Came in on a Tuesday night looking for a burger with a friend. After we were seated, we ordered our food. The dining room was not very full but the food took 50 minutes to get our food. The food presentation was nice with the logo design seared into the top of the bun. The burgers we ordered were the Surf & Turf and the Mac Attack. Both burgers were mildly cold as well as the fries. The food is phenomenal! One of, if not, the best tasting restaurants in Cleveland. The man's a genius cook. He even made the spinach taste great and I don't normally like spinach. I got fried deviled eggs for an appetizer which I never even heard of before, and the fresh prince burger. Everything was beyond amazing, and for the quality of food honestly is super affordable. Gourmet is an understatement for how great this food is. The atmosphere was great. The servers were very friendly and happy making you feel right at home. They all seemed to be very psyched about you trying their food, and they appeared to genuinely enjoy their jobs, which speaks volumes for the character of the owner.10 out of 10 recommended. Quickly seated on a Tuesday evening at 5:30. Three ladies working the hostess station, only one guy seemed to be taking orders and delivering food, still, he was fairly attentive. Fried pickles were good if a little under seasoned. We enjoyed our burgers. Tots were crispy and excellent. Fries were a little mushy and under seasoned. Prices are maybe a little high, but not bad overall. Portion is plenty to fill most people up. Bar had a very nice bourbon selection. Will likely return to try other burgers. read more

Headricks offers a classy dining experience with truly scrumptious burgers and an energetic atmosphere. Our server, Gracie, was an absolute gem, warm, attentive, and quick with a smile. I ordered the Fresh Prince, featuring thinly sliced ribeye layered atop a burger patty, crowned with provolone and a bright bell pepper relish. Not quite what I expected, but still flavorful, fresh, and piping hot. We did wait about 30 to 40 minutes for our entrees, but the fried deviled eggs we enjoyed beforehand were so good I would come back for them alone. Highly recommend! My friends sampled a couple of draft beers and were pleased with their picks. As a heads up, the restaurant does not serve wine or spirits, but the beer selection seems to satisfy. The space itself is sophisticated and lively, though on the louder side. Great energy, but you may have to lean in close to chat. One regret: I did not spot the Wake Up Call burger before ordering. Breakfast sandwiched between two glazed donuts? Say less. That is my love language. My only suggestion would be to slow the pace just a touch. We were still mid meal when asked about dessert and splitting the check. A gentler rhythm would make the experience feel even more refined. Overall, a delicious and vibrant outing. I ordered the lobster mac and cheese. I was really pleased with the amount of lobster. Really creamy and tasty. I wish it was served hotter. My husband had the OG burger. It was hot and delicious. The fries were the seasoned with rosemary. They were nice and hot and not greasy. We had reservations at 5:30. We were seated immediately. Our waitress came and took our drink order right away and we ordered shortly after that. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food. But if your not in a hurry than it has a nice atmosphere to sit and visit. read more

Cold burger and fries. We were there at noon Thursday. Very few customers. Service was very slow and not impressive. This was our first time there. My OG burger was tasteless with only a "regular" hamburger bun. I also ordered French fries which were also cold and limp. I do not recommend going to this restaurant. I thought a burger bar would have a really great burger. I was extremely disappointed. A much better hamburger meal would be at a fast food place. No ambience. No music. read more

First time at Headrick's. We had a great experience. We were greeted and seated quickly. Nicole was our server (we sat at a hi-top in the bar area). 3 people in our party. Our drinks were tasty. We each ordered a different burger (Wake Up Call burger, Mushroom Swiss Burger, Pimento Cheese burger). All 3 were cooked to order and delicious! Truffle fries and sweet potato fries were yummy! From the time we walked in and were greeted at host stand , they were very polite and quickly walked us to our table. We were then greeted by Whitney, she was very knowledgeable of the menu, specials and was very happy to answer any questions . She checked back frequently and made our experience a 5 star. The menu is great! The flavors are great! The staff is friendly and helpful!! The ambiance is good! The kitchen speed needs improvement. It's too slow. We had ordered and ended up waiting 55 minutes for anything to come out. Everyone else around us was getting their food, eating and getting to go boxes too before our food came out. We were the second combination of people to enter the restaurant after they opened for the evening. It wasn't crowded at that time so you think the food would have came out faster. We entered right after they opened for dinner. The whole time being there was 3 hours for two burgers with fries, soda, water and one dessert. Then our burgers weren't cooked the way we ordered them. I just ate around the part that was undercooked to my liking and made it work. The other person had already taken a bite of their hamburger and discovered it was undercooked. The waiter took it back to the kitchen to be remade. Well, they took the same hamburger patty my friend had , put it back on the grill, and topped it with toppings and brought it back to her. We knew it was the same patty because her bite mark was still on the meat. Maybe that's standard practice, I'm not sure lol. Side items were mixed up. When you're paying $16 to $18 for an entree, you hope it's made the way you ordered it. Next, dessert. This was early on a Saturday night. For the evening dinner service, they were out of every dessert with the exception of one and an assortment of milkshakes lol. We pick a dessert, the waiter would put in the order and then came back to tell that they were out. This happened four times before we picked something they still had available. This was the fifth time we have ate there. 3 of the times we have ate there, we had a good experience, even with the kitchen running slow. The other two times we have went there, were not good experiences overall. I just wish it would be a more consistently good experience when we are able to go there. read more

We started off by ordering our drinks and didn't actually get our drinks from the bar until right before the check came. So probably about 45 mins or so sitting there with no drinks. We ordered the buffalo chicken eggrolls and the deep fried deviled eggs. Both were very good but could've been warmer. I ordered the pimento cheese burger, medium. It was definitely well done, dry and the "fried pickles" is just 1 pickle. I will say the Mac and cheese was very very good!! The highlight of our meal was the truffle fries, which were fine. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience did not meet expectations. The food issues were numerous: The deviled eggs were tough in texture, making them difficult to cut and chew. All three of our burgers had a distinct taste suggesting freezer burn and were unfinishable. The lobster on the surf and turf burger was significantly overcooked and chewy; I actually mistook the texture for gristle in the meat. The Bold Rock cider lacked carbonation. The sweet potato fries were burnt. I will say that the wait staff was great--they were the only positive part of the experience. Given the quality of the food, particularly the issues with the "gourmet" burgers, I won't be returning. We hope this feedback helps the team make improvements. read more

Mhmmmmm! That Mac and cheese, a must have. Headricks Gourmet Burger Bar the burgers kinda smell like fish, but those truffle fries, with that ketchup and those pickles, please bathe me in it. Luke lovedddd the lobster mac and cheese, and had to order seconds. But I had to tell him to slow down because the stamps haven't came in yet, and I have to get groceries next Wednesday. It was just me and Luke tonight, his momma wanted to take the other kids to that nasty jump park, because she wants to get them kids sick, and for them to miss school again, but she knows that she has already missed truancy court for the first quarter of school already. I've tried everything at Headricks- the burgers, salmon, ribeye, salads, and even the molten lava, and everything has been excellent! The food is always fresh and flavorful, the prices are great, and the service is just as impressive. Definitely one of my favorite local spots. Since this is close to my shop at Uptown Luxe and Leisure, I have eaten here several times and personally requested my own table. LOL read more

We arrived at 1:05 pm with a party of 9. The host told us he could not seat us because they close at 2 for lunch. We asked to be split if that would make it easier. He refused to even check on anything and threw his pen. The manager, Nicole McNeese was just as rude! We went to a restaurant down the street and they just sat a party of 40! They agreed to seat us at 2 tables and the manager was the kindest man on earth and came over 3x to genuinely check on us and was so kind. I will never step foot into Headricks again.
