It doesn't matter what we order or how often we go, they mess things up continuously. They almost always forgot our fries, or some part of our order entirely, sauce is often forgotten, the wings seem to never have any sauce on them at all. At this point we're going to start driving into town for Zaxbys so we can actually get what we order. It's honestly really ridiculous. read more

First impressions....Looks nice. Booths are set up nice, but are not the most comfortable to sit in. The condiment section is set up nicely. The server could really describe the sauces well- there was no presentation to explain the different sauces for a new-comer like me. Service kind of slow. Alot of cars in the drive up when I walked in. Christian music plays pretty loudly and echoes. Food- Presentation is horrible everything is shoved on a small plastic plate. My toast was on my tray but fell off the plate. The employee didn't even offer another piece of toast. She just said sorry. Who ever wants celery with their food?! Fries are oversaturated with Cajun spice. They are crispy though. The toast is cold. The wings at thuroughly cooked through and the sauce which was a two on the hot scale is very spicy. It tastes flavorful though. Over-priced for the amount of food you get. This experience and food is unforgettable and not fast. I will not be returning. A disappointment. read more

Ordered and PAID for two meals, they only handed me one at the window. told them I got the chicken sandwich meal and the lady hands me a chicken sandwich, no fries no drink. The bag had hot sauce all over it from the wings. chicken sandwich I did get had no sauce no pickle, and I bite into it and there's a hair. Absolute worst experience I've ever had here. read more

For starters we ordered a 5 finger chicken plate and got 4, and on top of that I was at the drive through window and i asked for extra fry seasoning after receiving my food and the kid shut the window in my face and continued to talk to a girl and never returned so i drove away. I usually get the chicken finger plate with zax sauce. If you want a smaller portion of that get the big Zacs snack meal which includes a drink. Customer service here has always been fast a friendly. There's free refills as they are also self serve. You can also watch tv in here while you eat. read more

I was here this past Weekend 23 August 2020, they were super busy and short staff. Customers had to wait long periods for their meal, over 15 to 20 minutes before getting their meals. Some customers requested money back and others walked out. I didn't mind waiting because I noticed right away that they were short staff and I did not see a manager insight. What really bother me was that I purchased a Family meal 20 piece and many of the pieces were so tiny. Zaxby's Corporate and stores you guys started great with large pieces of tenders but the tenders nowadays are about half of what they use to be. And you are charging a lot more than some sit down restaurants charge for some of their meals. The only thing that keeps me coming back it's your flavor/seasoning on your chicken, but I'm getting tired of the same tiny pieces you guys keep serving for premium price. And it's not just this store, I believe is company wide. Your salads specially the zenzation salad amount are smaller but the price keeps going up/premium price. I think I'm going to give up on visiting your restaurants, because is not getting any better for the consumers. Got our order wrong. Asked for no tomatoes on our salad and there were lots and hard to remove. The grilled chicken was way over done as one side was very very brown. Also ceiling AC vents very dusty. read more

Every time I go to this Zaxby's it's something. The people are always friendly but I do wonder behind those smiles if they are secretly laughing knowing your food is burned, wrong or missing all together. This round my sandwich was burned and though I requested it have no lettuce there was alot on it and the bacon (GASP!) was missing. I don't know why this is always an issue, but none-the-less it always is. I mean, heck they don't have to put their hand in the lettuce bowl I saved them time! I think this may be my last visit. Ok so every time I visit this Zaxby's it's always a mystery what's going to happen or what am I going to get, like this time. I ordered BONELESS wings and things and it even says it on the receipt BL stands for boneless. What I got was traditional wings well if you all it that. I've never had traditional wings from Zaxby's and never will ever again. I should have taken it back up there but hey might as well try it. As you can see hardly any meat on the bone and that should have been the first sign something was wrong. I bit into the leg peace and the sour nasty old taste came through yet that meant they where rotten and have been sitting out or refrigerator for weeks. Who ever was cooking the chicken today needs to be fire or there going to kill someone. I know they where training people today but come one you can't smell rotten meat before you cook it you don't need to be cooking. Just thank you are cooking that chicken with the other chicken and cross contaminating every other peace of chicken or what ever counter or bucket for sauce it goes in. When my father and I chose to eat here one day when we were lazy and sick, when we got home we got cheated out of half our meal! Barely anything in the box for $6 and for a total of nearly $30 for two meals and some onion rings, we just took it back and got our money.
