This was my first time coming to this location and the service was terrible. I sat the bar and my whole visit I was treated as if I was invisible. My drink was not good. My salad was dry and I had to constantly raise my hand to be assisted. The bartender Paige made it a priority to give everyone at the bar amazing service but when it came to me she was very stand-off. At the end I placed 2 Togo orders and when she brought them out they were plates only and when I asked a bag she got an attitude. At the point i was just ready to go and it took forever for her to close my tab. With that said I will stick to the Opelika location because here I felt very unwelcome.

Service was great and everyone was very friendly. The food was as good if not better than any other longhorns. What stood out about this place was just how friendly the staff was, who ever is managing this location is doing a great job and definitely knows how to keep their staff happy. The steak was amazing and cooked just how I ordered it. The grilled shrimp was a delight as well. The salad was super cold and quite refreshing.

Baked potato (rotten) was in pick up order. Loaded Baked Potato

I ordered 2 Longhorn Porterhouse Steak with loaded Baked Potato 1 with a salad and 1 with broccoli. 1 order was exactly as ordered, medium with baked potato and salad. The other was supposed to be medium well with baked potato. The potato was rotten and cooked (whoever put this potato in the oven to bake needs a different position) Noone with pride in the job or the company should present such garbage to a paying customer for consumption. The steak was supposed to be medium well it was Rare. I called to let them know held for 8 min 32 seconds, was to be placed on hold, she disconnected me. I called back and was told the manager said I could come back and get another potato, at the time I hadn't even cut the steak. I told her I live 15 miles away and didn't want to return, she said hold on and I will get something to write with for your email to send a gift certificate. I held 14 and 1/2 minutes in which time I did cut the Steak, but she never returned to the phone. Longhorn Lagrange DO BETTER. $92 for 1 edible meal.

Sadly, I was disappointed with my visit here. It was my first time. As soon as we sat down our waitress asked if we wanted any appetizers. We had not had time to look at the menu and didn't even order our drinks. Once we ordered she brought us warm bread. The food come fairly quickly and was decent. The fries were good, the Mac and cheese was ok. They ran out of buns, so the burger was served on sourdough bread. We weren't even finished with our meal and she asked us if we wanted desert. I felt like we were being rushed, even though there were empty tables.

It's the Saturday before Christmas, so busy is understandable. It's six of us, so the 30 minute wait to be seated is understandable as well. But what isn't understandable is the FILTHY floor, the way the tables are PACKED together, the 15 minutes and pleading to the hostess to have our server greet us. I also don't understand why we waited 20 ADDITIONAL minutes for bread and our salads. I hope to leave by midnight. The service was so bad that I started to pick out other tables that were receiving bad service as well. We would make eye contact out of shared misery. I don't live here, but my in-laws do and I hope they don't come back. Edit to add: it's now 50 minutes since we sat at this table and I still don't have my steak.

I absolutely love this presentation and it had been over a decade since I've dined of such a restaurant. It was a 2-minute walk, so my wife and I made reservations and went there for dinner. We were seated immediately at a table which had a reserved sign on it. Service was good and we felt like we were taking good care of by our server as well as someone who appeared to be the manager. The filet mignon was absolutely awesome. It was prepared perfect for the lava stone presentation. A good sear on the outside and blue on the inside. Based on a couple of reviews I saw mentioning undercooked meat, it appears that people don't understand this type of dining. You are supposed to cook each individual slice of steak by putting it down on the hot lava stone, which comes out at 404 degrees C (hence the name). The steak includes three sauces, a garlic rosemary butter, a chimichurri, and the house sauce. All three were excellent, but my preferred method is to use some of the garlic butter to cook each piece of steak in and then dip in the chimichurri. My wife had the chicken penne pasta and she thoroughly enjoyed it. She also really enjoyed her Crossings wine as well. Based on Atlanta prices, I really can't complain much about their price point. For such a presentation I thought the steak price was quite reasonable as it comes with a side and salad. A piece of bread would have been nice, but not a deal-breaker. Our total bill before tax was $87, including two glasses of wine for my wife. Contrary to what I've seen on another review, there is plenty of parking within a 5-minute walk from the restaurant. We will be staying in Hogansville again this September and 404 C is definitely worth a repeat visit.

We stayed because we had planned on a special night out. It is currently 9:00pm and we do not have our food. We decided to leave and asked for a manager. We were told the manager is in the back and not available. We went to the hostess area and asked for a bill to pay for our salads. After waiting, we were told our food is in the window and we must take it to go. They boxed our food up without the included dessert and we left. It was the worst experience for $235.

It's a white table cloth restaurant, probably the fanciest in this plaza. The bar seats about 12-18 people. SERVICE (5/5): I sat at the bar and got helped immediately. Even though they were PACKED. The bartender also handles all to go orders. She was a ROCKSTAR! They set you up with a place setting & menu to start. The bartender is constantly working & attentive to everyone. AMAZING SERVICE! FOOD (4/5): As soon as you sit down you get complimentary pickles (unlimited)! Took about 30 min for main dish to come out. Not bad given how packed this place was. $29 BISON SHORT RIBS (+$1 sub ASPARAGUS for CARROTS): I really wanted to try one of their bison dishes and it did not disappoint! Fell off the bone, so tender with so much flavor 10/10, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Comes with mashed potato & a sweet roll.
