It's mainly the employees chatting and not paying attention to detail, like you're inconveniencing them by ordering. It sucks. I wouldn't order here unless my husband specifically wanted it. I told him if he wants wings next time I'm ordering somewhere else. Maybe their training program can use a revamp. Huzzah! The River of Water on the floor in front of the zoda pop machine iz gone! They were clozed for a while and had a dumpster in the parking lot so I assumed they were remodeling or something, but it looks the exzact same inside. Zervice is still typically counter service, but their tenderz are still pretty good. The app routinely has good dealz like BOGOs, and it's hard not to take advantage. Other Zaxby's in Orlando seem nicer and the food is better, but this one is catching up. read more

First timer at Zaxby's & I'd be open to try other things on the menu! Their boneless wings are pretty skimpy and not big enough like I'm used to. The hot honey mustard flavor was good, not much heat, but there could've been more! The fries have a good flavor with whatever seasoning is sprinkled on them (fan of non-plain fries). Food was fresh per online ordering and service was ready upon request. Their garlic toast can't beat Raising Canes for me though! This is the best takeout salad I've had in years. The manager Dharlesha took her time and perfected my meal along with the other Zax snacks I purchased! She was so kind, professional, and obviously takes pride in her work. Everything in my order was correct, she even put ketchup and dressing in the bag without asking. I have been a longtime fan of Zaxby's. I have been going to them prior to them even coming into Florida. On business trips, I would often find myself stopping in various Zaxby's locations in Georgia. Yes, it is fast food chicken. But they do chicken well and offer several health conscience options. You can't beat their salads, called zalads, for a more health-conscious choice (of course, with grilled chicken) or you can opt for their wings or their chicken tenders. Broken ice machine, broken soda machine for over a month. Today's visit took 22 minutes with one person ahead of me. No signs that machine is broken, at least ask what beverage the customer wants before handing them cups knowing the machines are broken. Order sat in window for 10 minutes. It was wrong. Horrible customer service. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order after we walked in. Multiple customers included had to wait and some even called for the workers but no one really showed up. The restaurant itself is not very maintained, the ice machine had no ice and after asking the person at the front desk to refill it, it never was refilled. I ordered a grilled chicken Cobb salad and when I received it, there was no grilled chicken on it. But I told a worker about it and they gave me the chicken. Stopped in here after an afternoon at the Orlando Wetlands Park. Came in right before there was a rush, so that's good. There is not a Zaxby's near where I live, so I was happy to stop in here and order a chicken fingers meal. The chicken fingers were good, but that is the extent of it. The French fries were luke warm, along with the Texas toast. I also had a problem understanding the cashier as I placed my order. Several times I had to ask him to repeat himself. He also did not ask me as to which sauce I wanted for my chicken fingers, which comes with two sauces on the meal. When I asked for two honey mustard, there seemed to be confusion about the order. I also had to ask for a fork for my cole slaw, since the utensils are behind the counter and not on the counter next to the soft drink fountain. Speaking of the counter where napkins are available, the ketchup dispenser was empty. After the experience at the counter, I did not bother telling any of the employees. I just wanted to eat my meal and get outta Dodge, so to speak. I will admit, the dining room is clean, so that is a plus. I am not out here that often. This time utilizing the drive thru I got the regular cajun club while my mini me had the house salad with fried chicken. As usual the food was decent but this time the service was annoying to put it lightly. The drive thru attendant literally asked us four times if we wanted a drink speaking in a unprofessional slang!?!? First time here, great service and food was good sept the chicken fingers were slightly on the dry side, but over all a good first experience. The girl in the drive thru gave me the wrong chicken I asked for boneless but she gave me original and was very apologetic about it and gave use the right chicken and let us keep the wrong order too and she was really sweet. Big Disappointment!!! Ok this was my third trip (26 miles each way). First trip closed for training but I was informed by the Assistant Manager they would by open on 09/29/2014.
