Ok, so it's Zaxby's. I didn't go into the dining area and ordered from the drive-through. It is a customary experience. My order was taken rather quickly as there was no long drive-through line. I knew what I wanted so I just said it and to get exactly what I ordered. The staff was courteous and the person taking the order sounded like she had a smile on her face. When I drove around she looked happy to be doing her job. Now if it's around rush hour, I expect a line, I expect that there may be a delay making more fries if they run out. I have no complaints as my food was hot. My tea was cold and I am happy. read more

I visited this location in Cayce today for lunch. I must say it was worth the drive. I had the New Zesty Lemon Pepper Fingers. These were absolutely amazing. The blend of flavors were a great complement to each other. A perfect balance. The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Would never go back! I'm not sure what's happening to the food in the driveway be used the line is long- but as a walk in customer you can smell the rancid grease upon entry! Never the less my fitness and I ordered a salad but forgot it can with the fried egg roll. Let me say I have never seen a soggier , greasier egg roll in my life. After requesting a second batch - it came out the same way just not as burnt. The managers and workers should drink the grease they are cooking this food in. They don't even try to drain it soak it up on a paper towel, just put in in a tray if it's own grease and serve it. Please don't go here the service is TRASH I went here to get me and my bf some food I waited so long it was ridiculous. I got there at 9:24 when I got to the window I had to wait longer mind you I only ordered two salads. They said they didn't have any wings or anything grilled so I settled for the salad. They finally had me my order gotta be 9:50. They didn't put things I ordered in the bag so I turned around tell me why they had cones blocking the entrance. They had their doors locked at 9:24 they don't close until 10. Went to the drive thru and the woman told us "okay pull to spot one and we'll bring it right out". Food was good, the wait was completely unacceptable. I arrived with a car pulled halfway into the outside lane on the road blocking traffic. I pulled into a spot and went inside to order and was told I can only pick up mobile orders inside. Which is fine, so I backed into the drive thru only to wait close an hour to get my food, we stayed in the same spot in the drive thru for several minutes at a time. This was my very first Zaxby's visit, and it will be my last. I'm not a fan. The food was prepared exactly like it was supposed to be. Unfortunately, it wasn't my cup of tea. I love chicken sandwiches, but I did not like the Zaxby's chicken sandwich. There was too much sauce, and I simply did not like the Texas toast as the bread for my sandwich. My son loves Zaxbys food. For the past 3 months we have spent an average of 38.00 a week there. That is about 480.00 in that time span. Unfortunately, due to very bad service we will never return to this establishment. After waiting 5 min at drive thru, we started to drive up to window, then server asked for order; so we backed up and gave it. She did not respond after 3x asking if she got it. So we started to drive up again and she asked us for our order. I went to window and asked her if she got the order I gave. She said no and did not know anyone was there. Then she proceeded to turn her back to me and to take someone else's order at drive thru speaker. So deliberately ignored and then dismissed for another customer. My experience this evening was absolutely terrible. Not only did I have to repeat my order over the speaker 3 times before I was told to pull forward. Not a single team member read my order back to me. I paid and was handed a bag, had to ask for my receipt. I pulled forward to make sure there was seasoning on my fries because this location definitely struggles with that. My Large fries with extra seasoning did not even have a grain of seasoning on them. I went inside to correct the employee's mistake of not making sure my order was correct. Thinking surely they couldn't have messed up my entire order, I proceeded to return home. Meh' August Hwy location is so much better. The building is very dated from the 90's (man I'm getting old). Service is hit-or-miss, mostly miss. Nobody seems excited to be there or care that they even have a job. No hustle or sense of urgency. Waiting 10 minutes for a sandwich, and I was the only one in line. Nasty, dirty place. Go somewhere else. We stopped in to get food to go. I should have trusted my instincts and left. Flies were buzzing around. Buckets dirty mop water were sitting in dining area, although ketchup was on the floor. One of the swinging doors separating the front and the cooking area was hanging ajar off its hinges. Worst location of a great chain I've ever been to. Twice my wife and I have been to this location. First time all the tables were dirty and there was no one working to correct it and last night we went there 15 minutes before they closed and was told they only had 10 plain wings and that was all I could get.
