Currently sitting in front of Jersey Mike's and they do not close for several more minutes. When I pulled in to walk in and pick up my sandwich, they ran to the door, turned the lights out and locked it. Now they are inside looking through the doorway, laughing at me. And I took pictures just to confirm it. In the past, I have spoke so highly of this location, but after the way, I was just treated, I don't know that I will be returning. My husband and I have eaten at a lot of Jersey Mikes and this one was by far the dirtiest Jersey Mikes I have seen. Dirty counter did not clean off after each sandwich, the slicer had about a week's worth of chipped meat laying on the underside, lettuce was brown, had to tell the person I did not want the brown lettuce so she took some out of the refrigerator for my sun and put it back to use the brown lettuce on the next order. The girl making sandwiches had gloves on however she after making my husbands sub she rang up the order on the cash register, leaned on the counter with her gloves on and then came back to make my sub. I believe someone needs to step up and take notice or someone is going to get sick! read more

This is my first visit ever to a Jersey Mikes Subs. I was impressed. It's in a remodeled and renovated building that used to be a dry cleaners. The bathrooms are in excellent conditions simply because everything is new. Menu item ordered was a 8 inch Mikes Club. It was one of the best subs I have eaten. The server told me that I liked it "Mikes Way" -whatever that means. They do have catering available for outside of the restaurant events. They even have a Jersey Mikes Subs van with logo on it out front, see picture. History: It was started back in 1956 and called Mikes Subs at that time. The first Mikes Subs was in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Even some of the packaging says 1956 on it to reflect that. You can join their loyalty membership simply by giving them your cell phone number, so you need no card. They have two TVs in here as you can watch tv while having lunch. Came in for a quick bite to eat. Restaurant had a small line. The workers were super friendly and got everyone through the line quickly. The restaurant was super clean and inviting. My sandwich was great. I got the provolone , ham and salami (a giant). So good. I will definitely be revisiting this place! read more

I went and got 3 large sandwiches today. One was a Italian with no tomato's or onions, the other was a chicken bacon ranch with no tomato's or onions, the last one was a Philly cheese steak with just meat and cheese. On the Italian they didn't put anything but the meat and cheese no sauces or anything. On the CBR they put tomato's and onions on it even after we specifically ask for none of either. The Philly was the only thing they got right but I mean who can mess up just meat and cheese right? Oh wait they can because this did not toast it like they were suppose to... I am extremely disappointed in this I spent 60$ on 3 subs with chips and drinks and didn't get anything that I asked for or PAID for when I called the store and told them I still had the food they said and I quote "there is nothing we can do about it once you leave the store" so yayyyyyyyy!! After recently being impressed by my first trip to Quizno's in years I figured I would give Jersey MIke's Subs a shot and see if it would also surprise me or be another let down like every trip to Subway. It is sad to say but I would definitely say that this trip was closer to Subway. The man running the meat slicer was also taking orders and was not very friendly. He would not leave the meat slicer to come over and take my order and instead wanted me to go to him. Had to come here at an off time since their place was so full, there was no place to park. Subs are delicious. Bread is fresh, loaded with meats and cheeses. The "regular" size is about 10". I just did finish it. I am not sure about their giant size. Great selection of chips but no French fries. They also do cold subs, wraps, and sub in a tub salads. Went here with my wife and I'll admit the food itself was not bad but watching them prepare the food was very unsanitary and made me cringe just watching. They place the bread on a plastic cutting board and dabble on all kinds of goodies all to your liking. There is no wax paper or anything under your food to create a barrier to the dirty cutting board. They package your sandwich up and use a dirty scrapper to slide the remnants of your food off the cutting board and place the next sandwich in its place. No cleaning, no exchange of gloves, no thank you! Never again. read more

So glad we took a chance on Jersey Mike's Subs. It was close to noon when we arrived, and they were quite busy. My husband and I deliberated for a few minutes, then decided to split a giant (15") Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. It was delicious. The best we have had since moving to the South 30 years ago. There were plenty of employees making the sandwiches and they were pleasant and helpful. The wait time was minimal. The restaurant was clean and there were plenty of places to sit. BUT, For a dollar less I could have gone to Publix's got 3 times more of any kind of meat, + any kind of cheese, more toppings, 5 grain bread and a sandwich as big as your face, that makes your mouth water all the way to the end!!! Eat half a Publix sub and your full!!! Save second half for dinner. This place is nice, clean, staff is QUICK and professional. Jersey mikes is great! Jersey Mikes has 3 size subs small 4in , regular 8 in and humongous 16. You see the 16 and your like holy cow. Two kinds of bread white or wheat. The meat, ham, roast beef, and turkey, and Ruben. The cheese , cheddar, provolone or Swiss. NO PEPPER JACK! The topping were fresh but bare bones. Lettus, tomato, pickles, onions, banana peppers, pickled jalapeño's. The sauces they had mayo, spicy mustard, oil, vinegar, oregano, and salt. I ordered the regular my mistake i was hungry I should have ordered the humongous it was 4 dollars more. I really did not want to spend $13 dollars on just a sub! So I got my sandwich for $10 chips and a drink. The sandwich a regular did NOT have very much meat! The bread was soft. It was good but plane bare bones sandwich nothing to make your mouth water or say wow. It even looked boring nothing like the pictures on the menu. $8 dollar sandwich it was meah!!! I left hungry.
