Quick service. Less than a week ago they give military discounts and today they didnt. Parking is a mess. The drive thru lines block parking so you have to wait til they pass to get out so you can be stuck a long time. We waited about 5 minutes today you get out so that made the trip longer than it had to be. I prefer the other locations because of this. This morning I grabbed a lemonade sweet tea mix and it taste like a sprite mixed with lemonade and sweet tea. Shouldn't have bubbles in it. . Maybe the lemonade is old or something. It has a strong carbonated like taste and it's hard to drink. It's awful. It's always something with this McDonald's. ALL THE YOUNG FEMALE MEXICANS THAT RUN DRIVE-THRU AT THE SECOND WINDOW CONTINUES TO HAVE A NASTY ATTITUDE WITH A FROWN. Received a burnt black McMuffin that was extremely hard as well. When an employee was shown, she said that was just how they looked coming out of the toaster. We went have dinner today, we go from time to time and enjoy the chicken McNuggets. Today they were different? Just had no taste! Terrible. I don't know what changed but we won't go back! This was the worst ever at this location. I was hungry for some McDonald's French fries so I went on the app and they had free fries if you purchased a certain amount. MsDonalds food is what it is. Quick and easy but nothing special. In fact it seems the fries have gone downhill over the years and are almost just soggy potato pieces but that's at all of them, not just this one. The reason this one got 4 stars is the people. The young lady (wish now I had gotten her name) who brought our food the the table was a delight. She talked to our granddaughter (6 yrs old) like an adult and treated us with kindness as well as excellent service. This is not what I expect at McD's, it was far above and beyond. It seemed the others working were also treating people well. Maybe management is doing something right there. Anyway, enjoyed the stop and the interaction. Thanks. read more

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers got to the window and told me to park ( For 2 cheeseburgers?!). Pretty horrible. They we're out of unsweet tea which I understand as it's 1030. While ordering in the drive through, she kept talking to another worker and having to restart our order. Finally, got through that and told us to pull to the second window. Nope, she was at the first. Slammed on the brakes and dealt with her. Rude and unintelligent. Okay, so even though the drive through was busy, the fries were stale. The dining room was empty and employees were cleaning, even though the drive through was backed up. Go to the next McDonald's. Conveniently located beside planet fitness and near my apartment, I come here a lot! This is an updated McDonald's so it's very clean on the inside and out. Double drive thru and lots of parking. Always have a good experience here. Strawberry banana smoothies never let me down! read more

I feel like this place needs to be a little more sanitary. It smells really rancid and the floor is pretty dirty.The food is good but I feel like they put way too much ketchup in there burger. Don't ask for anything without onions. Every single time I've had to pull around and go back inside to ask for another without onion. When asking for another she questioned me like I was wrong that there was onion on my burger. She proceeded to take it from me blatantly checking it in front of me to make sure I wasn't lying. Half of the time the ice cream machine is "broken" knowing good and well it's not. Customer service through the drive through... don't even get me started. This place is awful!!! They never get the order correct. Today the young lady taking our order, after I gave her mine, looked at my husband and said "What do you want?"...which came across very RUDE!! The drink machine was spewing water or something out when trying to get a drink. My husband told the manager who looked at it and then walked off. There were several employees taking a break, I guess, right outside the front door, smoking, so anyone coming or going had to walk through that smoke! When our food was finally ready, it was in a bag like a to-go order, when we clearly stated to the young lady that we were eating in the restaurant! The place is always dirty!! To top it off, one of the female employees, after her "smoke break" came into the restaurant, sat at one of the tables and was on her phone talking and CUSSING about how tired she was!!!!
