After we made a drive-thru order which included grilled nuggets, a friendly manager (likely the customer service manager) came out to our car to let us know that the restaurant was out of grilled nuggets. She apologized and offered to chop up grilled chicken breasts; to give us a grilled chicken sandwich; or to give us something else. In the end, the manager put two options in our bag as a gesture of apology for the inconvenience and because my partner seemed a bit hesitant about the alternatives. She personally handed us the bag and again apologized. This is Customer Service at its finest. A++++ read more

I think they are starting to get better. We ordered 30 nugget count meal for the kids and 3 adult meals. Everything was accurate and food came out quick. We were in the drive thru and had no issues or delays. Staff was friendly, it was weird to notice the last few times I havent heard their well known "my pleasure" phrase. read more

The service in the lobby was second to none. Thanks Debbie and team she proactively emptied my tray for me and refilled my drink.

This is our go to chick fila! This location stays pack so have some patience when you arrive. We like to order in and let the kiddos utilize the play area. It's always clean inside but it's always super packed. The staff are so nice, friendly and helpful. You can never go wrong with eating here. read more

I went there craving some delicious chicken. Chic fil a is always my favorite place to go, the employees there are always so generous and pleasant. Julie, Marisol, Ben, Aubrey, and Haden are ones that have always stood out to me with terrific service and great personalities. However, with this brutal heat I've been skipping the drive thru and going inside to the dining area to enjoy the cool AC. That was my first mistake, when i first walked up this young lady "Arianna" she began to stare at me impatiently while i looked at the menu, smacking her lips as if she had something better to do. Proceeds to take my order with the nastiest attitude i have ever experienced at Chic fil A. Not a thank you for your service, and not even a "My pleasure" (Isnt that chic fil a's go to saying?) Constant eye rolling, and the attitude she gives her other co-workers is absolutely uncalled for, the sly comments do not go un-noticed either. Then slams the table number onto the counter and proceeds to help the next guest. I am a customer service supervisor in the hospitality business, and this was the most unpleasant experience I've ever received. I will just stick to the drive thru where the customers are treated fairly and with kindness. read more

So I have never been to a Chick fil A that wasn't great. And this one is no exception. Gracious employees. My food was hot and fries fresh! I was most impressed by the 100 grade! Always a pleasure!!!! read more

This is not the best CFA. They are very slow no matter which line you use and the food usually comes out cold and chicken hard! What's the point of mobile order to pass the line if I'm sitting for 40 minute waiting for a single biscuit and can't move ahead? The workers are also pretty rude, especially those standing outside with iPads acting so bothered when they need to help a customer. They pick and choose who has to pull around to the curb. They can't keep consistent employees which says they have problems with management. I've never gotten warm fries here. The chicken sometimes taste bad. This location all around leaves a bad taste in my mouth. read more

When you combine good fast food with a well oiled machine staff you have a dynamite operation. Friendly counter service, my #1 breakfast came out immediately and was tasty! The supply area for straws and napkins full and clean. The dining room was clean and a dining room host was cleaning and chatted me up prior to departure. The restrooms were clean. Also prior to exiting the manager said hello. Excellent from start to finish. read more

Hate to say it but it's not as good as it used to be. Dining area needed sweeping. Chicken was changed a while back. Lines inside move slower. Workers are not as pleasant. Everything was just a little off. But, prices have gone up. Portions have been reduced. Opened in 2019. The decline has been gradual. read more

The food was good per usual for Chick-fil-A but the workers were complaining about how they didn't want to be there and not once did they say my pleasure! read more

Amazing chick fil a. Friendly employees, delicious food, they even invited me to play Bingo and I stayed for about 5 rounds but didn't win. Fun experience though. Wish the food was a bit cheaper. read more

Every chick fil a that I have ever been to has NEVER had a problem putting American cheese on my chicken minis until today! I'm told they can give it to me on the side at the one in Mebane but cannot put it on my minis. This is the last time I will ever come to this chick fil a! Makes no sense at all! I am so annoyed! I stopped to get breakfast because I didn't have time to make it myself and still had to pull over and take the time to put my own cheese on my food. Ridiculous! read more

On the way to Greensboro, I stopped in Mebane for gas and noticed the new CFA. First time seeing this new design. It was noon lunchtime, but I think this new design lends itself to an efficient service at both the counter and the drive-thru. Counter wait time was minimal, and my order was delivered to the table quickly. The number one combo was good. read more

Nice staff, don't doubt the kitchen works harder and better. But I'm tired of businesses cheating their way to the top. TRY! These slacking corporations makes millions if not billions and they pay their staff like servants.. chick fil is just as good as McDonalds at this point. read more

Overall amazing. Great service, fresh food clean bathrooms and their playplace is open!

This location ... like most others could use some guidance. Whyyyyy pay 2 people to place order outside in the drive thru if there is only 1 person handing out orders at the window.... Giving people their food out of order.... Newsflash.... We can't go anywhere unless the car in front of us gets theirs. **** hint- move one of those placing the orders to the window to help her. Why 'speed up' order taking if the 1 person can't keep up handing them out?? And the kitchen. Adjust....... read more

Chick-fil-A is all that and a side of chicken all the time (see what I did there? ) And Mebane's location does not disappoint. Drive-thru lines are always fast and efficient. Food is always fresh. Employees are always friendly. And the Autumn Spice Milkshake is one of the best shakes on this earth. Thank you, Chick-Fil-A for always making me a happy girl and for being patient with me by re-making my shakes without the cherry and frosting. Y'all are the best! read more

Very dissatisfied with drive thru service today placed order online and Oder wasn't ready had a longer wait than normal. Not the normal service I've received from this establishment. The food is good but the amount of times I have been there they always get the order wrong I understand it is a stressful job trying to keep up with the orders. Trust me I know I worked there myself but the drinks always there is almost always something missing the wrong sized things and the sandwiches never made right...I have doordashed from here as well and they still got my order wrong!!! Before anyone come for me asking me "how can I give chik Fil a 2 stars?!" I never thought I would either. Lol. But I guess there's a first for everything. ‍ First of all, let's start how we was never greeted which threw me off because any time I ever been to a chick fil a I have always been greeted. But I didn't pay it any mind because it was pretty early in the morning. Nowwwwwwwwww, let's get to this lack of customer service. The entire morning crew were either rude, didn't know what they were doing (remind you, they said they have been working there for months so idk) or just simply kept getting our order wrong. Now, the food was okay. It was kinda cold though. But because we was such in a rush to get to our destination, we just left. The salted caramel ice coffee was pretty good too, but it wasnt as blended as I wouldve wanted it to be. When you're so used to getting value , this was such a disappointment. If youre in the mood for chick fil a, this location is NOT it! Hopefully this was just a bad day, cause my goodness... read more

Really nice chick fil a! Definitely a newer version. Does not seem as hectic as other locations. I prefer this over the options in Burlington. Parking lot, seating, and drive thru are just so much better. They do run very slow though, and don't seem to be the most efficient. However, I'd rather come to this low stress environment and wait a few more minutes than deal with the parking and crowds at others. read more

The food was delicious! Fast service to be a brand new restaurant! The dining area needs to be cleaned on a higher turnaround.

I ordered their chicken Cobb salad with extra grilled chicken. NEVER AGAIN!!! I mean who serves a grilled chicken salad with COLD "grilled" chicken? I tell you who... chick-fil-a does! What a disgrace!! Yuck!! If you like bacon bits then cool, but for me it was an overkill and not enough corn. Far as cheese goes, they used shredded-American (smh) instead of the blue cheese or Roquefort cheese! It was a complete nightmare! I spent most my time removing the meat and cheese than eating the salad. Save yourself sometime, go to Wendy's or McDonald's to get a Cobb Salad; chick-fil-a is belly aching disgusting!!! read more

Coming back from my trip form Virginia Beach I stopped at a chick fil a cause I was hungry. I noticed the inside was open and I was like HOLY SHIT I gotta go inside cause the chick fil a's in Charlotte are drive through only and it drives me up the border wall. After placing my order I sat down and I kid you not within 5 seconds of sitting down a very professional man Anthony asked me if there would be anything I needed before my food got to me. The entire time I was there Anthony checked up on me many times which made me feel welcome. Now Ive been in the customer service industry for about 4 years now which doesn't seem like a lot but trust me it is. Now getting back on track to what I was saying. Anthony gave me the best customer experience anyone could ask for. He even asked how my food was while I was in the pisser. If that doesn't tell you he's dedicated and committed to his job and to give the customer the best possible experience I don't know what the fuck is. Now if I was his boss I'd give him a huge raise IMMEDIATELY. Okay enough rambling. Now Anthony, Keep doing what ur doing. I can see a bright future in you. Your dedication to the customer and your fellow employees is extraordinary. I normally don't say this to anyone but I'm honored to say it to such a great individual. Whoever sees this if you could please give me a call that would be great. Thanks Daniel Koslick 980-279-2052 read more

Let's just say this experience was U N I Q U E . The food was good as always because what chick fil a doesn't have good food? ‍ The thing that irritated me about this visit was the customer service. There were probably 2 people in there that had good customer service. They were very busy as always but at other chick fil a's they were never rude or had attitude just because they were busy. My food came out fairly quickly but the individual that handed me my food had nothing but attitude and wouldn't listen to me when I told her that the cup they gave my friend wasn't mine and she hadn't gotten her food yet and she tried taking it anyways. I had to literally argue with her to tell her that she needed to leave it so that someone could bring her her food. Overall I'm just annoyed with the whole experience. read more

Always good, friendly service, hot food just the way you order it! They had everything ready and in the bag when I rolled up to the window.

I would giVe the owner, operator ,manger of this store TODD zero stars . Had an issue at his store . (Being ignored for 10 min. Only customer in line. ) Had to speak up to get some help. When management came over to ask what was up. I preceded to tell him how I was ignored and telling me sorry wasn't good enough. He then started tell me how it was my fault I didn't get good service. what a pompous ass. read more

Simply the cleanest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to! You can tell they work hard to keep it clean! Thank you for making it the cleanest stop!

This has got to be the worst Chick-fil-A on the planet. From the first day they opened this location has had problems and it continues. Poor. Customer service is terrible many times the employees refuse to acknowledge you unless your the next in line. Orders are wrong on a regular basis. It's partially the employee fault but I blame this on the owner who is not hiring the appropriate management to keep the standard other stores have set. read more

Favorite fast food great chicken items, new Mac and cheese is super , of course the employees are all hard workers and very pleasant---- lunch is often very crowded here in Mebane so plan ahead and be prepared to bypass the dual drive thru lanes by going inside or using their app. Food is consistently the best. read more

I was grateful when they opened this store. After several visits I will eating there maybe once a month instead of twice a week. At first they served generous portions of high quality chicken and they had lots of staff in the dining area to care for the diners. I am disappointed to say the portions are smaller, not as fresh cooked and the service is not as helpful. The community has many many handicapped and disabled patrons and they do not have an adequate number of parking spaces, plus I have noticed there are a lot of cheaters parking in the designated handicapped parking spaces. Restrooms are generally clean and they are pretty good about cleaning the tables except when the teenagers swipe about half the table tops. read more

They will do better im sure. Food was excellent as any other chick fil a. Service was about twice as slow but this is only their 2 nd week open. Thebiggest problem was the kids play area. Dont put up a sign that requires supervision if you dont have a manager willing to kick unsupervised kids out. Its not free baby sitting and my kid got pinched and pushed by others up inside the play place so we left. We wont go back if that continues. read more
