra time and effort to wash and clean my vehicle. Without any hesitation whatsoever I would highly recommend Masselle's. I hope I am never again in a car accident, but if I am, there is no question as to where I will go to have my car repaired - you would be crazy to take your car anywhere else! By the way, I am not a family member! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Steve and his team to fix my Mazda Miata that was backed into. As I had just gotten the car, I was pretty bummed out when it was hit. I immediately took it to Masselle's right near my home due to the stellar reviews. Steve was kind, thoughtful, informative, and totally on top of the process. He ensured that OEM parts were replaced correctly and really made me feel like my Miata was his Miata with how much he wanted it to "be right." I know it's nothing new or fancy, but it meant the world to me that Steve made me feel valued and appreciated what the car means to me! The work is unbelievably well-done, even considering the paint color was limited to about 1500 cars, it's a perfect match! Steve, thanks for keeping my Miata on the road; looking forward to seeing you in the neighborhood! read more

I hit a Deer on Christmas Night and got my Insurance info the first week of January. I had major surgery on the 15th , so I dropped my car off, not knowing when I could pick it back up. Not only did they do an amazing job on my vehicle, but when Steve found out I couldn't drive and was having a hard time arranging for someone to pick it up, he had it delivered into my driveway for me ! That's how you get a customer for life ! THANK YOU! read more

Unfortunately I've had to go to Masselles a couple times due to car damage and every single time the service was excellent and repairs were perfect. The car looked brand new. Steve is accommodating, friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend Masselles for all of your auto body needs. read more

I've been given the unfortunate pleasure to review this fine auto body shop. My car has gone through many repair services throughout the 5 years I've had it, and Masselle's has always treated it like it's a Lamborghini instead of a 2000 Subaru Legacy (with over 100,000 miles). They do a thorough job with any repairs and go above and beyond by cleaning the entire interior and exterior so your car welcomes you back as shiny as ever. I also feel the need to emphasize that Masselle's is not like those auto body shops where you drop your car off for one thing and end up having a convenient/suspicious wiring issue. Masselle's does quality work on many types of models and various years, but more importantly they do work fast. My car needed a fender and headlight repair, but after several hit-and-runs (NOT ON MY PART), I asked if they could also do some cosmetic surgery on my poor little Subaru. Steve, the owner, said it wouldn't cost that much more. All-in-all, it took 3 days and my Subaru looked and sounded better than when I first bought it. Furthermore, the staff is very communicative, which makes for an easy and trustworthy experience. You can tell that Masselle's truly takes pride in their work. read more

I put a HUGE boneheaded dent in the drivers side in our beloved 2010 Subaru Impreza wagon. Literally the first time I ever bent or scratched a car in my life. Totally my fault, totally my own stupidity. UGH! Masselle's was busy over the summer and between work and vacation and this this being a purely a cosmetic dent, I waited until they had an opening for me. I brought the car by on Sunday and by Thursday afternoon it looked better than new. Seriously, I think good auto body shops like this have some sort of black magic or deal with the devil to fix cars. Maybe a real life Photoshop spot healing tool or something. Steve was a great guy to chat with, seemed very honest and straightforward, and the car hadn't looked so good since, well, ever! (We bought it used initially...) Very clean and professional looking shop, we're very happy with the work, I feel the price was fair, and the repair looks phenomenal - a perfect paint match on what I can only imagine is a very difficult color to work with. Would highly recommend Masselle's if you ever screw up your car (or somebody screws it up for you...) read more

I was rear ended last month and I had to go through the other driver's insurance to have my car fixed. Out of the list of auto body shops they provided me with, Masselle's had the best reviews. I am glad my husband and I decided to listen and go with them. The process was very easy and they did a wonderful job. It was done quickly and my car looks as good as new. read more

Our car was in a bad way, within about a thousand dollars of being totaled after an accident involving a large deer. Masselle's Auto Body set it all right again. The extensive body & paint work required was done perfectly. I mean it's invisible from any line of sight & in all types of light, just as it should be. Wait, it gets better: The owner, Steve handled all details with the insurance company, managed to source original body panels for our not so common Fiat coupe and had the entire repair completed in just a week. If your car is in need of such TLC, I highly recommend calling Masselle's Auto Body. Steve and his team are a pleasure to work with... honest people who truly know their craft. read more

This is the third Subaru we have serviced for body work by Steve Masselle and his team. The workmanship continues to amaze me. The team worked on our 2011 Subaru Forester XT for a front bumper, fog light, and radiator repair. The body work is flawless. It is very difficult to find an auto body shop with such attention to detail. I have never been disappointed by Steve and his team. Thanks, Nick read more

Such a great service and a great team at Masselle's! They got my truck looking even better than the day I bought it. Awesome body work and paint, and was there to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend read more

Steve is awesome. As someone else mentioned, Steve handled everything from start to finish, insurance company and all. Car was beautiful, flawless, clean. Perfect. Even made sure we got OEM replacement for my BMW. Highly recommend. Can't say enough great things. First time using, but won't be the last. read more

Very impressed with Steve Masselle's Auto Body. My brand new car was hit and I was devastated to have to have the entire passenger side repaired and repainted. It looks like it did when I picked it up from the dealership. And it was fixed over a week early from the estimate. Steve took care of State Farm for me and the process was simple. I would highly recommend this shop. read more

Thankfully this was my first time needing an auto body place. My daughter was hit while parked on the back passenger corner end. Steve said it would take 2 days and in the middle of day 2, called to say it was ready. Due to traffic I was about 15 minutes later than when he would normally close - but he stayed until I arrived w/ my rental. So glad I didn't have to come back the next morning. Very happy with the results and the professional manner in which he dealt with myself and the way I saw him talk w/ others who were in and out. If I ever need work done, I will definitely be coming here. read more

If you like working with a professional who is efficient, honest and delivers on time, then you want to go to Masselle's auto body. My 2010 Hyundai Accent got rear ended and almost totaled. I have no experience with auto body shops and was delighted when I arrived to a clean, well run business. Steve, the owner, is very professional and handled everything for me from the rental car pickup, dealing with the insurance agency to fixing my car better than it was before the accident. His work is meticulous. I highly recommend going to Masselle's for your auto body needs, especially if you want an effortless, pleasant experience. You can trust Steve to repair your car so it looks brand new. read more

I hit a pole in a parking garage denting the front passenger fender on my wife's brand new Audi Q7 (4 mos old). The damage extended slightly to the front door enough so you couldn't open the door fully without hearing a cracking/snapping noise. I decided to get an estimate from Masselle's based on reviews online. Once I met Steve (the owner) I immediately felt like I was in good hands and decided to go with him for the repair. Steve was very courteous, sincere, and cared about me and my car. He was very sensitive to the timing of the repairs, and worked around my schedule to get the job done. When I picked up the car I was amazed with the work he did. The car looked like it rolled off the showroom floor as I could not tell any difference from when I bought it. Thank you Steve for being such a professional and putting me at ease through the whole process. I have never had to get body work done in my 24 years of driving and hopefully never will have to again, but if I ever did I would be back. Highly recommended! read more

I have been dealing with Masselle's Autobody for over 15 years and they always do a fantastic job. I recommend them to everyone I know, and I would never think of taking my car anywhere else. I have had all 3 of my cars there - a 1992 Honda Prelude, a 2003 Nissan Maxima, and my 2011 Acura MDX. Every car that Masselle's has fixed has come out looking like it was brand new. I can't recommend them strongly enough, very good guys that do great work. read more

Honest, fair, reasonable rates. What more can you ask for when getting bodywork done? Nothing more. I decided to go to Masselle's based on yelp reviews. You guys did NOT fail me. Had an incident at work that left my Jeep needing repairs, took the jeep to the shop to get an estimate. Estimate came quickly and encompassed all of the work needed done. Scheduled drop off with Steve and left my baby in his hands. The repair was completed on time and professionally as I expected after reading reviews. I noticed a couple of VERY small blemishes which Steve corrected before I picked up the following day. During the same time, the girlfriend got hit and needed repairs, so we scheduled with Steve for the following week. Even though it was an "insurance job" Steve took the time to walk her through the repairs, what was done and the costs associated. In addition he did the job right, as well as flawlessly. Steve and crew will be getting all of our body repair needs in the future. read more

Could not be happier with our experience! This was our first time using Masselle's Auto Body and should we need service of this nature again, we absolutely will return. Their customer service is spot-on and their work is even better. Cannot recommend enough! read more

We had an unfortunate accident caused by driver error in exiting the gas station and crushed the left side rocker panel. We dropped the car off as we left for vacation and when we returned from vacation the car was ready! Steve and his crew did a great job, handled all the insurance stuff, and our car looks like it never happened. This is the first time out of 3 auto body adventures in my life that the car was ready when they said it would be. Masselle's is a great shop, run by friendly people and I highly recommend them. read more

After denting and cracking the rear bumper on our brand new van (see 2 pics of our silver minivan), I took it to Masselle's based on their numerous 5 star reviews here on Yelp. Met Steve who was really friendly and provided a very reasonable written quote on the spot. Their shop is very clean and well maintained. I booked the repairs right away. Dropped it off and was surprised to get a call that it was done a day before it was supposed to be. The bumper looks perfect, the paint was an exact match and the van was vacuumed and washed as well! I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received at Masselle's. I really hope I don't need many more auto body experiences but I know where to go if I do. A hidden treasure of Bucks County for sure! read more

Steve and his crew are excellent craftsman. They perfectly matched several "tricky" paint colors on 2 of my Honda vehicles over the past 10 years and recently offered great advice about some minor damage on my present Honda vehicle- he actually talked me out of doing the work! This guy cares about doing the job right. Steve Masselle has always taken the time to personally inspect my vehicle damage and to suggest the best approach to making the appropriate repairs. His prices are reasonable and he has integrity. I don't even bother getting estimates anywhere else. read more

I first went to Masselles based on the great reviews on Google and it did not dissapoint. I met with Steve, the owner of the shop and you can immediately tell he cares about the quality and workmanship of his work. A genuinely nice person too who provides quality work and customer service. I had front and rear-end damage. The insurance would have provided after-market parts, however, thanks to Steve, he fought for the original manufacture parts. My car looks great. Even better than it did pre-accident. It is hard to find people who are genuine, honest and cares about quality work and customer satisfaction. Thank you Steve. --Rose read more

We too found Steve via Yelp reviews and could not have been happier with the end results. After a decent size accident I brought in my 09 Nissan Altima to him with not much hope. Steve took a look at it, asked if he could keep while he researched parts and eventually gave it back to me looking better than new. His shop is well maintained, turnaround time was great and overall he's a really nice guy. He even took the time to remove wheel locks on my car after I picked it up because I couldn't find the key. I was so impressed with his professionalism and service that I have recommended him to everyone I know! I would definitely recomend Masselle's Auto Body!!! read more

After a very trying and long day I got into my car and started backing up not paying any attention to the rear view camera or side view mirrors (mind on other things) and backed into a cement light post base. Well now I had the need for auto body repair for my 2 year old car and went to Masselle's based upon current reviews and recommendations that I saw online. Their estimate for the work was very reasonable after comparing prices and I ultimately brought my car there. I was very pleased with the result. The work was delivered on the timeline stated and at the quoted price. It was easy to work with Steve and overall the experience was Amazing. Steve and his team did a tremendous job repairing and restoring my Subaru to its beautiful new state. , I hope I don't have to use them again too soon but for anyone who needs work done I would strongly encourage you to bring your car here. I certainly would use them again in the future. I highly recommend them! read more
