I stopped to pick up an Uber eats order that is visible on the shelf in the lobby, with a customer seated eating on the lobby, and with several customers at the cashier, and the worker refused to let me pick it up at the door. They came to the door, they confirmed it was the order I'm to pick up for Uber eats, and then told me I had to get in line behind ten cars to pick it up. At the point I picked up the order, it was almost an hour old, COLD, and due to the delay, I was unable to pick up my 2nd order at the Popeyes across the street. At this particular location, the wait is always excessive. Once I had to wait on my personal drive thru order while the kitchen staff had a physical altercation. Service is always terrible. On 12/7/24, I placed this order online to ensure that the order was perfectly outlined. Upon pickup, 1 item (milkshake) could not be fulfilled due to a broken machine and another item was completely not included within the order. This is not the first time I've experienced this at this location, but something is always missing from the orders I've placed over the past few years. I was "greeted" by Sydney with "here or to go," "order," "name." Literally. He was so rude that I laughed at the absurdity of his "welcome." No "welcome to zaxby's" or "may I help you?" My order (a chicken sandwich) took 20 minutes. I went to the restroom, and this time I brought sanitizing wipes based on my previous visit. Only one stall was operational. It was filthy, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. There was no soap as the dispenser had been torn off the wall. These chicken wings are HOT! My husband, daughter and I (all from New Orleans) love spicy things. There's usually no such thing as "too spicy" for us. However, there should have been a large warning sign on these wings. We got "insane" - I've never had such a painful eating experience in my life - my mouth and lips are on fire. We had to pull off at the next exit to buy milk to put out the raging fire within. My youngest daughter got the "original" ones - even those were spicy, tho not as treacherous as insane. - these wings would be good for an eating dare....that's about it.
