I went with my wife to Zara and the manager didn't want to return a product after my wife return products she got in LA store. The manager was super rude and she even touch my wife. My wife pull out her to record her when she was pushing her. On the video you see the manager harassment my wife. We contact Zara Corp and all they had to say we look into it. Horrible customer service. Bad attitude and acted like he had no desire to help anyone. Customers in the store and the employee just stood behind the counter. I had to seek him for assistance and when I did he did absolutely nothing to assist me. I just got a big "no we dont have it." This is my fav ZARA location (and I've been to pretty much every single one from here down to the OC). It's clean, there's plenty of parking (I hate worrying about paying for parking/going over and it distracts me from my shopping adventures, lol). I came in on 10/14/19 - the worst customer service ever ! I see there have been multiple complaints about the girl with the braids - she was so rude when I was trying to exchange my daughters pants. She called manager over to help- manager did not say hi or even smile they giggled among themselves. Then as I left- all staff were standing in a circle with their phones laughing. I was struggling with the clothes and not one offered to help me. They all look so miserable working there. I said to the manager this is the worst service and she said something under her breathe and they all laughed. This place is disgusting. I only come here for toddler clothes. I went in to return a few items - I rarely shop in Zara it has never been a good experience for many reasons. I had taken a photo of my receipt with the barcode as I know from past experience that Zara has an old system and you need a receipt- (so to be sure I always take a photo the second they hand it to me) -their system is old, no looking it up on the computer etc. I didn't have the paper receipt- (which I am certain fell out of the bottom of the bag- that's the other thing- the cheap bag with awful handles they stuffed my clothes into ripped as I was walking through the mall- not fun). I was told that my photo of the receipt wasn't going to be accepted -even though all they do is scan it and hand it back to you and can also easily scan it off your phone (paperless). I asked for a manager while the SA rolled his eyes at me and muttered under his breath- she came over and said she'd make a 'one time exception'- for what? Their antiquated return policy? He then scanned my photo in half a second and the return was done- so what was the problem exactly? I said have a nice day and the SA didn't reply, not a thank you- nothing. He was beyond rude. I work on tv as a host and need clothes often -as well work with some of the biggest actors in Hollywood and we always talk CLOTHES, where we got things- shame- they will lose out in the end and I won't go back and also encourage other people in my business not to as well. Had the worst experience I've ever had at a Zara store at this new location in The Oaks. By the way, I have been shopping at Zara for at least 5 years now and have NEVER had an issue anywhere else except for this place. I was shopping and found an amazing jacket that I had been looking for for a while now and it was the last in my size, but it had a rip in the seam. It was literally, a damaged piece of merchandise that shouldn't have even been on the sales floor in the first place, But I still wanted to buy it. So, thinking they would obviously give me some discount for this DAMAGED ITEM, that I was GOING to buy, and had obviously been returned, I asked the tall, skinny, blonde girl at the men's side register if they would do anything about this. She snobbishly told me that, no, they can't and won't do anything about it and I would have to pay the full price if I wanted to buy this DAMAGED jacket! I then went to the manager to double check, and she told me the same thing! RIDICULOUS. Apparently their policy is that if the item is damaged that they still put it out on the floor BUT WONT DISCOUNT YOU FOR THE DAMAGE! What kind of policy is that? Makes no sense at all. I am extremely disappointed in this Zara store and the customer service I DID NOT receive. NEVER COMING BACK. read more

Purchased a shirt online and laundered it per the instructions. Shirt shrunk in a major way. Took it to the store a week after purchase to show them and they rudely repeated that they could do nothing because I had worn the shirt and denied the possibility it was their fault. I then opened a "case" online and they said the same thing. I threw away $50 on a shirt that I wore once, and experienced poor customer service on top of that. I have been to other Zara stores and the employees are so nice and help you. Most of the people who work here have attitude and the don't care if there is a long line. I understand that students typically work in retail, and typically they work to get parents of their backs or to pay for books, but I cannot describe how terrible the customer service is here. A friend and I were in the store for 20-30 minutes looking for items. No one even so much as said hello to us. And then when we went to try on our clothes there was ZERO AC on in the fitting area. It was easily 10 degrees hotter in the dressing room than the rest of the store. When my friend mentioned the heat she got an "Unfortunately, we don't blah blah blah" excuse from a seriously disinterested employee. When checking out every employee was more concerned with closing than assisting the one employee that was working the only open register in the store. As the line lengthened behind us not a single other employee came to assist; but I did hear someone mention they were going to close their drawer. If you have time to close your drawer, you have time to ring up the 15 people in line waiting on one poor girl to help us. I won't be shopping here again. read more

I absolutely love the clothes here. My favorite place to shop in the mall. Almost everything here is extremely stylish and very modern. They have everything from street wear to suit options. It's a one stop shop, for men at least. I am unfamiliar with the women side of the store. read more

I would give zero stars if it was possible. I had received an order from the internet and needed to return a few items. When I went into the store, I saw a jacket in the order was now 50% off. I was told that I needed to bring in the jacket and could only get the price differential if they had the same exact size which they did. When I did that, they processed it as an exchange which did not give me the price differential. The manager promised it would be processed and to call customer service if not. As I didn't get the credit, I just got off the phone with customer service: their system does not provide a price differential. They want nothing to do with this and say I have to go back to the store. Customer service would not escalate this and basically washed their hands of it. I hate Zara so much!!!! The Clothes are all cheap replicas from designer brands, I see shoes from Zara that are in relation to Kanye West Yeezys, shoes that mimic Chanel's fall trainers, Leathers jackets identical from YSL, and structured jackets that mirrored to those of Ballmain's spring/summer 2017 collection. They employees are always in a bad mood and take forever when it comes to check-out. There was one person in front of me and the sales associates were taking forever to ring his clothes up and I was in line for about 10 minutes and I was the only other person in line. While the guy was ringing me up he then took a 2 minute break to talk to his friend about "the over weight people that are constantly shopping in the store" HOW RUDE!!!! If there was a way to give them a -5, I would!! This is not the same store with the great staff from earlier this year. No one greeted me, no one asked me for help- and I really wanted some help. The couple of girls that worked there were in the dressing room area - more interested with gossip then helping me. I went to the register, waited almost 5 minutes before someone showed up to ring up my 1 item. I would've had more if only someone would've helped me. Spoke to Brandon while in store & just gave my feed back. Not angry in any way. Just giving feed back. I'm writing this now bc, I come home only to find out that my 1 item cost me over $100 vs $60. When I was paying, I never noticed a total & I was talking to the manager.- guess I was distracted. How does a computer make such a huge error- I don't get it!!Either way, I'm pissed!! Called to speak to a manger, Alex came to the phone & all he said was "sorry for the experience" and I had to come back to the store to get my refund!! Will not be keeping my item. I've been shopping at this zara since they opened in 2015. My experience has always been fantastic !! Love the store it's always been very organized and clean. I've had a couple "favorite" sales associates but sadly they slowly started leaving the company. I've noticed in my last couple of visits to the store since the manager gintree left that nothing is placed in the right place there sale is the messes I've ever seen .. the new manager wouldn't help me at all with a return I'm always in and I never return something without my receipts because I know there return policy is strict but she wouldn't even make an exception for a returning and loyal customer I wasn't asking for money back but simply exchange it for different slacks because that cut didn't fit well . The only reason I will be returning to the store is because of their amazing coordinator Elvis he always knows what's trending or exactly what I'm looking for even if I have the worst description of it also 2 associates that also are great assets to the store ,jazmin she's always picking out shoes and outfits for me she remembers my shoes size in every type of shoe and asks me how I'm doing very good on a personal level makes me feel like a client not just a customer! And of course zulema I believe her name is she's always so helpful in the fitting room always getting sizes and other options for me amazing costumer service!!! read more
