The young lady who took our order was very sweet. We have not been to zaxbys in several years. That being said, we were not given any choices for sauce. Didn't realize there were choices. The sauce that came with my chicken was not good. I asked for a different sauce and was told I would have to pay .25 for it. I know that's not much, but we had purchased 2 dinners and couldn't get a sauce we would like. I honestly think that is extremely tacky. read more

Where do I start! As a big fan of the chicken tender and fries, Zaxby seems to have this mastered. Was asked to compare against a few other spots and wow. Tenders had perfect breading the right amount of crisp and the seasoning hits hard. Fries were fresh and seasoned and the texas toast was delicious. The venue was clean and service was fast! Will be adding this to my future trips as a must have! read more

To start, Zaxby's is my favorite fast food restaurant in the business. Unfortunately, the staff member who was responsible for bringing food from the kitchen to the counter was incredibly rude. Our food, which was ordered at 8:23PM, was finally "ready" and sitting in the window ready to be served at 8:43. 5 minutes later, having noticed that she was much more interested in her phone and wandering around behind the counter than serving customers, I informed the staffer that the food in the window was my families. Without even looking at me, she smugly said "I'll call out the order when I get a chance. You can sit down." A few minutes later, having listened attentively for my name to be called, I came back to the counter to find my food sitting there. One of the trays was open and one of our other items was incorrect. I asked the server to correct this, and she bluntly said "yah ummm that's not going to *expletive* happen sir." At this point, just ready to leave, I asked for an additional Zax sauce and she said "again, that's not going to happen sir." The food was fine. The guys in the kitchen were doing the best they could. The lady up front was just so rude. I would legit turn around and leave if the next time I come in, I see her running the register. I do have the staff members name, and would love to share it with management. That being said, I won't put her on blast for everyone to see (as much as I'd honestly like to). read more

This location is good. It's definitely not bad but it could be better. The energy coming from the employees are if they don't want to be there and i can't blame them for that, nobody really wants to work fast food, but it's that and the fact that the order is wrong half of the time that throws me off. Even with that, The food is always hot and delicious so i can't really complain. read more

The food was mediocre at best. The staff was friendly , and it was quick, but I did not like it. I had the chicken salad with the egg roll, it was doughy and the salad was not good. The chicken fingers were ok. We will not be back . Just not our choice. read more

I was not impressed! The only reason I gave Zaxby's 2 stars, is because the young lady who took our order was so nice and did a great job. However, the restaurant was dirty. This particular franchise is extremely dirty. Everything I touched in the restaurant was sticky. Tables had food crumbs and residue on them. The high chairs had years of grime buildup stuck to them. The floors were slimy and my shoes were slipping around as I walked. Zaxby's corporate ought to intervene here. The chicken is one step below Chic Fel La but the Texas Toast, Lime Coke and sides make up for it. The service is good especially on Sundays in which it can be very busy. Remember to bring your church bulletin on Sundays for 10% off your order. read more

Well where do I begin? I really hope the owner reads this as a warning of what may come of his restaurant. So I obviously there is an ongoing problem in the graham and Burlington area with restaurants right off the exit. I have lived in the area for over eight years and always try to avoid the exit restaurants. Most of them have a employees with a horrible demeanor due to the high turnover of customers. So it's 8:30 on Sunday night and they close at nine. As we walked into the restaurant we noticed how filthy the parking lot and exit door area is with trash. When I entered the restaurant there wasn't many people sitting down but lots of people standing at the counter. I was greeted promptly by a young gentleman. I believe this was the only guy working there that night. He took my order in even though he messed it up when he read it back to me he fixed it. There were four numbers ahead of me and people were asking why it was taking over 20 minutes to get their food. One of the ladies working there told the customer "we close in 30 minutes you'll just have to deal with it" After waiting 20 minutes for our food, we tried getting our drinks but there were no drinks left in the machine. Trash all over the floor, no ice tea left, very few straws or napkins, and no ketchup left. My daughter used up her one serving of ranch dressing and since there was no ketchup she asked for another. I went up to the counter and asked for another ranch dressing, and the lady says to me "didn't you already get one?" "You're only allowed to get one" I asked her how it is that we can wait 20 minutes for food have almost nothing available to us to drink have to deal with a nasty restaurant and can't get ketchup and we still have to pay $.25 for ranch dressing? All I can say is... It was a good thing it was Sunday or we would've been at Chick-fil-A read more

On the way home stopped to get a quick bite and luckily Zaxbys was close. We actually came in right before closing and since they had to make a new batch of fries which would have taken about 5 mins we got our drinks free! I love zaxbys and I eat here regularly. The only complaint that I have is that on average it takes me 20+ minutes to receive my order. Every single time. Whether it be I go inside to dine or roll through the drive thru. 20+ minutes. I can't understand it. Nothing on the menu take over 6 minutes to fry. the zaxby's location in graham does not deserve even on star...bad customer service. place a large online order and when i sent someone to pick it up they did not have it. showed the receipt and still would not fix the order. i drive 20 miles to show where they took the money out of my checking account and the assistant manager said they could not give away 81.71 worth of food. i had my receipt and proof...asked me to park and they would check into it. after a hour someone came out to see what i had ordered and asked to wait again. i told them i wanted my money back. after 15 minutes more i left since i was having a party for my son at home and had sent someone to get food from somewhere else. on my wy home the assistant manager called and said they had found my order and that if i wanted my money back it would take 3 t0 5 days. also note that i had called the graham store at 5:30 and was told that they do not get the online orders till 10 minutes from the pickup time. they had my name and phone number. and since they did not get the order they should have called me. when is a receipt from a place and proof of payment not enough proof!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
