Had a bit of an issue with a backup camera (mostly because I am particular and not because of their workmanship), went back about a week later, and one of the guys there helped me out and we found out a solution. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and Patrick and Bob generously stayed with me for an extra 90 minutes at their desk after the closing time passed in order to answer all of my questions and assauge my anxieties. Their passion for the products I bought (all Sony) and their technical knowledge blew me away. They have been with the company for a very long time. By the time I left the store, I saw them as friends of mine, almost even good friends. Both of them are very genuine. I felt a lot of trust with them. And their installation team will be coming soon to my home to put everything in.

Now, take note, FOR $600, I CANNOT BUY A CD PLAYER THAT WORKS TODAY, at least not from Denon. It's not the closest drive so im gonna find a more local shop. im disappointed and will have to spend more money to correct it. Found bad air bubbles and a hair inside the cured tint. Does not look professional. Update: owner responded (probably his receptionist) apologizing for the quality of work but has not offered to fix it? Also, many reviews speak on how friendly Moe was with them. With me, he was stoic and did not give off the same friendly, warm vibes I read of in the comments. When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! They get a A++++++ from me!!! Kudos to Rose and Ian for making my 1st time experience a pleasurable one!!!

Who knew that trying to get a remote starter for my 2016 E350 Mercedes would be such a challenge…read more After contacting a number of manufacturers who all told me that the product does not exist i talked to the people at Tier One and they found the one company who makes a remote starter for my car. They told me upfront that they needed the car for 3 - 4 days since they had to ship the ignition harness to Chicago to have the spare key installed in the harness. Four days later my car was done so I went to their new location in West Chester to pick it up. They were very good at explaining how the new system worked except it only worked on a part-time basis, sometimes it started and some times it did not. After several phone calls to Chicago it turned out that I need to replace the car battery since mine was 4 years old and too weak to power the system. After replacing my battery the system works perfectly! The service that Tier One provided was top notch, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and at a fair price. So now I can remotely start my car with the key or using by Droid phone. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a remote starter put in their car. My next purchase from them will be a sound-deadening system that eliminates road noise.

It was, and remains, a completely valid reason. He had some family issues to attend to and I agree that is more important. Unfortunately, his demeanor towards me since then has been confrontational. Rich has demanded that I remove this review and threatened to involve a lawyer in the matter. I have been nothing but understanding with him. Posting truthful and non-slanderous information to a public forum on the Internet regarding this business is protected under the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States (see: Reno v. ACLU). In addition, I am of the opinion that Yelp! reviews are supposed to be honest reviews from customers regarding their interactions with businesses. I understand that Rich is upset about my leaving a 1-star review on his business. That is why I gave him three stars and the opportunity to earn my trust back. As I told him, judging by the other reviews on his business, he should have easily been able to earn some cash and get his other two stars. He chose not to do so. Instead, he threatened me with legal action for leaving an honest review of my interaction with his business on a public site. My final comment on this business is a word of caution to other potential customers. Rich is an interesting guy. If you are not prepared to be berated for disagreeing with his views on public discourse, I might suggest looking for a different installer, which is a shame because I hear he does good work.
