I'd been wanting to check this spot out, and I finally got the chance to visit with a girlfriend. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, which wasn't a big deal, but I did notice that the person behind me was acknowledged right away--just something worth mentioning. The menu had a great variety of options, and I was able to find something both tasty and healthy. My latte was a bit light on the espresso, but still enjoyable. The ambiance is definitely a vibe...cool, stylish, and even a great spot to record a video. Overall, a solid experience!

Probably my fault for ordering the Nutella latte. It's weak espresso, milk, and a gob of Nutella that doesn't mix in. Staff was off putting and it smelled bad.

#4 with iced Neopolitan

We stopped in this am after a walk at Cayce Riverwalk for some breakfast. We each ordered an open face sandwich and a beverage. At the staff's suggestion I ordered the #4 with cucumber, feta and balsamic. It was very refreshing and light - just perfect after a morning walk! The coffee was a little sweet (I got the Neopolitan with almond milk). Definitely would recommend!

Excellent coffees and cappuccinos. There is a great patio area for an outdoor option. The Macarons are DELICIOUS! I had the prociutto tartine and it was really good. The apple tart is tasty as well. Since the owner also owns Crepes & Croissants, the croissants are always fresh and delicious..chocolate croissants are a favorite.

We went here for a lunch date outing because the outside looked so cute. It's conveniently located off of State Street and I just love the ambience of that area. The inside is decorated so cute with the Decour made out of tree limbs and branches. It has a very boho Aspen chic feel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my special request. You can get anything from iced coffee's, smoothies, overnight oats, salads fresh baked goods and more! And the iced coffee was delicious and the outside seating was nice yet intimate. Perfect for those looking to get out of the office For a nice quiet place to have a bite or to work.

Cute spot! Best lattes & delicious food! I had an oat milk latte and veggie sandwich it hit the spot. Even got a parking spot out front! My son loved their macaroons. Can't believe they have trees as decor loved it! Will definitely be back! Sweet staff! Loved going around the corner to the mural alley too!

The Hideout is truly a little hidden area inside West Columbia! the hours of this location are very contradicting to my work schedule (boohoo!!) which makes it hard for me to visit. The interior is very unique and cute, and I love that their menu offers so much. From coffees to teas to smoothies, there is something for everyone! This is also a great place to get breakfast/brunch and dessert as they serve those items as well. I was a bit disappointed by the customer service, which is why I gave Hideout a 4/5. Overall, my experience was not bad and I do hope to visit again :)

I really appreciate this place. I have a severe dairy allergy and I asked them on Instagram about what their dairy-free options were. They went above and beyond to be accommodating and made an allergen menu on their Instagram page! The sourdough bread was delicious and I tried the peanut Avacado silk smoothie and honestly I was pleasantly surprised. It's pretty expensive but I just got paid so I thought I'd ball out on this fine Sunday afternoon. It's also a 5 min walk from my apartment so I was like what the heck let's go

A cute bakery with street parking. I only picked up an order for my aunt, for almond croissants, which were fabulous!

When we walked in after 5:00 pm today July 18, 2025, there was a man sleeping on the couch. No…read moreother customers were in the store. Since the cashier didn't say anything to him, I assumed it was someone picking up an employee. After I got my order and started eating, he washed his hands and went to the kitchen to work. He didn't wear a hair net though he had dreadlocks that were shoulder length. My food was delicious, but I had to sort through the forks for a clean one. The chicken cut in cubes were extremely tender. I had a small build your own bowl of quinoa kale mix as the base, chicken, lightly steamed carrots, roasted broccoli florets, & asparagus. The inedible part of the asparagus was included in the bowl. The edible parts were lightly roasted & tasty even without the teriyaki sauce. Great, healthy food at a reasonable price, but some issues need to be addressed.

I came in here while on the hunt for a smoothie. The menu reads well with a few vegetarian options…read morebut the only protein for the smoothies is whey; no plant protein!? the cashier acted like she didn't understand what I was saying when I asked if they had any plant based protein options so I stepped to the side and let others order. I needed the smoothie as I was on a restricted diet but I'll come back and try their black bean burger
