Wait time 26 mins for 2 chicken sandwiches.

DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwhiches. Waited patiently while several others who ordered after me got their food. Finalily after 25 mins I'm told my sandwhiches were just dropped. The popped up and I watch as they hand them to a lady that just came in 5 mins ago. Thats when I got angry and asked for my money back and had 4 angry employees yelling at me threatening me and when I finally went to leave 2 of them followed me out of the restaurant and continued yelling. First off, I know its a rough work environment but you clearly messed up and admitting it and appologizing would have gone a long way Be sure to check out the picture of my wait time.

Pantyliner found cooked in my food from Popeyes chicken located 720 S. Main Street in Graham, NC!!!!

This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!!! There was a 1/2 of an pantyliner cooked INSIDE of my spicy chicken thigh TODAY around 1:40pm!!! Health department has been notified and if I had bit into this chicken while driving and ingested this, I could have choked to death and possibly hurt others on the highway!!! This is LAWSUIT WORTHY!!!!

Service was horrible. Food was horrible. I called to complain with no luck. No one answered the phone or returned my call.

Stopped in after my appt at Duke Cancer Center, hoping to get my hands on one of those most sought after sandwiches, and I LOVE Popeyes and do not have one back home. It did not disappoint! Sandwiches were hot and fresh, staff was super nice and friendly, and inside was very clean!!

Waited for the hype of the chicken sandwich to subside before venturing to a Popeyes. We were heading home and decided to stop at this location since it was right off the highway. And so glad that we did! We ordered the chicken sandwich (not spicy), chicken tenders, Cajun fries, and the red beans and rice. For dessert we tried their Cinnamon Apple Pie. The star of the show was the chicken sandwich! It was really, really, really good! It was a perfect mix of crispy on the outside but juicy and tender on the inside. There is no comparison to CFA. That's like comparing apples to oranges. The coating/ breading is different. They are both delicious in their own way. The manager came around to check-in with those of us dining in. He was friendly, polite, and attentive. He also provided us with the Cajun Sparkle seasoning which had he not brought over, I would not have known it existed. It bumped up the flavor of the chicken sandwich. And it's not spicy at all (which is a bonus since I'm a spice wimp). I would definitely order the chicken sandwich again!

Finally tried the chicken sandwich here after all the hype build up from all the media outlets. I had high expectations and was very let down. I mean people were getting stabbed and wrecking their cars for this sandwich right? We ordered a 4 piece meal which came with a side and a biscuit, a 1 tender combo which came with a side and a biscuit, and 3 of the spicy chicken sandwiches. We got fries for the sides. The spicy chicken sandwiches: they were very crunchy, however, that's all it really was. The breading was a little too salty for my taste and I didn't really taste much of the spicy mayo. It's a win for Chick-fil-A in my book. Their spicy chicken sandwich while not as crunchy has the spice seasoning built in their batter and doesn't require any sauce - eaten as is and still delectable. Their batter also contains a hint of sweetness which is a plus. For the regular fried chicken which we ordered spicy: I compare this to Bojangles and Bo's wins by a long shot. The breading again on the chicken here at Popeyes is just overly salty for me. The saltiness really overpowered the spiciness. Bo's is not only juicy but their skin while not as crunchy fills in the gap with their perfect blend of spice into their batter. It's all a matter of preference and for me, Popeyes just doesn't cut it in my book. My recommendation is stick with Chick-fil-A for the sandwiches and good ol' Bojangles for fried chicken. Can't go wrong with either.

It took me 45 minutes to get my food. I only ordered a chicken sandwich so this was ridiculous.

Right texture and good portion. Ribs are beautifully cooked to perfection. Season very well. Good smoke ring on meat. I paired it with the bbq sauce which was sweet and tangy. Very good ribs. The portion was perfect. Next time I will go with one meat Va two meats since the portions are generous. Hush puppies were pretty good. I like the fact they made a center indentation to make sure they are throughly cooked. The flavor was just right not overly cooked or salty. More of a sweet batter taste. The customer service was pretty good. Really fast service and they move that line pretty quickly. Over all it's a good choice for Carolina BBQ. I will definitely come again and try something new next time around.

I'll preface my review by saying I really tried to not compare this to other extremely prominent smokehouses in other states like Texas, for example (Terry Black's), but admittedly I did a little of that. So with that being said, on its own without comparison I give it a 5/5, when compared with TB's, 4/5. Let's dive in! The spot itself is super cool, I love the stacked wood at the counter. I also love how open it is, plenty of seating (including bar, especially nice if you're solo like I was), plus the self-serve nature of everything. There's a sauce (their homemade sauce is tasty!) and hand wash station, and boxes are readily available to grab. The market itself is worth the visit! Wonderful inventory and great prices, too! Ordering was easy (I'd pre-stalked the menu) and there are tons of options. I went with the 2 meats/2 sides option and got brisket, sausage, mac & cheese with bacon, and yams ($26 after tip). The meat was really the star of the show, that brisket is so tender and melts in your mouth...yum. The sausage had great flavor, though I do want to try their occasional jalapeno & cheddar version. The sides were a bit lackluster for me. The M&C definitely needed some creaminess, and the yams while good didn't blow me away. The hush puppies were really dry, for me at least. The staff were nice and efficient, and multiple asked me if I needed anything as they walked around. All in all, a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be back! Can't wait to try brunch!
