Toasted Italiano Broccoli Cheddar Soup French Baguette Side Iced Tea

You can't go wrong eating at Panera bread. Eat here often and I tried the new toasted italiano sandwich so good and a lot to eat. Broccoli and cheddar soup is my favorite. There's not much to say about their tea I got half unsweet and half sweet it all taste like water down.

Really bad and disappointing. The bread was so hard my jaw and teeth hurt :( I got the green goddess salad which I used to love but it was all chunky white bits of lettuce mixed in with brown spotted lettuce and I understand lettuce can be hard to keep fresh sometimes but it was like half the salad and it happens every time I come. Not to mention it was extremely flavorless. I was hoping the bread would at least be good but it was so hard. I got the pick two and paid $19.45 and I wished I had asked for a refund or something. I feel kinda ripped off :(

I'm updating my review because today's experience was the exact opposite of my last experience. My bread was soft and it was just right. I got the Mediterranean grain bowl and it was really generous and very good. The place is very clean and it was decorated really nicely for Christmas.

Not sure what all the rage is about Panera? So the bagels are solid, but they never toast them completely, the pastries are average at best and if I was to choose a better one it would be the chocolate croissant, stay away from the cinnamon rolls as they are always a big block of hard tasteless nothing! Finally back on yelp due to my last visit ever here! Came in for some lunch and ordered the steak/ cheddar sandwich as they have it one the menu and mind you it's not cheap... I've never paid so much for a sandwich with a heaping pile of pickled onions and BEEF FAT! Absolutely disgusting!!!! A company that prides themselves as being green and pure is a scam to extremely over charge you for a plate of crap! From the weird smell once you open the front door to the again over priced crap on your plate... just save your money!

The 2 turkey avocado BLT sandwiches (well, 1.5), and 1/2 of Green goddess salad and the coffee latte - excellent!!

Each thing on the menu is a bold take on a traditional dish that generally is excellent. If you just got through watching some cooking shows and have to find something that is not your usual fare, this is where you want to go.

It was so good that we made a point to come back just two weeks later while we were in Cartersville, hoping to order it again. Unfortunately, the second visit was a completely different experience. We arrived around 5:15 p.m. and were immediately asked if we had a reservation. There were plenty of empty tables, yet the hostess made us feel like showing up without a reservation was somehow an inconvenience. We were eventually seated, but it wasn't exactly a welcoming start. Then came what was easily one of the most obnoxious servers I've ever had. He spent more time delivering awkward, canned one-liners than providing good service. He constantly interrupted our meal with quirky comments that weren't funny or entertaining--they were just distracting. To make matters worse, when we asked about the amazing Thai dish we'd had only two weeks earlier, he told us it had already been removed from the menu. Apparently, rotating menu items this quickly is common here. We ordered two different entrées. One was decent. Mine was terrible. It was another Thai-inspired noodle dish made with sweet potato noodles (if I remember correctly). The presentation looked like dog food, and the noodles were so overcooked they had turned into mush. Between the disappointing food and the overbearing server, it made for a long evening. Our food also took more than 50 minutes to arrive after we were seated. After three visits--only one of which had been genuinely enjoyable--we decided to take a break from Table 20. Then we saw a Facebook post featuring catfish over Gouda grits with what looked like a corn and cabbage topping. It looked incredible, so we decided to give the restaurant one more chance this past Saturday. This time I played it safe and made a reservation. We were seated immediately, and thankfully we had a pleasant, professional server. We ordered the catfish and the Pad Thai with spicy mushrooms. The catfish was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it was underwhelming. A good remoulade or complementary sauce would have gone a long way. The Pad Thai, however, was one of the worst restaurant dishes I've been served in a long time. The mushrooms were burned completely black--crunchy, bitter, and tasting like burnt popcorn. That burnt flavor had spread throughout the entire dish, making it completely inedible. I asked our server if it was supposed to be prepared that way, even though I already knew the answer. She said it didn't look like that when she had tried it previously. She took a few of the mushrooms back to the kitchen to ask the chef. She returned with a small mason jar of freshly cooked mushrooms that were soft and perfectly prepared--but completely unseasoned. Unfortunately, replacing the mushrooms didn't solve the problem because the noodles themselves had already absorbed the overwhelming burnt flavor. I tried eating a few bites but simply couldn't finish it. When I explained that the dish was inedible because of the burned mushrooms, our server handled the situation professionally. She offered a complimentary dessert, a free cocktail, or another entrée to go. I appreciated the effort, but at that point I just wanted an entrée that was cooked correctly the first time. To their credit, they removed the Pad Thai from the bill. I still tipped based on what the full total would have been because none of this was our server's fault. She did everything she could to make things right. What disappointed me most was that neither a manager nor the chef ever came to our table to apologize or even acknowledge what had happened. A dish in that condition should never have left the kitchen in the first place. The lack of quality control--and the lack of management involvement afterward--was honestly more disappointing than the bad meal itself. At this point, we've given Table 20 multiple chances. When the food is good, it's very good. But when it's bad, it's really bad. The inconsistency makes it feel like you're rolling the dice every time you eat there, especially considering the prices. For us, that's enough. We won't be returning anytime soon.

Nice little sandwich shop…read more We stopped by while helping family move out of their house. After a morning of moving boxes, on the way to the new site, we decided to pick up some sandwiches for everyone and this shop was on the way. The staff are all very friendly and pleasant. We waited while they prepared our order. Quite a few people stopped in to pick up orders and the phone rang a few times too, so clearly the locals know about this shop. I used the restroom while we waited and it was clean. The inside has a few small tables if you choose to dine in. They have a variety of beverages for sale to go with your order as well as chips and desserts! So you are covered. They got our order for four correct; the meats, cheese, veg and breads are fresh. Friendly people and a clean facility. All good. A chalkboard menu on the wall has sandwich suggestions and a cooler full of cold drinks is in the dining area. A small parking area is out front on a side road.

The bread was fresh and the steak was well seasoned and didn't taste like it had been frozen, which is hard to find. The staff were friendly. We did have to wait a little longer because of some multiple orders before ours, but it was worth with the wait. Not a shop with a lot of seatings, so be prepared to take your sandwich to go. Great for a quick grab for lunch! Not sure if you can order ahead or not.

The restaurant changed ownership about a year ago, and the new owner has clearly put his heart into making this place exceptional. The menu has something for everyone -- individual dishes, hot pots, and unlimited meat BBQ. The rotating vegetable banchan is a standout; they use whatever is fresh at the time, so it changes regularly and always feels thoughtful. The unlimited sides like chicken wings, rice cakes, cheese corn, and dumplings are all fantastic and kept us coming back for more.
