Enjoyed the food, fast friendly service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots to see in decor, your eye leads you around the room; a walk down memory lane.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great menu options. I would recommend this as a good lunch/dinner option.

Located in the quaint small town of Graham sits this old time diner type of restaurant. Prices are very reasonable. Servers were very friendly and chatty. Food is cooked to order in the back, they have milk shakes on the menu but when hubby ordered one, they had run out of milk. He enjoyed a root beer float instead. My turkey burger was a bit on the dry side but the onion rings were perfect. Hubby had ordered cheese fries and told server they were over cooked (I thought they were perfect) so they made him another huge batch to his liking. Nice when a place goes the extra mile to please.

This was a good home town type of place that served good food at a very fair price. I really appreciated the friendly service while we were there & all the stuff they had on the walls to look at. This is a good place to take a family that won't kill your pocket book and you'll walk out of here with a smile on your face.

A neighbor suggested this place and recommend the breakfast. It's located downtown so parking can be tricky. The inside was quiet, clean and inviting. They have a lot of vintage items on the wall and they sale old pop soda. It's a seat yourself style and they have tables and booths. The breakfast menu is small. Prices are very affordable and service was decent. The food took a while to come out but it's cooked to order. Once the food came out it was very basic American food. The kiddos got pancakes and they were huge and fluffy! Overall the experience was cool but not awesome

Ordered breakfast items with coffee, we both are having omelette's , cheese and veggie with sourdough toast. Service was quick, orders taken and coffee on the table. The Ambience is definitely old school

Good solid small town place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The chicken pita was good and the fries were perfect. Next time I'll try the Rueben for sure! They have a good selection of interesting bottled soft drinks you can buy to take home and a wide selection of jams and relishes for purchase. I enjoyed the experience and will come back again!

As a fan of Sutton's iconic Chapel Hill location, I hoped I'd enjoy the Graham branch just as much. I'm happy to say I did! Sutton's at the Wrike is a no-frills sandwich/burger spot with a wide array of bottled sodas, candy, and homemade sauces, pickles, and jams for purchase. I went with the chicken cordon bleu sandwich and it was delicious! The grilled ham and Swiss cheese imparted a ton of flavor. The chicken tenders were pretty good, though a teensy bit overcooked/dry. The onion rings were tasty without being too greasy. My husband went with a cheeseburger and fries and really liked his meal too. The prices are reasonable - less than $10 for a burger or sandwich, side, and drink. They have cherry and vanilla syrups to add to your soda, and I'd be down for trying a milkshake next time I'm there. The servers were all very welcoming.

Sutton's drug store in Chapel Hill has been a fixture for nearly 100 years. A few years ago they opened a branch office in quaint and cute Graham, NC. The space they occupy was also a drug store for decades (Wrike's), and Sutton's paid homage to Wrike's by naming their new location Sutton's at the Wrike. Hence, the odd sounding name. Inside, you will find some very good food, an array of candy, and the largest and most diverse soda selection I've seen in my life. They have every imaginable minor brand bottled soda from yesteryear and today. If they still make it, Sutton's at the Wrike has it. As for the food, it is difficult for me to resist a Patty Melt, so I ordered theirs along with a hot dog All the Way. The Patty Melt was very good, with just the right amount of onions, a nice-sized burger patty, and it was grilled perfectly. Be advised that they add mushrooms and 1000 Island dressing to their version of the Patty Melt. Oddly, mine didn't have mushrooms, though. The patty was the slightest bit overdone, but it all still tasted very good. The hot dog All the Way was excellent. The bun was lightly toasted, the wiener was good, and both the chili and slaw were tasty. Sutton's at the Wrike is worth a stop if you're in the Graham area if for no other reason than to see their impressive soda collection. And you can also get a very good lunch while you're at it.

Dodging a huge rainstorm we decided to sit at the bar and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We sampled a beer or two before deciding on a couple suds and the poutine appetizer while we decided on the main event. The place was fairly busy and they do have a decent outdoor patio also. It's a chill, hole in the wall, neighborhood watering hole type of place. We chatted with a few locals and my wife and I enjoyed the atmosphere. They had some great beers on tap including several from Foothills brewery and also full liquor bar to send a few rounds for any occasion. I settled on the Mad Haddock (I know who orders the fish at a burger place) and my lady had French onion burger. The deep fried asparagus was a playful side that was memorable. We both really enjoyed the choices. The fries could've been more crisp but overall they were passable. The haddock sandwich was incredible and that tartar sauce was incredible. The sandwich was one of those that you don't put down after a few bites. I enjoyed the food, friendly service and conversation with locals. They recommended a bottle shop connected to a laundromat not far away but we had to get back on the road. If you are in the Greensboro area Hops is worth a stop for happy hour, lunch or dinner.

It's a great little restaurant with a fun atmosphere and great music. We started with the Fried Goat Cheese Balls and the Fried Cauliflower, and both were excellent. The goat cheese balls were crispy on the outside and creamy inside, while the cauliflower was perfectly fried and packed with flavor. I ordered the Jalapeño Popper Burger special, and it was phenomenal. Juicy, cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of heat and all the flavors you'd expect from a great jalapeño popper. Easily one of the better specialty burgers I've had. They also have a great beer and wine selection, which made it easy to find the perfect pairing with our meal. If you're traveling and looking for something far better than the usual fast food off the interstate, Hops Burger Bar is absolutely worth the quick detour. Great food, great service, and a place we'll make a point to stop at again the next time we're passing through.

We both had a classic burger (him with no pickles, me with no special sauce), shared an order of fries, he had an IPA and I got a blackberry mojito for about $40. The employees were friendly and helpful. And I feel like everything was priced well and appropriately. The not so good: The meat was just meh and the onions were straight up burnt. The warmly lit space presents nice aesthetic as you walk into the restaurant. A very chill and comfortable atmosphere. I love the bar and the mirrored wall nestled behind it. The spot is pretty laidback and very clean, but has a bit of a rustic nuance to it as well. I like that. The serving staff were extremely nice and helpful towards advising me in making my selection -- with me being a first-timer and all. I kept it simple...I chose the Classic Burger (pink) with pepper jack cheese, bacon marmalade, and as a side, I had to go with the Dirty Fries -- 'cause that's how I roll y'all. About the food: I have to say, the burger was staunchly built and crafted with artistry. Nice and tall with a seriously tasty bun encapsulating everything. Perfectly well-seasoned meat and the first bite was simply delightful.
