They stopped me from ordering until I clicked the link, went to my email and logged in. Of course, my order disappeared, and I had to put in all the things I wanted again. (2) The software was so wonky that I could not double-check the delivery address. So I had to guess that it was correct. (3) Finally, after ordering, I waited for the delivery. It came with only one of the two things I ordered. (4) I called to report the missing item and to get it delivered or pick it up. Blaze took me through a roundabout process for reporting. I just clicked any number to get help and asked the AI for "Representative". The live person came on the phone and greeted me, put me on hold for a long time, came back and said there was nothing she could do because she couldn't reach anyone from the restaurant! I'm done with this restaurant. The pizza is good, but the service is not worth it. I don't even want my money back. I feel like a fool for even ordering from there after point number (1) above.
