McElroy's a is a family owned and operated business. It's obvious by their craftsmanship they take pride in the work. They worked on my car twice: once when someone backed into my door and then a second time when someone side swiped my suv. Both times I got the vehicle back in excellent condition. The paint matched perfectly! There was a small mechanical issue that wasn't discovered until after I got the vehicle back. I notified them of the problem, it was determined it was the result of the accident, and they contacted the insurance co. and the part was replaced. I would definitely recommend them. read more

My car was hit by a panel van in November 2018 (i have a honda civic/2door) and I was able to use Bill's shop to repair per the insurance. They went through the insurance quote and found a few errors and I didn't have to deal with it, they did that for me. They were the nicest group of people! They handled my rental for me and the work is guaranteed. They are local, and I prefer to support our local businesses. They cleaned my car, inside and out and of course, my car looks great!. They had a service call me a few weeks after to see if I was satisfied. They are doing it right, from the beginning to the end. This review is so overdue! I'm so sorry that I cannot recall the first time I received the excellent service from this AWESOME group of people, but no matter what the reason, the kindness, care, and concern for me, members of my family, etc. who had a need for car repairs, Mr. McElroy and his crew have always repaired and cared for our cars in such a careful and professional way, that every time we were in need of body repairs from an accident or when a deer decided to jump in front of my car when my car was being used by someone other than myself (I have never been the driver when these many accidents have occurred!) when it came time for the need of an Auto Body shop that was nearest to our home, by a Google search from our insurance company, Bill McElroy's Auto Body shop was the first to pop up, and due to the reviews that were on that page, and that the shop was literally a hop and skip away from our home, we made the decision to try them out! After recommendation from my Ace Mechanic, I took my pampered Mazda MX5 to McElroy's to have the hood repainted after it was badly stained by a defective car cover. Couldn't be buffed out, I tried. They are so busy I had to wait a few weeks, but it was well worth it. What a class act. Not only did I get a 1st class paint job, but they washed it and did the tires and wheels. Highly recommend! I've often gone past McElroy's Auto Body several times, and admired the cleanliness of the shop and the cars on site. The "curb appeal" suggests quality workmanship. I had the occasion to visit this location earlier in the week, as I had a piece of door molding come loose from faulty detail work done elsewhere. I fully expected a to make an appointment for another date to do the repair. Instead, I was greeted by two very nice people, (who I failed to get the names of) who took care of me right away! I was met by Eric, an auto body professional with a friendly customer service demeanor that is seldom seen in this type of industry. Eric took his time and great care in removing, straightening, and reapplying my door molding. When finished, I could not believe the price!
