Let's start with the food. Of course I never had nothing bad a chick-fil-a ever ever ever so the food was good we had a few chicken sandwiches spicy deluxe fries and nuggets. Now to the bad my daughter s food wasn't there so I had to go back 20 minutes away her fries was soggy her nuggets was chewy and poor thing was starving. Only good thing she had was her drink. I had to give her a brownie for dessert because she was still a little hungry but was done with food. I know things happen and I'm understanding but the reason for yelp is to help, educate, and provide information to others to prepare and help others to check to make sure all your food or whatever you order is there. I did a quick check but not good enough. For five of us it was $46 but I wasn't $10 in gas so and a bunch of time going back in forth. Sometimes it's not the money it's the little things. Like I said I don't blame anybody mistakes happen it was my mistake not checking fully. The sad part was my daughter wanted to eat in the car on the way because she was so hungry and I told her let's wait eat together we're not that far. After the remodel things have not been the same at this location.The new building is nice and it has more parking.However the drive thru is a wreck cars 3 cars behind you are receiving there food before the vehicle in front of them which creates mass confusion and frustration.The food is hot per usual the drive thru will need to work out the kinks and get back to normal. read more

Unfortunately, I need to amend my review of this location as they have actually managed to get WORSE! I decided to give them another chance and ordered a nugget tray. By the time I arrived home (about 10 minutes), the nuggets were cold. When I called to speak to the "manager" he copped a major attitude. The service was ok but my main issue was that when we went threw the drive threw one of the employees laughed at us for never going to a chick-fil-a. Witch overall is not a very good response. Food was pretty good I would rate is a 3/5 chickens,could be better. The fries where really good if I had to get fries I would get them here. The drive-through absolutely sucked. I'm not sure if we would ever go back again because we could not see the menu and there was such a long line it took us like 25 minutes to get threw. I went for breakfast this morning and while in the drive thru at 10:05am all the order takers went inside. Then the line slowed down to a slow crawl. I was in line for 20 minutes just to get to the speaker, place my FULL order at 10:31am and the cashier says "Oh, We don't have no breakfast!" And while she's talking, someone comes out and switch the menu boards. I've worked Restaurant Management for over 20 years and this has got to be THE WORST CHICK-FIL-A EVER!!!! read more

Trip Checklist Continues... First it was Spicy Chicken Sandwich, then Original Chicken Sandwich the next day and then some Chicken Strips another day, all with sweet tea. Don't come here unless you want rude customer service. I've been here twice unfortunately and both times the employees were just rude . The first time someone ordered a take out for me and when I went inside to get it the man acted like I was stupid for not knowing where my order was . I don't come here like that and honestly it's because I think chick fil la is overrated. This place gives CFA a bad name. The girl doing our drive thru order was interrupted by her manager. We sat there while they talked about her break. She then doesn't scan our rewards for our $43 order. Then we get to the window and the girl acts like a robot. We get our food and it's stuffed into a bag so it's hard to tell if everything is in there. Get all the way home and our kids meal is missing and no sauce for the sandwiches. I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A more than twice a week for over a year now, and I see it is rapidly going downhill. The last few times I've gone to this location, I've been getting rude people taking my order. I guess "my pleasure " is no longer a phrase they use anymore. Today took the cake when I pulled into the drive-through and I was met with the worst attitude from the young lady taking my order. I thought she had a personal issue with me from the way she spoke. Generally this chick-fil-a is fine, hence the 4 start rating but it was terrible today around 7:50 pm. Not sure what system was being used to take orders but at least 7 cars that pulled up behind me, had their orders taken. Not the end of the world just annoying to have my time wasted.
