Headricks offers a classy dining experience with truly scrumptious burgers and an energetic atmosphere. Our server, Gracie, was an absolute gem, warm, attentive, and quick with a smile. I ordered the Fresh Prince, featuring thinly sliced ribeye layered atop a burger patty, crowned with provolone and a bright bell pepper relish. Not quite what I expected, but still flavorful, fresh, and piping hot. We did wait about 30 to 40 minutes for our entrees, but the fried deviled eggs we enjoyed beforehand were so good I would come back for them alone. Highly recommend! My friends sampled a couple of draft beers and were pleased with their picks. As a heads up, the restaurant does not serve wine or spirits, but the beer selection seems to satisfy. The space itself is sophisticated and lively, though on the louder side. Great energy, but you may have to lean in close to chat. One regret: I did not spot the Wake Up Call burger before ordering. Breakfast sandwiched between two glazed donuts? Say less. That is my love language. My only suggestion would be to slow the pace just a touch. We were still mid meal when asked about dessert and splitting the check. A gentler rhythm would make the experience feel even more refined. Overall, a delicious and vibrant outing. Let me start off by saying if you're choosing between here and chilis.. go to chilis!! We started off by ordering our drinks and didn't actually get our drinks from the bar until right before the check came. So probably about 45 mins or so sitting there with no drinks. We ordered the buffalo chicken eggrolls and the deep fried deviled eggs. Both were very good but could've been warmer. I ordered the pimento cheese burger, medium. It was definitely well done, dry and the "fried pickles" is just 1 pickle. I will say the Mac and cheese was very very good!! Our server was pleasant, attentive and quite bubbly. She seemed to love her job. The food was good. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with gravy. It was very tasty but could have used more mushrooms. I ordered the lobster mac and cheese. I was really pleased with the amount of lobster. Really creamy and tasty. I wish it was served hotter. My husband had the OG burger. It was hot and delicious. The fries were the seasoned with rosemary. They were nice and hot and not greasy. We had reservations at 5:30. We were seated immediately. Our waitress came and took our drink order right away and we ordered shortly after that. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food. But if your not in a hurry than it has a nice atmosphere to sit and visit. read more

First time at Headrick's. We had a great experience. We were greeted and seated quickly. Nicole was our server (we sat at a hi-top in the bar area). 3 people in our party. Our drinks were tasty. We each ordered a different burger (Wake Up Call burger, Mushroom Swiss Burger, Pimento Cheese burger). All 3 were cooked to order and delicious! Truffle fries and sweet potato fries were yummy! 10/10 Ribeye!! I ordered the ribeye medium rare, perfectly cooked with excellent flavor. The truffle fries are so crispy and the coleslaw balanced everything out perfectly. The highlight of our meal was the truffle fries, which were fine. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience did not meet expectations. The food issues were numerous: The deviled eggs were tough in texture, making them difficult to cut and chew. All three of our burgers had a distinct taste suggesting freezer burn and were unfinishable. The lobster on the surf and turf burger was significantly overcooked and chewy; I actually mistook the texture for gristle in the meat. The Bold Rock cider lacked carbonation. The sweet potato fries were burnt. I will say that the wait staff was great--they were the only positive part of the experience. Given the quality of the food, particularly the issues with the "gourmet" burgers, I won't be returning. We hope this feedback helps the team make improvements. read more

We loved the burgers and think this establishment is a great addition to downtown! The only thing we disliked were the fries- they came out floppy and pretty greasy. Definitely prefer them more crispy, and not soft. read more

Mhmmmmm! That Mac and cheese, a must have. Headricks Gourmet Burger Bar the burgers kinda smell like fish, but those truffle fries, with that ketchup and those pickles, please bathe me in it. Luke lovedddd the lobster mac and cheese, and had to order seconds. But I had to tell him to slow down because the stamps haven't came in yet, and I have to get groceries next Wednesday. It was just me and Luke tonight, his momma wanted to take the other kids to that nasty jump park, because she wants to get them kids sick, and for them to miss school again, but she knows that she has already missed truancy court for the first quarter of school already. First time trying this place out and it was great! Cute little date night place. Fried deviled eggs were great as an appetizer. I do recommend getting the middle plated spinach ingredients in with each egg bite for a great taste. Mushroom Swiss burger was amazing. I've tried everything at Headricks- the burgers, salmon, ribeye, salads, and even the molten lava, and everything has been excellent! The food is always fresh and flavorful, the prices are great, and the service is just as impressive. Definitely one of my favorite local spots. Since this is close to my shop at Uptown Luxe and Leisure, I have eaten here several times and personally requested my own table. LOL read more

We arrived at 1:05 pm with a party of 9. The host told us he could not seat us because they close at 2 for lunch. We asked to be split if that would make it easier. He refused to even check on anything and threw his pen. The manager, Nicole McNeese was just as rude! We went to a restaurant down the street and they just sat a party of 40! They agreed to seat us at 2 tables and the manager was the kindest man on earth and came over 3x to genuinely check on us and was so kind. I will never step foot into Headricks again. They don't deserve anyone's business! read more

Hand lunch there Saturday, not sure why you need a reservation. The restaurant had plenty of open tables. My wife had the OG and I had the Santiago. She had truffle fries and I had sweet potato fries.. The burgers were just average hamburgers that you can get anywhere in Cleveland and the fries were all greasy and cold. read more
