Went on Christmas Day. It was really busy but the service was pretty fast. We didn't wait that long to sit down order. The food was cooked to order so no complaints. The restroom was prob the cleanest Waffle House restroom I've ever been in. read more

I would rate this location with a 4 1/2 out of 5! It's freshly opening, very clean, good employees & great food. 7-3pm only currently!! We have really enjoyed supporting this location.They are looking for a few good people to become part of an amazing staff. You are welcomed upon entering the counter tops and tables are constantly wiped down staff quick to take your order(s) There are still a few folk that enter the establishment without a mask The food is good, but if I had to offer a few suggestions: please stop over cooking the hash browns unless someone, somewhere likes or request burnt please stop smashing the waffles in the cooking iron, the fluffy pictures and the great smells along with the good taste sells the waffle-please don't smash them The staff will do there beat to make this a good experience You have a great product, the people will come ‍ thank you Waffle House read more

Food was nasty and the workers didn't seem like they cared. One gentleman came around sweeping the floor and I asked him not to sweep around us until we were finished and he swept anyway. I told him I didn't want to eat dust and he just said it had to be done. It really upset me that he swept anyway. We will not be back anytime soon. read more

Kacy, the girl who works there is an idiot. My husband can't eat pork, it's against his religion. He ordered the All Star breakfast and just wanted the sausage substituted with hashbrowns. Easy right? Not for Kacy, her dumbass substituted the grits, toast and sausage with hash browns. So my husband got sunny side up eggs and a pile of hashbrowns. No toast, no waffle, no grits. So we ask about the missing stuff. We get the waffle that's been sitting out and got cold and wasn't even cooked all the way because it was gooey in the middle. We remind Kacy AGAIN that we don't have toast and she looks around, lost and says "hang on," And we never get the toast. My husband asked for a refill for his Diet Coke and Kacy says "sure" but never gets it. And then she tried to charge us for full price. Which I made sure to tell her that isn't right and so we get our drinks for free. That's all. Horrible experience, horrible. read more

Tonight me and my family ate inside, our waitress had brown hair and she had freckles on her face which also had the nastiest face the whole time she was serving us. I don't know but can you at least be nicer to people and don't just walk out the building without asking us if we need anything else? Another girl that was cleaning the place was way nicer and we really had hoped to have her serve us instead. Worst service we've received. The food was undercooked and we usually stop by every now and then but I don't think we will be coming back. read more

My family eat at this particular WH often as one of our choices for our traditional family breakfast outings. We normally have a great experience, but this morning was not the case. I asked for over easy eggs what I got was over hard. I asked for my hashbrowns to be cooked a little crisper because at times the potatoes are not done. What I got was inedible. I can't even find the words to describe it....crackerish texture burnt remnants of what used to be potatoes. Of course it was a to go order and not one WH is ever close to your home. DOG WATER ABSOLUTE DOG WATER. Me and my friends pulled up at 3:22am and everything was dirty they had 4 workers and no one was cleaning a thing. I sat down at 3:30am at a dirty table just to be told that they are now switching to take out only and that we had to leave. LAZY WORKERS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. We wanted to try the Valentines Day special and we are so glad we did. The entire Waffle House looked amazing, from special Valentines decorative coverings tied around the lights to create dimmer, pink romantic lighting, to beautiful flower arrangements, Valentine's Day table decorations, special glasses, a lovely printed menu and more. The pre fixe menu included choices of steak, chicken or pork chops, hash browns, Texas Toast, and chocolate pie or a heart-shaped waffle. Free music played love songs on the jukebox. The staff wore Valentines Day bow ties, red aprons, or other special decorative items. Our waitress was so enthusiastic and cheerful, and took excellent care of our table. In fact, all the staff worked really hard to make sure we had a magical, fun evening. Terrific staff who all went above and beyond. We just stopped in about midnight tonight, just on our way through, and we had a short wait as they were relatively busy and only four people working in total. We didn't mind waiting at all, the server was great, and the food amazing! All the workers were awesome and I would recommend 10/10. Definitely would eat here again! Thanks y'all! read more

WH has good food with many choices for anytime of day/night one eats there. Service is fast but is too friendly with regulars to be professional. Servers and cooks tend to goof around a bit on the overnight shift. Can get very busy and loud on weekend mornings and some late week nights. Always clean and well lit bathrooms. Needs to ditch the juke box and put in a tv and Wi-Fi. read more

Scattered covered and smothered. This particular waffle house was a chosen destination for all four years of my college life and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to visit it this morning. I thought I might, but didn't recognize any of the employees. But everyone was super nice with the greetings, an the happy Easters, and the would you like a warm up on your coffees. Right around the corner from my apartment...this place is good ANY TIME OF THE DAY!!!!! Food is good, and comes out quick and hot! My only complaint is that my drink sometimes gets empty and it takes a minute to get a refill...but other than that it's a great place!!!! Super friendly service as well!!!!! read more

Was so excited about eating at the brand new waffle house. BOY was i in for a "real" treat. Oct 15th, 2018 Burlington NC Location 1. My friend and I sat down at bar, first thing waitress said was, were we dining in or eating out and were we going to be together or seperate checks. I thought this was rather weird as I never heard this before at a waffle house. 2. We both ordered, our waitress turned around and removed her cell phone from pocket and calculated our bill up for about 6 minutes. she NEVER called out our order to cook. She just sat the order in front of him. 3. She proceeded to cook a few waffles (which was actually hilarious) she would not use timer thus every waffle stuck and she threw in trash. She did offer another customer one. However, It looked like charlie brown made it. 4. The cook over cooked my friends eggs. Eggs looked like cardboard. 5. I ordered 3 eggs scrambled, wheat toast, bacon and gravy. 6. I received an egg sandwich with bacon, no gravy. 7. Waitress took my plate and said NOTHING to the cook about preparing my order correctly. I sat there for 5min and she still hadn't told cook. Instead she shoved one of her under cooked waffles on a plate in front of me.I guess this was a "peace" offering. lol 8. I walked out. 9. Other "regular" waitress said nothing to this new girl, sorta puzzled because this location is usually top notch. No manager onsite??? 10. Waitress had a atitude the entire time. This is second time I tried the newly remodeled location, both times both regular cooks were not working. From being the BEST (before the remodel) This location is now a joke! read more

If I could've gave them no stars I would've. But I just want to warn everyone that lives in the area and goes to this Waffle House to please be aware of your surroundings at all hours of the day! My sister and I just went there around 11:45 am this morning and got out of the car to walk in. While walking in I turned back around to lock my car like I always do, and close to my car was this homeless looking man walking around in the parking lot. Well when I locked the car he looked right at me and started chasing us into the resturant saying "b**** get back here, I'll beat your faces in for that". After we both got inside of the double doors he ran the other direction. Customers immediately came up to us asking if we were okay and what happened while the workers at Waffle House did nothing to help. They simply acted like it was normal for something like this to happen. Now I know this Waffle House is scary at night and has had shootings before but I just can't believe this happened in the middle of the day. After we got a one of the male customers to walk us back out to our car, I called the store back to speak with a manager about the situation. Travis Long is who I spoke with and he informed me that "this happens everywhere and that we just need to get over it cause this is how the world is now days." I understand the world is mean but the multiple male workers could've at least walked me out to my car instead of making a customer have to get up during his meal or they could've called someone to help like the police but I guess they didn't want that negative attention for their business. Well let me just be the first to say I WILL NEVER EAT WAFFLE HOUSE AGAIN it's not worth being robbed or beat up or killed. Looks like IHOP finally got my business back. Really great waffles. I went the first time with a friend and she was a pro, I wasn't. She suggested the waffles which I got with chocolate chips. It was awesome. We did have to wait about 10 minuets for a seat. All the seats have you sitting with strangers which I thought was awkward. My biggest complaint is customer service. Not in a racial way, but the waitresses were straight ghetto. Talking about fighting each other for not getting this table or not doing that. Cussing across the restaurant. Wow well I can believe I have had it all because here I was in this town at a waffle house here is my problem it was just o.k. I wanted my browns (all the way) and sure the were that way but the taste was not there they say it was but let me tell you it was not. my waitres well she was nice and also said hello but here is my other problem I can not here everything you say and i think that is ipmortant for me to here what you are saying because maybe then it will be easier to talk and also listen. so anyway ia also had a waffles and let me just say it was why they call this house a waffle! but also let me just say that the coffee was just o.k. and this is my reason were is the flavor because i wall tell you were it is not it is not in the coffee because it was no flavor!! What is this water drink I am drinking that is also brown but not coffeE??
