Came in at 3pm on May 28, 2023. The restaurant looked mostly clean except for the drink station, but it smelled like an old mop. I ordered the Zazby signature sandwich with fries and drink. Chicken was dry and tasted old, pickles were wilted like soggy lettuce, and the fries were old and cold. Most of the drinks were out of service. The only star in this experience was the young lady at the counter (her name was Jiyah). She was very pleasant and very professional, definitely hard to find these qualities these days. 5 star for service, 1 for food and 3 for cleanliness. read more

Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at Zaxby's. We specifically asked for our order to be kept together, but the employees split it up anyway. On top of that, the chicken in my Cobb salad was cold, which is pretty unacceptable for a freshly made meal. When we went back inside to address the mistakes, we were basically ignored. I was standing directly in front of the register trying to get someone's attention, and nobody seemed interested in helping. The person who handed us our food was also on her phone while one of us was actively trying to explain the problem and get the order corrected. Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was the biggest issue. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable -- just for our order to be correct and for someone to actually acknowledge us when we brought up the problem. The food was disappointing and the customer service was even worse. Definitely not an experience that makes me want to come back. --Side note: We didnt even get the proper sauce and I urge one of the employees I dealt with to fix her edges they look brittleany one reading this..DO NOT COME HERE PS. Have had several orders. That I never received. And part of order was missing. It's a damn shame I really like the chicken fingers. That's about it. Oh and sweet tea was unsweetned and weak. read more

I was visiting from California and had never tried this place. Food was ok for being a fast food restaurant. I felt like the service needs improvement. The workers were not really paying attention and were just joking around. To top it they kept missing items from my order. The restaurant itself was clean and decorated nicely. read more

My husband and I just wet through the drive -thru in Cartersville . That was by far the best fried chicken salad I've ever had . It was so vibrant with all of the colors of the different fresh veggies . The chicken was perfectly cooked . The bread was awesome. I loved everything about it ! Also everyone was very friendly and we didn't have to wait at all ! We will be back ! read more

C'mon. You have one job. I hate writing bad reviews, but when all of your food is cold when you get it is unacceptable. Why should I have to a microwave a meal that I just picked up 5 minutes ago. Food doesn't go cold that fast when it is fresh. Toast and fried wings were cold and the bread was hard as if it was sitting out for a long time. Zaxbys is not cheap food, but now you are skimping on quality. Thanks for being available, but the quality of food from this zaxbys is lacking and I don't think they even care. Picked my food and took it home only to realize we were short a meal. With that you may be wondering why the 5 stars? Well I decided to come back up here and on the way called and talked to the manager. She was super friendly and offered to do what ever she could to remedy the situation. I asked her to remake the three meals that would all be eating together so they would be hot and she happily did so. On top of this when I pulled up the manager greeted me by name and had an employee there going over the order to make sure it was right. He was very friendly as well. It's rare these days that companies will admit a fault much less fix it the right way. These people did both plus!!! read more

We have not come to this Zaxbys location much in the past year. Tonight has validated my decision. We do not have any issues with the food, it is the service that blows my mind. Cars wrapped around the drive-thru twice and they do not have inside open to pick up mobile orders. I shouldn't have to wait 30 min in drive-they line when I have pre-ordered. I don't know where to start really. All I can say is it's nasty. The service sucks ass. And the food is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy overpriced for what you get. It's pretty hard to screw up a salad but they did it. And my wife's food was uncooked and soaked in grease. Drive a 1/4 mile down the road to Best China and eat something good and fresh and worth the money. Won't make the mistake of going back here. read more

This is by far my favorite restaurant on 113. They've really stepped up their game in quality of customer service and quality of food. Yes the food may be pricey but it's worth the price. I personally love the nibblers meal and the cheddar bites. read more

Manager is ALWAYS in a horrible mood whenever i come in. Very little interaction with customers, just stands with her arms crossed watching her employees. I'd rather drive to the other side of town to the other zaxbys than come in here.
