I decided to give this place a shot, and I am so glad I did. The burger was easily one of the highest-quality burgers I've had in a very long time--the patty alone was incredible. I ordered the Carolina Burger, and it was absolutely on point. They use locally sourced buns, which really elevates the whole experience. I'm usually a fries person, but their homemade chips balanced the burger out perfectly. On top of the fantastic food, the customer service was amazing; the staff here are incredibly sweet. Don't let the exterior fool you ...... this place serves up some great food !! We stopped by on a Wed for lunch at around 12:30. Not crowded at all. Party of 4. The boys both got burgers. The girls had bites of the burgers and agreed these were top notch burgers !! Ample fresh ingredients. The girls got tacos. They were also very good. We tried the Burritaco burger grill today. We went around 4pm and got the chips and cheese, blackened fish tacos, spicy buffalo chicken tacos and the California bowl. For dessert we got the cheesecake with homemade blueberry compote. All of the food we got tasted great. It all tasted very fresh, and was reasonably priced. Really good local casual dining spot that we tried for the first time tonight! If you haven't been here since they changed ownership/management and the name of the establishment, then you'll be pleasantly surprised! Our dinner was excellent! I had the Chicken Quesadilla, it had lots of chicken and was delicious! My wife loved her Gouda Chicken Sandwich, it came with mushrooms. This was our first time to try it, we'll definitely be back. The food here is really good and the people are so lovely . I'm not eaten inside the restaurant so I don't know what the atmosphere is like.

Sorry to say we did not enjoy our food at all. We wanted steak tacos, but they were out of steak. Settled for ground beef and Al pastor instead. The ground beef was completely lacking in flavor. The Al pastor was cold and dry. The taco shells were also bland and seemed undercooked. We had five tacos and a side of rice for $32 which we would have been happy to pay had we enjoyed it... EDIT: I am updating my rating to a 3 as the owner contacted me to express his regret in our experience and I can tell he takes great pride in his restaurant and that should count for something. We are from the Midwest so perhaps part of the reason for what we thought about the food is due to our expectations being different based on what we are used to eating in that part of the country. read more

Burritaco Burger Grill is the real deal and the owner/proprietor is passionate about serving excellent food, with a rotation of variety for whatever your palate desires. I have been ordering from Melvin since he opened his doors and every meal has been a treat. From the fresh burgers, to an ample fish sandwich, and his chicken tortilla soup was hearty and filling. He takes great care to always offer fresh ingredients, cooked perfectly, and with ample portions so that no one goes away hungry. The prices are fair and even a bit lower than other places that don't have such a variety. The owner is very friendly and personable! He has great energy! The service was great. We came by here about a week ago, an hour before closing. Hubby ordered chicken Tinga Quesadilla, which he raved about. He said they are £'ing good! I got chicken, steak & shrimp Fajita's. They were really good too, although I'd loved to see a little more sear/grill flavor to the Fajita'a as a whole, but I'd order them again regardless.
