Panera Bread is my choice for healthy fast food. My dinner was tomato soup and Greek salad. Both were good and served promptly. Actually was here for early dinner (5:00PM) and it was not too busy. Have found Panera can be very busy at lunch time. Pro trick: Order on-line or with the app and you can sit back and relax until your order is ready. Others mentioned waiting in line to order their food. Drive thru is available too. Good health score. Lots of free parking. Conveniently located in Cartersville. We hiked Red Top Mountain State Park (highly recommended) and stopped at this Panera Bread after our hike. Will return. read more

Really bad and disappointing. The bread was so hard my jaw and teeth hurt :( I got the green goddess salad which I used to love but it was all chunky white bits of lettuce mixed in with brown spotted lettuce and I understand lettuce can be hard to keep fresh sometimes but it was like half the salad and it happens every time I come. I have been by there multiple times between the hours of 2-5pm and they have so very few bagels left that I have to walk out empty handed. Definitely, they never have any plain bagels left, which I would think would be a big sign that they need to have more available if they're not going to make them throughout the day.. Which makes me wonder if these are not frozen bagels to start with.. anyway, once again today I go in to the store around 2 o'clock and I don't think I even counted 12 bagels left, and there was no sign of any more bagels being made. Nor any mention of it from the register operator just sorry, no plain bagels.This is all we have left!! They are open until 9 PM.! And they're already out of bagels every day mid day!!. I'm not sure what you do with the rest of the day, but I went elsewhere to get bagels. I'm trying out new places at this point because this is pretty consistent with this location. read more

Had a Tomato Mozzarella Flatbread and it was amazing. The bread was light, easy to eat, large for one person and very tasty. I was very surprised. Enjoyed the espresso as well. Did not know that they served "good" coffee. One of my friends had half a sandwich and Tomato Basil Soup, one had Soup and the third one had Mediterranean Grain Bowl with Chicken. Panera is the place you go if you want fast food, but not fast food, ya know? Every single thing on the menu is super solid. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast you have your pick of bagels, pastries, quiche and smoothies. If you go the bagel route I'd recommend trying it bread sliced to get your selected topping in every bite (you can thank me later). As far as lunch and dinner fare, they are known for their broccoli cheddar soup which I ordered today and came out hot and delicious. I got the Greek salad as well and it was also good. Their Mac and cheese is to die for and their selection of sandwiches always pleases. They are very quick and this one has a drive thru which is a plus. The only reason I gave it three stars is that the person in the window handling and bagging food had her mask on but NOT covering her nose. Everyone around her had their masks properly covering their mouth and nose, but literally the one person bagging it all, handing it to you etc. wasnt, which was pretty disappointing. So we have sworn off Panera twice before due to bad food or wrong orders multiple times. We hadn't been here for about 2 years and decided to see if things had changed....they have not. Service is horrible, 75% chance your order will be wrong and when they do get it wrong and take it back they don't let you know it is ready. Now you have the correct order but cold. Staff seems like nobody could give less of a shit if lives depended on it. This used to be a place we came to every weekend years ago. Not sure what happened.....but it sucks. Go somewhere else. By the way....sign says if we get your order wrong you get a treat. I guess our treat was a cold sandwich. read more

Not often do I write a review. However I can't let this one go. I ordered from here less than 2 hrs ago. I ordered the pick 2 with half green goddess cob salad with chicken. The half salad was $7.50. I got it home, at the bottom of the container more than half the greens in the salad was old & wilted, chicken was gray in color. It was either eat it and risk getting sick or ... yeah no! I threw the whole thing out. So sad management isn't managing and allowed spoiled food to be sold. Food is always as good as other Paneras the only issue I have here is the service. The kitchen will not talk to you unless you happen to catch their attention. Many times they plop the food down say nothing and walk off. At times I might have some issues or need something else and they just look at me and fix it. So the bagels are solid, but they never toast them completely, the pastries are average at best and if I was to choose a better one it would be the chocolate croissant, stay away from the cinnamon rolls as they are always a big block of hard tasteless nothing! Finally back on yelp due to my last visit ever here! Came in for some lunch and ordered the steak/ cheddar sandwich as they have it one the menu and mind you it's not cheap... I've never paid so much for a sandwich with a heaping pile of pickled onions and BEEF FAT! Absolutely disgusting!!!! A company that prides themselves as being green and pure is a scam to extremely over charge you for a plate of crap! Ryan the manager is very racist towards me he made me wear a mask even though I have a medical condition and told me other wise to leave so I complied with the mask so I could eat and shortly after multiple people came in without mask and was served when I asked Ryan about it I was told to leave. Also my pizza wasn't good at all but more concerned with the manager and his decision making on choosing who wears mask also I asked for a grievance paper and was told he wasn't giving me one. I went through the drive thru tonight. I immediately noticed that my husband's flatbread was missing, and had to turn around and go inside to ask for it. Then, when I got home I realized BOTH my soup and sandwich were not what I ordered (I'm allergic to the sandwich they gave me). I have always loved Panera Bread for the great food and service but last night they went above and beyond again. I went to the drive thru at lunchtime for my favorite steak and arugula sandwich and the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl. I got home and much sadness when I realized they forgot the bread bowl. Had to get back to work so just ate the sandwich and intended to go after work to see if I could get the bread bowl. The kind girl and guy at the counter apologized several times and said sadly they were out of bread bowls by then, but that they had one more loaf of the sour dough bread, which is what they make the bread bowls with. I agreed to that and they asked if they could slice it for me and if I preferred thick or thin slices, then asked what soup I was getting and gave me a free bowl of it with a free chocolate chip cookie! I was more than blown away by their kindness and numerous apologies and the generous offer of the foods that I loved so much. Plus the fact that they could make things right and not have to go through a bunch of red tape or five layers of management like most companies do. This type of service is very hard to find nowadays and is very much appreciated more than they know - please keep it up! read more

We came here for breakfast and it was fantastic! We were on the way to Starbucks after getting disappointed with our hotel "hot breakfast" and saw Panera on the way and decided to go there instead. It was the right decision! This Panera even has a drive thru! We ordered coffee and coffee latte both of which were great! And turkey avocado BLT sandwich with half Green Goddess salad. They were able to customize it to our liking (no bacon). The food was delicious! The service was great and the facilities super clean and inviting. I went there with my wife and we each had a sandwich which comes with a bag of chips, an apple or a piece of bread, and 2 drinks and it was like $30 or more, I cant recall. I thought this panera was really nice. I went through the drive through, which was a bonus in itself. I was surprised to find out that you could order anything from the drive through such as their soups, etc. The kid in the window was very friendly, Jonathan I believe. He made our first experience at this Panera amazing. He was very sweet and welcoming. I got the turkey and cheese sandwich with mac and cheese on the side and a smoothie. Everything was hot and delicious. My only issue was minor- when I asked for change so I could tip he forgot one of my ones. Not a big deal, especially since they are so new, just make sure everything is right and they'll take care of it for you :) they were very courteous and because of that, I'll return over and over again! read more

Today we got Panera drive through around 7 PM. First, we were at the window waiting for 20 minutes until we actually got our food. Then a worker handed us our drinks, and ten minutes later another worker tried handing us the same drinks again as if they had forgotten we already got them. Next, the worker at the window was short with us. We finally got our food, and we both ordered baguettes as our sides and they just tossed them into the bag and our bread was just sitting open at the bottom of the bag unwrapped. Next, I had ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and what I got was two pieces of bread. I had to pull the sandwich apart to find the tiny amount of cheese they actually put on it. Tortellini wasn't very fresh. Chicken was chunked largely on top. I wouldn't order pasta again. Family said Broccoli Cheese Soup was great Brownie was hard.
