Jersey Mike's is my favorite of the big chain sub shops, far better than Subway. Do yourself a favor and download the app and order that way. This location gets really busy at time and there's a long line of people waiting to order. My wife and usually split a super #9 read more

We waited over 25 minutes past the time the order was supposed to be ready for pick up after ordering online. Very disappointed. Only after asking us five times for our order name, did they realize a ticket was missing for our hot sandwich. Never again. read more

Everytime we go to this one and do an online order and put no mayo on the order they somehow miss the fact that is says no mayo. Atleast 5 times this has happened. Poor attention to detail. read more

Do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered a big kahuna regular wrap. It's literally the size of a kids sandwich. It was definitely not worth the almost $11 for the wrap. What a ripoff. Will not be going back to this location read more

I put my order in for a turkey subway while stuck in traffic. The bread was fresh. I always customize my sandwich. The worker followed my instructions to a tee read more

I would recommend going to the location on University Drive over this one. It's only 10 minutes away and it's night and day compared to this location. I order delivery from Jersey Mike's about every other week and today is the last straw. I was expecting an Italian sub and I received a club sub without bacon. There's no way to contact Jersey Mike's to tell them they messed up your order, and when you fill out the form online which I have done in the past they tell you management will reach out. No one from management at this location has ever reached out to me. Also, when it comes to sub construction here expect a heaping amount of lettuce and an insane amount of mayo. I have a feeling they also rarely have the Parm/Rosemary bread here since I get it less than 20% of the time. At least the University Drive location they have everything evenly balanced and they always get your order right. read more

Very good customer service and food and it's a very good and clean place nothing to dirty besides some tables but they cleaned it so overall very good place would recommend read more

Easy off of route 85 At 10:30 am they were very busy filling preorders Very friendly but not super clean The slicer was full of remnants of turkey and other bits, they put cheese for my sandwich Not really happy with that The tuna I ordered was very soupy It would not stay on the sandwich Not up to the usual standards I won't be back read more

this shit was so ass all the fountain drinks were out their bread was extremely dry and if you eat ear, there's 100% chance you're you're gonna catch some type of disease if you had a chance to starve or eat this place, I would recommend to starve read more

I guess I should have read the reviews before stopping at this location. I would say this was the WORST Jersey Mikes I have ever eaten at. I grew up next to the original Jersey Mikes in Pt. Pleasant, NJ. My 16 year old son went in to order for us. He said the people who worked their could not have been any less friendly. The root-beer was not working but no one bothered to tell him until he returned to say it tasted horrible. I had a roast beef with American cheese and it was awful! Loaded with mayo and maybe 1 slice of roast beef and 2 slices of American cheese. It was simply inedible! Actually it was NASTY! Very disappointed and I will be filing a complaint with corporate! read more

This location is usually superb. Just very disappointed when I got home and opened my cheesesteak. One end of the bread looked normal, but the other half was skinny as a hot dog. Very irregular and they served it? And, I'm splitting this with a friend. So, I got cheated because I can't chest my friend. Since I'm the one buying today this location just ripped me off. Look at the attached photo. It's quite comical to see such an odd shaped sub. Update: I've tried this location again on Dec1,2017 and all new staff. Place was clean and service was proper. Thank you to the owner. Jersey Mikes has a great product but it all comes down to your staff to step up. Will be back again. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Crazy weird shaped sub bread and they served it. I was splitting this with a friend so I got royally cheated by this sub maker. Bummer. - Sandwiches Near Me - Mebane, North Carolina

Everytime I go they always huff and haw about heating up a sandwich for my pregnant wife. Now I drove out here in the rain to find a sign on the door that reads, "Sorry for the inconvenience, but we had to close because we're short staffed. So sorry." Ok. read more

By far the worst sub I've had chicken was rubbery and meat wasn't seasoned banana peppers weren't cooked . All I tasted was the chipotle mayo on the #42 . I paid $16 bucks for a giant and it was terrible . read more

Stubborn sodas sold here. Its nice to have a sandwich shop that has good food and a choice of sodas

This jersey mikes is very diverse in its hiring i like the mixed group of employees. For a rural location the mixed diversity allows for an experience on all levels. Some people go in to businesses hoping the workers are their skin type only then complain about the service but thats not the issue with me i love to see diversity it makes me feel as though myself and my food are in good hands. Best subs i have ever tasted and they do a very great job communicating down the line when fixing subs. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - From the outside and in a very welcoming experience - Sandwiches Near Me - Mebane, North Carolina

I usually really like Jersey Mike's but this location is pretty bad. Dirty floor and tables. Service was incredibly slow and the lady working the register was really having a hard time with it. Plus they got my order wrong. read more

Avoid this place like the plague. The place is filthy and the drop out senseless staff could use a bathing too. The sandwiches were thrown together (literally) and our two mini's were sized so un proportionately the cashier thought one was a kids sized sandwich. The dressing stoner was unable to recognize the word mayonnaise twice and put on oregano, 2x and looked at me like was asking for the baby jesus himself to bless my sandwich. Unless you are curious about food poisoning, e coli or salmonella, avoid this disgusting eatery at all costs. read more

Location clean. Staff very friendly. Bread, hard as a rock. Pretty sure I could have throw this against the window and shettered it. I ended up taking the meat off my sandwhich and eating it bare because I kid you not, the bread was so hard and stale. read more

I've been coming to this Jersey Mike's for quite a while and I gotta say that this is my favorite location. The staff here is very friendly and informed. I promise that you guys will be 100% satisfied with whatever you order. On a side note, I came here earlier today and ordered my food online. The app told me that my food would be ready at 1:43 and it was ready at exactly 1:43. I also requested a side order of cherry pepper relish. When my food was ready I left with my two subs but forgot to snag the relish. I got into my car and noticed that one employee was outside with a small container of relish and it was at that moment I knew I forgot it. I got out of my car and he handed the relish. I was very happy that your employee came outside to deliver such a small item. This shows that you guys have great costumer service. I am very excited to come again! read more

Stopped in to grab a sandwich go around 3pm. They were quick and had my sandwich ready to go in no time. Had the roast beef and it and the veggies looked and tasted fresh. Bread was the usually nice and crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. read more

I don't know what happened to this franchise but it has went downhill quickly. We moved to mebane 5 yrs ago and this was one well ran shop. The same can't be said now. We noticed about a yr ago the service was going downhill and the employees just didn't care but still got what you ordered with a smile. Now the employees clearly don't give a shit. Rude, unappreciative and lazy. I don't think they remember they are selling an extremely overpriced sandwich and attention to detail is required. Today was the third trip in the last 45 days and third in a row my order was messed up. First they made a regular instead of giant, then proceeded to not even ring me up so I walked out after waiting for 10 mins. Then used blue cheese when i asked for ranch and today got home with my online order that was missing lettuce, pickles and tomato which were added twice and I was told by the cashier they were added. Not to mention I should have taken pictures of the sub as it was the worst quality sandwich I've ever gotten there. meat was dry and overcooked and lacking in quantity. Just a very half assed sandwich. Time for new management or ownership. Heads needs to fly. When I called you could tell the guy couldn't care less about my complaint. Prob the last time I stop in. read more

This place is disgusting. So very dirty. Flies on the meat slicer. Ceiling tiles are nasty. Coke machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Just stay away! Read their Feb 2017 sanitation violation report for details (my visit today was 5 months later and nothing has improved!): https://public.cdpehs.com/NCENVPBL/INSPECTION_VIOLATION/ShowVIOLATIONTable.aspx?INSPECTION=2966718&ESTABLISHMENT=152555&esttst_cty=1 read more

these folks were nice friday evening but at only 7 pm the place was rather dirty. the slicer was on and there was remnant turkey meat edged upon the moving blade the result was it was slinging meat particles against the glass between them and me as they were talking amongst themselves. maybe it got into the veggies nearby too the tables i all saw were dirty too i was too tired to complain and it was hot outside. they were friendly people though just a little loose read more

Slowest service I've ever seen. On top of that, girl went outside for a smoke break when the store was busy and came back in and ran her hands underwater for about 2 seconds. Disgusting. Probably won't be making my way back there. read more

Wow. I saw the two star rating and thought that's just going to be a fluke. But this was the most convenient location and so I stopped here. Boy, was a two star rating generous. The roast beef was so over cooked it was gray. I asked them to go get another roast beef for my sandwich and they brought yet another piece of gray meat. I had to choose another sandwich just to avoid the roast beef. And the other reviewer is not exaggerating when they say the bread is hard as a rock, it is. I think the franchise guys should look into this place because it's not doing them justice. If you love Jersey Mike's, do yourself a favor and find another one. read more

My rating of 5 is solely because of Jazmine. We ordered from Grub Hub and our my husbands didn't have the toppings and they forgot the chips. Not only was Jazmine apologetic, she actually brought the correct food to us herself since Grub Hub was going to take so long. read more

In the past few months this place has gone downhill. I used to eat here regularly and everyone was really friendly and the food was prepared like they cared. Last couple times I have been there I have not left happy. The staff was not as friendly and I got back to office after ordering a meatball sub only to find it was ice cold when I opened the wrapper. It sucks cause I love Jersey Mikes but I don't think I'll be going back to this one anytime soon. read more

This Jersey Mike's is clearly under horrible management. The owner needs to step in and oversee the mess. It looks as if they hire whoever that applies, because of this you have people cursing, gossiping, and being completely unprofessional in front of the customers. I love Jersey Mike's, but this location is gross. These people obviously don't care about their jobs. I will not be returning here. read more

I love Jersey Mike's. Have been going since they opened once or twice a week. They recently remodeled the place and it looks great. BUT--I do not like there new napkin holders, it has a little opening at the top and you have to stick two fingers in and attempt to retrieve a napkin. I do not think this would meet code. I have filled out one of their comment cards and sent it to ?headquarters? about two months ago but they still have the same thing. Last week I was eating and a guy had an order to go and as he was walking out, he stopped at the table next to me to grab some napkins, and was unable to get one so we had a nice conversation about it. Again, I Love this sandwich shop but I believe in cleanliness for everybody and seeing fingers going in to try to pull out a napkin is not a way to achieve it. I'm thinking maybe they are going to get new style napkins that will be sticking out so they can easily be dispensed. I also have talked to the staff several times about this issue and hope it gets resolved. ================================================================= Just got off the phone with them and they said that they have new napkins now so I am off for another sandwich. read more

I will say the taste of the steak sandwich was good, but the bread was cold and had asked for it to be heated. I asked for provolone cheese but I couldn't find it anywhere on the sandwich. I also asked for jalapenos and I counted about 3 small pieces. The amount of meat you see in the pictures they advertise, is not the amount you actually get. Count on about half. The taste alone is not enough to go back. I will say the staff is friendly. For a buck more you can go a few miles up the street to Pomodoro's and get a great sandwich. read more
