I ordered a Zaxby salad from the Zaxby's on Schaumburg Road when I got it to the house five minutes away, opened it up and all the letters was just soggy. The chicken wasn't even cut into pieces. Those egg roll was just like slop inside of it. I asked for an extra piece of chicken and they gave me some kind of little Tender strip that was fried instead of grilled since Zaxby's was sold to a company out of Atlanta, the quality of its stores here in Columbus has gone to trash. read more

Stopped by Zaxby's after grocery shopping, because who wants to go grocery shopping and go home to cook. Ordered my typical go to, the bbq boneless wings combo. The wings are always cooked to perfection while the fries were a little soggy. The manager was very sweet and let me know there was a wait on my wings. I gave them a 4 because of the fries and I wish the cashier had told me ahead of time that there would be a wait but overall both the service and food was good. Enjoy! read more

This location has been going down the hill over the past few years. Used to be our favorite- not anymore. Employees are careless. Food is wrong more times than it's right (not prepared as ordered, items missing, wrong items).my last straw was when my daughter went inside to grab a pick up order and walked into the middle of a fight that two employees (two of their cooks) were having with one being thrown over the counter into the ordering area. A few days ago I ordered a fried shrimp meal. I drove 15 minutes all the way home and it was a chicken finger meal. I called and the manager told me to come back up there in the next week or two to get my food. I accidentally threw away my receipt. I drove all the way back up there to get my shrimp meal and they told me I needed a receipt. I couldn't remember the managers name. I will never be coming back to this zaxby's again. read more

Went though the drive through and ordered food for my family. The gentleman taking orders was very professional and took my order very quickly and accurately. I forgot to order an item and added it at the window and the gentleman added it with no hiss or fuss. Absolutely wonderful service. I did have to wait a little longer for my food but there were quite a few people there. Got home and the order was 100% accurate. The food was good. Visited this location yesterday and again today. Both times the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I went inside today to try and order to-go. They are not allowing for dine in during covid. BUT you can go inside to pick up your online nrder or to pick up a delivery service order. Why can't people place to go orders inside? 4 people were standing around in the kitchen but they couldn't take my order. You are losing a weekly customers now Zaxbys. This is how I imagine that the chicken at Zaxby's is prepared: First they take the raw chicken strips and soak them for 3 days in a salty, brine solution that rivals the Great Salt Lake. Then, when the meat is thoroughly saturated with salt, they add their special seasonings (99.9999% Salt) and their proprietary Zaxby's breading--DELICIOUS! (99.98% salt) Then they lightly salt the battered chicken before it goes in to the deep fryer to be cooked in fresh salt-oil. What emerges are the delicious chicken strips that Zaxby's is famous for. Just salt and serve! PS: It is recommended that you dip your chicken in one of the amazing Zaxby's salt-dips (Saltmustard, Saltsauce, SaltyQsauce). This location consistently gets orders incorrect. Usually the ladies taking orders cut you off before you can finish what you're saying and then it's no surprise that the order is wrong. I've thought about calling corporate several times but decide to see if the next visit is better. It usually isn't. The worst Zaxby's in Columbus, they always mess up my order an I always get old fries. When I ordered the meal, they never wanna give enough fries also, so I have to order extra side of fries. I literally had 10 fries in my tray. I LOVE ZAXBYS! But I HATE coming to this location. I would rather drive the extra couple miles to AVOID this location. The service is extremely slow. The food is as expected from zaxbys.
