When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and Patrick and Bob generously stayed with me for an extra 90 minutes at their desk after the closing time passed in order to answer all of my questions and assauge my anxieties. I bought the thing, and lo and behold, the CD player cannot play CDs correctly. On CDs of 70 minutes of length or longer, you'd be lucky if this CD player gets through the last 10 minutes of the CD without the sound dropping out for a moment, even when the CD is pristine.

So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! Who knew that trying to get a remote starter for my 2016 E350 Mercedes would be such a challenge…read more After contacting a number of manufacturers who all told me that the product does not exist i talked to the people at Tier One and they found the one company who makes a remote starter for my car. They told me upfront that they needed the car for 3 - 4 days since they had to ship the ignition harness to Chicago to have the spare key installed in the harness. Four days later my car was done so I went to their new location in West Chester to pick it up. They were very good at explaining how the new system worked except it only worked on a part-time basis, sometimes it started and some times it did not. After several phone calls to Chicago it turned out that I need to replace the car battery since mine was 4 years old and too weak to power the system. After replacing my battery the system works perfectly! The service that Tier One provided was top notch, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and at a fair price. So now I can remotely start my car with the key or using by Droid phone. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a remote starter put in their car. My next purchase from them will be a sound-deadening system that eliminates road noise.

How dare a woman tell him not to adjust things! He started arguing with me, claiming that his chest would be up against the steering wheel, even though he and I were the same height and he only had 10' to move my vehicle. It was hilarious. I finally walked away and sat to begin my wait, knowing the kindergarten arguments he was making would be fueled by any response I made. The correct response to ANYONE asking that cabin settings NOT be changed is "No problem." When I left to go home, all my mirrors had been changed, my radio station changed... Guess he showed me. A day later, I felt I had paid more than I expected to pay. Sure enough, although the stem valves were included in my package, he charged me $10 per tire for stem valves, $40 extra. This guy just could NOT have a woman telling him what to do, so he stuck it to me. I drove back and was extremely gracious, asking him if a mistake had been made, pointing out what was included in my package then the $40 extra I was charged. He carefully scanned the invoice and finally said, "Yes. It was a mistake." I replied that everybody makes mistakes, knowing this guy wanted me to know he was the boss and I had no right to tell him what to do. There was another employee witnessing this exchange. I wonder if he was a superior of the employee who was so hell - bent on screwing me because I dared to instruct him to leave my cabin settings untouched. If you are a woman, beware, stand up for yourself, then carefully check your invoice for "mistakes" and over charges. Better yet, go elsewhere. I am hoping the wheels and tires were installed properly and that this man's insecurity does not put me in danger. Can't be sure.
