Seated promptly. Examined the salad bar (former hallmark of Ruby Tuesday) devastated 2 hours before closing with no plan to refresh. Server was pleasant but harried having to cover to many tables. Ordered burgers. Food was properly prepared and tasty. Server appeared suddenly and says "our card reader has crashed and hope you have cash. " We had barely enough to cover the tab and ended up Venmo the tip. Quite funny said we could go to ATM and return to pay. Only real disappointment was the salad bar.

No one was at the front, and I had to call out for someone simply to be acknowledged. Once seated, our server never introduced themselves or provided their name. The floors were sticky and slippery as though they needed to be mopped. After 10 minutes of waiting while no one was in the restaurant, they finally seated us. I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup, which arrived lukewarm. The cheese was unmelted, and the soup itself was bland and watery--very much like it came straight from a reheated bag rather than being freshly prepared. The salad bar was also underwhelming, with very minimal options available. To add to the inconvenience, there were no salt or pepper shakers on the table. Overall service was lacking. There was little attentiveness to our table throughout the meal, and it took an unusually long time just to receive the bill at the end. This location has definite room for improvement in both service and food quality.

You literally can make limitless combos to have your salad exactly as you want. All dressings are made in-house, which is pretty impressive. You can order a rice bowl with ingredients, too. On my first visit, I ordered a small spinach salad with grilled salmon. As toppings, I added chopped red onion, shredded carrot, pineapple, mandarin oranges, blueberries, chopped strawberries, chopped beet, blue cheese, sliced avocado, dried cranberries with their in house made raspberry vinaigrette. It was literally one of the most delicious salads I've ever had. I was so stuffed from the generous portion that I didn't need dinner. On my second visit, I got a veggie wrap with grilled chicken, chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, shredded carrot, blue cheese, sliced avocado. I got the in-house buttermilk ranch dressing on the side (and ended up not using it-sandwich was amazing without it). I was asked if I wanted chicken warmed (I didn't) and I was amazed at the skill of the preparer who was able to tightly wrap the ginormous quantity of ingredients into the wrap and halve it. I only ate half my sandwich so I have lunch for tomorrow. Win-win. The black cherry tarragon soda was so good as was the Italian lemon soda. Their soups sounded great as did their desserts. The staff was so friendly and helpful. (Don't forget to tip!) The tvs on the walls show cool food art being made. I mean, this poor little lady couldn't see the stall which was directly in front of her and the employee pretended she couldn't even hear her asking for help. Mismanagement is an understatement.
