I love going here for the chick fil a sandwich combo. I usually go for lunch too but get here early. For a drink, I always get their lemonade. You can get free refills here too. Just take off the lid and go to the counter and someone will take care of you. The chick fil a chicken sandwich is their best and my favorite as it is served with white meat. It comes with a few pickles but I add lettuce and tomato to it to make it deluxe. As far as customer service is concerned, they always take care of me. They are fast getting your order ready too. In summary, if you come here for lunch get here early like at 11 am to beat the 12 noon lunch crowd. read more

This is my second review here and nothing has changed over the months to drop them from 5 star status. This may be the best managed fast food restaurant I have been too. I go at least weekly when in town. Very stable management and people. They must pay attention to the details and training because I have never had even close to a bad experience here. At this point in American History one would assume that once you've seen one Chick-fil-a you've seen them all. One would be wrong. It seems as though there is a new wave of locations where the decor has been taken up a notch. Where you can sit down at a table, order from their app, and it will be brought to you (aka, a normal restaurant minus a wait staff). The size also seems to be a changing. Here you can bring in a bus load and still have room for regulars. All that aside, everything on my visit was up to par for them. The service, the food, the speed. It was all impressive. But if I could just add one more thing. The drive-through window. Again, one might assume there is nothing to be improved upon with such a cutting edge service from decades ago. Nope, wrong again. This location has a drive-through sliding glass door! So when you pull up for your order, the doors slide back and a team member literally walks up to and hands you everything. For anyone who has ever dropped a card or drink or straw between the drive-through window and your vehicle, you know just how genius this is. I know I stared at it for at least 20 minutes. Ahh, Chick-Fil-A. Home of the over rated, over priced chicken. Service is AMAZING, long line wrapped around the building, which is rare to avoid? 10 minutes, tops. Staff is always polite, respectful, serving with a smile. Overall Ambiance is chaotic, lines wherever you go. From the Hustle and bustle of the morning commute, to rush hour traffic. This place is bumper to bumper. My go to is the Spicy chicken sandwich, with pepper Jack. It is good, don't get me wrong, the right amount of heat with a hint of Chick-Fil-A sauce boxing with your tastebuds. But, it is slightly over-hyped. read more

I went by chick-fil-a on brained road on my way to the hospital. My son having twins. Showed the drive thru guy the text when I ordered But he didn't even get my name right. Didn't get my order right. Shorted me a sandwich. Had to wait on the Mac cheese.had to wait out in the parking lot for it. Told him order was wrong and told me I had to get back in the drive thru they just couldn't bring my order they messed up on. That will be my last visit to that location. I've never once had a bad experience. Even when they were packed, we all got our food quickly. And the workers are always respectful.

Very dissatisfied with my visit today. Got a spicy chicken Xtra pickle and it has 1 single baby pickle on it. Not trying to be that guy, but one of the reasons I love the sandwiches are the chick fil a pickles. Both of our fries were Luke warm at best which is surprising. Disappointed. What more can I say? I stopped in here with a group of 15 or so around 2 o'clock and there was practically no line. We ordered and we expected our food to be delivered in typical Chick-fil-A fashion. Quick and with a smile. However this was not our experience... from poor distribution of meals to lack of urgency from the staff this establishment seemed to be in a post lunch-rush coma. Our food tasted fine and though my stomach left satisfied, my soul was not. I'm thankful we were only passing through as I would hate to have this as my local Chick-fil-A. When delivering to a customers seated with an order marker it wouldn't hurt to notice if the customers have straws and napkins. If they don't ,please ,at least offer to get some! That's basic. I have only recently started to go to Chick-fil-a. In years past I avoided this place because of their beliefs, their not being open on Sundays, the pickle juice brined chicken an because I had heard that they had high prices. Since I started going to chick fil a I have found that I like the taste of their chicken, the prices are not that bad, and I can always go to kfc on Sundays. I don't know if all Chick Fil A's cust service is this is the same, but this place truly treats you as though they are eager to serve you. Always smiling faces and so super nice.. and not a fake nice, my boss is watching kind of nice. Keep up the good work. This clearly starts with great management. I have been very disappointed with the overall quality of the food and the service with the Chick-fil-A on Keith Street. The worst experience was this evening with a mobile order I put in. After waiting several minutes after receiving the notification that the food was coming out, I went in and tried to get the attention of one of the staff. It took 10 minutes to get someone to acknowledge me, and that was after I interrupted three staff members huddling over prepared and bagged food (which had been sitting there since I came in). The restaurant was not busy and there was one other person waiting for an order that they put in at the register. I interrupted the three staff members after the individual in front of me was served. No one asked why I was standing there and no one offered to help or assist me in any way. This experience, and previous experiences at this location shows a massive flaw in management and training. This is not only the worst experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A, this is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I am a business owner and I understand that things can get frustrating and difficult, but this is a clear example of poor leadership. read more

Had the chargrilled combo, very good. Very crowded but the food came out quickly and the employees were very friendly. I usually hate places that you have to go up to the counter to get a drink refill, but one of the employees saw me going up with my cup and met me halfway and asked me if I needed a refill. Later as I had finished and was sitting at the table she came up and asked if she could take my tray for me and got me another refill. Great fast food! Ordered the original sandwich with a peach shake and it was great. I recommend trying the peach shake if it's something you've never had, it was new to me and I'm glad I tried it. Beware of lunch time hours between 11 am and 1 pm, the line for the drive-thru usually wraps around the building. Enjoy! read more
