I stopped to pick up an Uber eats order that is visible on the shelf in the lobby, with a customer seated eating on the lobby, and with several customers at the cashier, and the worker refused to let me pick it up at the door. They came to the door, they confirmed it was the order I'm to pick up for Uber eats, and then told me I had to get in line behind ten cars to pick it up. At the point I picked up the order, it was almost an hour old, COLD, and due to the delay, I was unable to pick up my 2nd order at the Popeyes across the street. At this particular location, the wait is always excessive. Once I had to wait on my personal drive thru order while the kitchen staff had a physical altercation. The front counter workers were very busy watching. Be embarrassed and do better. read more

Zaxbys - Customers on the far side of the restaurant and my uber eats order on the shelf. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Lagrange, Georgia

Service is always terrible. On 12/7/24, I placed this order online to ensure that the order was perfectly outlined. Upon pickup, 1 item (milkshake) could not be fulfilled due to a broken machine and another item was completely not included within the order. This is not the first time I've experienced this at this location, but something is always missing from the orders I've placed over the past few years. Either this is a training issue or a managerial issue. read more

I've eaten at Zaxbys in the ATL area and they were well operated and the food was awesome, but the Zaxbys, including the one on Commerce, is nothing short of a bad joke. Sad. The chicken is overcooked to the point of extinction and the fries are thawed out, briefly warmed--not cooked--into a soggy wet diaper mess. Service is indifferent. Employees are filled with attitudes of : "why are you bothering me." This is so LaGrange, Georgia. read more

We had ordered from here and another place. We stopped at the other place first which we didn't even get our food after 30 minutes. The crew at Sakura said they'd let me come pick up my food even though they were closed already. We will eat here more often, great people and great food. Thank you Sakura. read more

One of the worst zaxbys I have ever been too, the workers are very rude, they are routinely out of items and you just check every single thing in your order I cannot tell you how many times we have gotten whatever they felt like throwing in the bag , not even remotely close to what we ordered. read more

Food was hot and good!! Forgot extra sauces I paid for (8). Also, no ice and no soda except 3 diets and a ginger ale. Asked behind the counter and they don't have any either. Forgot to say, had to ask to get my cups as it was an online order. read more

Ordered food from Dordash , 2 hours went by. They said the door was locked had to go through the drive through then they said had no food for my order. Called the restaurant asked why the door was locked , she said a hot water heater broke . And I said how are you serving food then she was rude said she had no time to answer questions and hung up I called back I asked why was my order not there . I was told they pick and choose the orders they want to fill. how can a restaurant run like that. Those doors have been locked a lot. I wish that ever who owns that restaurant will come in and clean house. read more

They were out of every drink besides sweet tea, and the people up front were very unfriendly. They also kept staring at me and made me feel uncomfortable. read more

Wow! Our guest had moved to California and had not had Zaxby I. 3 years. Her first request was to eat at Zaxby on the way back to the airport. It was typical Zaxby.... Delicious, hot, fresh, perfectly seasoned and fun! read more

they completely got my order wrong after making me wait 15+ minutes to receive said food the fries had NO seasoning. They completely messed up my order read more

The chicken wings were cold as ice and so small and boney. No water or soft drinks, only tea which was terrible. Our to go boxes had sauce all over them. This place used to be good, but has become an absolute train wreck. read more

Worst Zaxbys I've ever been to. Extremely slow and employees are rude. This location either needs new management or needs to be shut down. It's sad read more

Yes we were a large group. But it took over an hour to get our food. I thought this was supposed to be fast food. They weren't even that crowded. But they didn't make their drive they wait, just us. read more

Unacceptable quality of service, food, and operations. A one hour wait for "fast food" is ridiculous. The employees don't answer the phone so we couldn't cancel our order and were stuck in the drive thru. When we finally got our food, it was ice cold. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. read more

This place should shut down. Filthy. Out of small cups but still want to charge for large cups even though they are the ones at fault. Over 30 minutes waiting for an order and still got the order wrong. And no they're not under staffed there was about 5 people in the kitchen and 3 up front. Don't come here and save your time. There should be a "close down" button on here because this place just straight up sucks. read more

Terrible service! And terrible customer service! I didn't get a drink when I ask for one and

Stopped while passing through thinking it would be a quick stop. The drive thru line was long, so we went inside to get a to go order. We needed up waiting about 40 min to get one meal. The drive thru line was flying by but the inside service was non existent. Never have had an experience like it at any zaxbys read more

Our favorite fast food. Although large menu, we usually Order the Big Zacks snack pack. Very consistent among various locations. Wish there were more locations in south LA. read more

I waited for my 2nd visit before posting a review on the chance that my first visit was a fluke. It wasn't. Without a doubt, this is the worst Zaxbys I've ever been to. I was "greeted" by Sydney with "here or to go," "order," "name." Literally. He was so rude that I laughed at the absurdity of his "welcome." No "welcome to zaxby's" or "may I help you?" My order (a chicken sandwich) took 20 minutes. I went to the restroom, and this time I brought sanitizing wipes based on my previous visit. Only one stall was operational. It was filthy, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. There was no soap as the dispenser had been torn off the wall. An employee was in the restroom and she washed her hands without soap. I love Zaxbys and unfortunately this is the only one off I 85 in this area. Never again. Avoid it like the plague! read more

They took our order then told us that we were the last car and when we got up to the window they didnt have our food and us that they never talked to use. then we were gone give them our order at the window but they told us they were closed and they would not take our order. they were also very rude about it. read more

This place is trash. We order and she was ok with the order and said we are the last people well we got to the window and she said we didn't order! read more

I called ahead of arriving to ask if I could place my order about 45 minutes before closing time. I was told "no" but was advised that the drive through was open. I waited for someone to take my order at the drive through for 18 minutes and decided to pull around to the window. I waited for someone to acknowledge me at the window for another 10 minutes. I was finally able to reach someone by phone and was told that someone would be with me shortly. I received my food 3 minutes before closing!!! The employees at this location are not very serious about providing good quality service. read more

By far worst Zaxbys experience i've ever had. Terrible service from the moment we walked in the door. The lady looked like she wanted to eat our face off as soon as we walked in. No one looked like the wanted to work. Food took 40 minutes to come out and even when it did the food was wrong and chicken/toast was cold. Good luck in the bathroom......soap dispenser was broken and only one stall had toilet paper. AVOID AT ALL COST! read more

Service: This location is credited with the slowest Zaxby's experience (both dine-in and drive thru) I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The drive thru itself is poorly designed and the line backs up out of the actual parking lots daily. They do not pay attention to detail. For example when you request a different or additional sauce. Check your bag and prepare to WAIT!!!! read more

There was a hour wait. There was two roaches in the bag with my food. They put my wings in upside down and spilled the sauce everywhere. The women at the window was very rude and you couldn't understand her half the time. I would NEVER go here again read more

The only thing this place has going for it is that it's a Zaxby's. The service is slow, the staff is rude, you should always check your order because they mess it up regularly, and the fries are almost always cold. read more

As an avid and loyal Zaxby's customer I have to say, this location is absolutely trash. It's dirty and the staff is confused about everything... But that's beside the point that I waited in the drive-thru for 15+ minutes and got my food COLD and missing sauce. MISSING SAUCE? Like... The only reason anyone orders wings and I got cold (refrigerator cold), sauce-less wings. The experience is mind-numbingly slow and you will never get what you want. On top of that, they over-butter their salt (oops I mean toast). They have almost unbearably salty toast. Please don't let your opinion of Zaxby's be dictated by this place. This one of the absolute worst fast food experiences I've had here--BOTH times I've come. read more

If you have an hour to kill in the drive through line...go there. The chicken was cold and ff under cooked. The driver through servers were rude. Why has customer service gone down hill...how hard is it to smile or thank your customers for coming..totally disappointed read more

Drive thru is RIDICULOUSLY slow! They don't care either!!!! Not just at meal times either! At any given time. They need to get it together.

The food was old, the service was awful, they didn't give me a receipt, and they took 30 minutes to give me my order of fries. Needless to say I didn't feel bad about what I did in their bathroom. read more

worst fast food restaurant IN TOWN!! never waited under 30 minutes in the drive through. i would rate lower if i could. workers are just standing in there, but they won't take your order. just waited 20 minutes at the speaker post just for them to not take my order. it was 9:00 pm when i arrived. they're not supposed to close until 11. they are also EXTREMELY rude every time i'm actually able to get food. hands down the WORST zaxby's, or fast food restaurant in general, that i have EVER been to!! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! read more

To me, the breading in the chicken is never consistent. Sometimes it's crispy, sometimes it's not. I recommend people try out the mobile app for online ordering. Works well especially if you're ordering for someone else. read more

First time eating Zaxbys in three years since I moved from Georgia to Washington. Good gracious I bit into the first golden chicken finger of my big zax snack and a wave of emotion flustered my insides that reminded me of my grandmother singing a lullaby to put me to sleep. These chicken wings are HOT! My husband, daughter and I (all from New Orleans) love spicy things. There's usually no such thing as "too spicy" for us. However, there should have been a large warning sign on these wings. We got "insane" - I've never had such a painful eating experience in my life - my mouth and lips are on fire. We had to pull off at the next exit to buy milk to put out the raging fire within. My youngest daughter got the "original" ones - even those were spicy, tho not as treacherous as insane. - these wings would be good for an eating dare....that's about it. On a positive note - the fried mushrooms were good. read more

well first the drive thru was having problems so i went inside and ordered , they didn't toss my chicken fingers in teriyaki sauce like i asked , i asked for extra wimpy sauce with my boneless wings and they said they couldn't give me extra wimpy sauce , then i ordered 10 of the buffalo garlic boneless wings and was given traditional instead . they were out of just about every drink , i got the last bit of dr pepper & no zax sauce and was not given my blue cheese sauce neither . a 10/10 experience usually was ruined today read more

I eat here a lot and if you are expecting a fast and good meal DO NOT go here. If you have specific order request, i.e. A different sauce, or minus condiments. They more than likely will not do them, this Zaxbys hires Lazy staff and they aren't there to work. read more

I went to this restaurant just as I have so many times before. I've noticed the service has started going downhill. All orders were bagged up and my numbers were called, as the orders were ready. When I got back to work, the other 4 plates of food were in the bags. MY FOOD WAS NOT!! I called Zaxby's and asked for the manager, I spoke w/ Reggie. I explained to him what happened. It was obvious he didn't care. I said to him that I am now stuck at work for the next 7 hours w/o food or a way to get food and he said, "I'm sorry, I'll take care of it the next time you are here"....and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! read more
