Eh, not the worst Zara, not the best Zara. Do I care? Not a whole lot. Honestly, I don't shop at Zara super often, but something I noticed is that the store layout is not very logical. I kept getting confused and turned around. That's not any of the employees' faults though. I came in to do a return of an item that didn't fit properly and was helped out fairly quickly and with fine customer service. Nothing about it was stellar, but nothing was bad. It was just an average interaction that I didn't really think twice about. The clothes at Zara aren't super bad, but lots of times they don't have anything that fits me (I'm super tall), which is kind of a bummer, but it's ok. The couple things I do have from there I like though. All in all, if you're into super crowded san francisco shopping, this is the place for you. The clothes are European all the way, basically two years ahead of other mid range American Stores. The coordinating groupings help women and men who are less stylish to put fabulous combination together. Zara was described by Louis Vuitton fashion director, Daniel Piette, as "Possibly the most innovative and devastating retailer in the world". The only down fall is I have been shopping here for at least 2 years and the help just plain stinks. They are never around and if they are to stare into space. I like Zara. I like their cute and inexpensive clothes. I don't usually write reviews unless I am super happy or disappointed. This review falls in the latter category. This review is about my most recent online purchase, return and in store visit. I went to Zara today to exchange some items for different sizes that I bought online. When I was waiting there were two lines - one for returns and exchanges and another line for straight purchases. I was in the line for exchanges and returns. I stepped about 10 feet away to hang something up that I decided no on, and when I stepped back to the line, the woman that was behind me took my place at the cashier. I started to say something and she signaled to me that the cashier next to her (for straight purchases) was about to open up. When it did, A woman from the line in front of it stepped forward. I waved my hand at the cashier to ask him if I could please be next, and he proceeded to wave his hand at me telling me No he cannot take exchanges and that this woman was next in line. OK. So I wait, nearly 20 minutes for the woman who cut in front of me to complete her multiple exchanges. While I am Waiting, I see the original guy in the "straight purchases" line accept someone who has returns and exchanges. He tells her (even though he knows that I'm waiting), that he normally doesn't take exchanges but that's OK. He tells her this deliberately, as he knows I am waiting just to stick it to me! Incredibly immature and unprofessional! The manager (I think) sees all of this unfolding and reminds him that I have been waiting for quite some time and that his line is for straight purchases only. And I continued to wait. I was incredibly pissed off by the horrible customer service at Zara by this gentleman. He was in his 30s and had long dreads. He not only yelled at me and waved his hand at me, he deliberately took another customer ahead of me that was not even supposed to be in his line, just to piss me off, and when he could have helped me, he chose not to. It makes me really sad to see that people have this much anger and resentment, especially towards a customer. It clearly stemmed from something else as I had just met him! He must have a sad little life. When I explained it to the manager that was helping me, the sales guy cut in saying "that's not what happened. That's not what happened" Ok Guy- check the security tape. Also- just an annoying thing to note: Zara will not take a return on a gift if you don't have the gift receipt, nor will they give you a store credit, even if you show them the original receipt. It must go back on that card. Weird and irritating rule that forced me to either return a gift to the purchaser's card (thus letting them know I returned it) or keep something that doesn't fit. Also- if I do return it to their card, I have no way of purchasing the new item so that I still have my "gift". Ridiculous policy. read more

This store sucks. Tried to return a dress that I was given as a gift. After waiting in line for nearly 15 minutes, was told I could only exchange it. Since my lunch hour was almost up because it's such a pain to come down to Union Square, fight traffic, pay for parking, and since I already had waited in line for so long, I didn't have time to shop right then for something new. They refused to issue a gift card so I could shop at my convenience, but instead offered the very unhelpful suggestion that I could just come back another day for the whole transaction. Deal with that headache all over again? I don't think so. Oh, and the reason the line was taking so long? Another customer had some sort of return-like transaction going on that inexplicably involved filling out a ton of paperwork and the attention of a manager. There were probably six people in line behind me, also waiting to buy - that is except the folks who had gotten so fed up that they left without buying. Maybe the managers could spend less time trying to look cool on their headsets and start working a register. I love Zara clothes, they are stylish and modern, and yet still affordable. However, this store carries only super small sizes and its too messy. I love clothes from Zara, but the service here is THE SUCK! Granted, the store is pretty big - two stories full of gorgeous blazers, soft t-shirts, and cute everything, the people working there totally just kills the experience. The girls who walk around organizing the clothes on the floor and the girls who guard the dressing room seem like they don't care about this thing called "customer service." The girls at the register were even worse. My shopping experience here was a real SMH.. If I didn't like to try on clothes before I buy, I doubt I'd ever step foot into this store again. read more

As a serious Zara addict, it's almost painful writing this review. The clothes are always on trend and modern, but that's not why I'm giving this store one star...this place has the WORST customer service I've experienced in years. The sales associates are too busy gossiping and talk shit about each other/management to even look up and say hi. And a smile? Out of the question. As all of mothers bridge friends will tell you, I love Zara. Since mother doesn't feed me human food, my body remains tall, lean and gangly just how mother wants me. I bet the designers all have mothers that malnourish them too because all their clothes fit me like a glove! The only upside to wearing Zara in mothers eyes is that being well dressed makes me look effeminate and mother always wanted a girl. Sometimes she dresses me in women's clothing but I digress... Aside from the well fitting clothes the designs are forward-thinking and modern. I am willing to pay 60 dollars for a shirt and bulge-hugging pants when it makes me look so damn sexy, and that's coming from mother! I just wish they carried some of the smaller sizes and had more sales because I have to mow a hell of a lot of lawns to afford it. When did Zara go all low-end streetwalker? I used to love Zara when purchasing their clothes required a trip to the East Coast. It seems that our fair city, land of cross-dressers and girls who like girls who like boys dressed as girls has gotten to Zara. Seriously. I'm tall. I'm in shape. I have long arms. I have a small waist. This place is made for me. Tight clothes with sleeves that hit my wrists. It's a gay man's (me) dream come true. Just made my first visit here last weekend and loved the store. Really cute coats and shirts, and a hot pair of pants I'll be rockin in the office after next weekend. I was only looking for a long sleeve T for the new out fit I had bought around the corner. They had it and it was only 15 bucks. TIGHT fit and I didn't have to pull the sleeves up to hide the fact that my arms go all the way to my hands unlike a lot of my shirts! Don't get me wrong; I love this Zara way better than the one on Market street (wider selection, cleaner, not as crowded, quaint, they've got baby clothes! [I ain't even got no baby]). However, the service is terrible. I simply asked a woman -- one who didn't appear to be doing anything but surveying the floor -- what a price was on an unmarked garment. She uttered, "I think 19.90 or 25.90." Well, that kind of caught me off guard. Needless to say, I was still waiting for a knowledgable, informative answer... Especially since I work for Nordstrom, and product knowledge is everything. I know this isn't a commissioned environment, but I think the associates should be a little bit more personable, more enthused to be working. I wasn't checked upon once; it seems as if three quarters of the female associates were gossiping about their colleagues, that thy paid their loyal Zara customers no mind. Zara fashions are a great alternative to the real runway looks. The fashion editors in New York are all on the know for this place. Oddly Zara may be a destination for the fashionstas even though it hails from Spain where there are no fashion capitals. Nevertheless it is my go-to place when I want something fashionable, affordable and sustainable. And if I want something not so trendy it is also my spot to hit. The +'s: + It costs $$ and not $$$ for a similar look that I find on the runway. If trends center on florals, stripes, color blocking, maxi or mini, Zara is sure to pick up that look and create a sustainable garment. + Sustainable garments. That means decent quality. I've had skirts ($59+), dresses ($99+), heels ($99+) and work shirts ($59+) that have lasted for seasons. + Classic and fashionable. The looks range from office to evening. They cater to the conservative but with an edge. + Great customer service! I was hunting for a tulip dress in a certain size and Marietta was A+! She checked the inventory and shipments and called me as soon as they had arrived. Such a pleasant associate and I hope she gets my commission every time! And as comparison I called a bunch of stores across the US to ask for the same item and got mediocre service. + Holding policy? If you need to think about it then you can hold till the next day's closing hour. + Returns? Of course you may with receipt and within 30 days. + It's not Banana Republic which as of this review's submission has a stale design director churning out ho-hum looks. And it's not another H&M where price points are lower and hence so is its quality. + Fashions for children's and men also abound here. + Dressing room seems efficient. No outrageous lines here. + Zara Home is going online October 9, 2012. Finally another site to hit for home decor. Hope the style is on point! The -'s: - If your style or size is gone then you are out of luck. Stores do not ship to one another. That means you need to drive or fly to another location if you want it that badly. - Every visit is not guaranteed a success. There will be days when you just won't find something that you must-have. TIP: Shipments arrive every Tuesday and Friday the associate tells me. So if you want to get your hands on the latest arrivals call in or stop by to get your hands on them. My friend took me to this store when I was visiting SF and I love it. I am tired of shopping at the large department stores where most men's clothing does not fit. Where are the form fitting clothes for men?? H&M, Mexx, and Benetton make form fitting clothes but it is not easy shopping at these stores. H&M is always crowded like a street fair, Mexx has stores only in a few cities, and Benetton has gone bland on their colors. The answer came in the form of Zara. I was able to find sizes that actually fit and not make me look like I am wearing an ill fitted piece of clothing. The price is right and they fit perfectly. I will definitely visit this store again the next time I go to SF. read more

As a long-standing Zara fan but ever-faithful Yelp reviewer, I feel compelled to out Zara for their shoddy button policy. Don't get me wrong, I adore their clothes, and will not be docking even a half of those 4 stars. Their clothes are fashionable, well-cut, and they stand a fair bit more wear and tear than most other street brands. But wtf is up with the buttons? I am an ENORMOUS Zara coat fan. Perhaps every coat I've owned since the age of 14 has been from this store - their designs are current, the weight is perfect for our SF weather, and at around $100-$150 a pop, they're a bargain. But the brand has clearly cut corners in their button-sewing - and it's not just the coats. Just about every article of clothing I've purchased from this store has lost buttons. And as far as I'm concerned, in most cases, I don't mind investing in a good tailor to reinforce some of the stitching and buttons on my most beloved items. But the store gives absolutely NO damage discount if you're purchasing an item that has ALREADY had it's buttons missing! Apparently it's "store policy"! That's just shady. read more

{sigh} So here's my first 1 star review ever and my first review of 2009. Hope this doesn't bode badly for the year. There's little that's more irritating while shopping than to find that something rings up at an incorrect higher price. What IS more irritating is poor customer service when trying to resolve the issue. The only men's belt rack in the store has a big sign "ALL $14.99." I tried to buy two of them. They both rang up at $34.99 (one was tagged $34.99, one $19.99). The saleswoman was incomprehensible, and the male manager she grabbed wasn't helpful. They said that they would sell them at the price marked, but not at the posted price. They said it wasn't their fault if other customers had put the belt there or if a salesperson had put out the wrong stock. (Again, no other belts anywhere on the floor). I asked for the manager's manager, and he said something vague about there being several managers. I took the number for corporate instead. But I felt like I was being manipulated, and the saleswoman was clearly guiding the manager -- the store just makes rules up on the fly. I went upstairs and asked a different staff person for the name of the male manager downstairs so that when I called corporate, I could say who I had been speaking to. She said there was no male manager working downstairs (um, okay). I asked for a different manager, and I was given the store manager (Marije Krist) who basically tried to manage the situation by listening but wouldn't budge on prices. She said that the belt was part of the "summer collection" and that sometimes belts are put out next to clothes on display, blah blah blah. I always thought stores needed to honor pricing, especially when it's an unambiguous mistake and they admit their error. They actually changed the sign after I made a fuss. To emphasize my point, other customers had similar problems with pricing during the time that I was there as well. (One actually interrupted me because his shirt was ringing up wrong -- Krist said it was because the shirt had "long sleeves", while he was arguing that all the racked shirts had long sleeves.) The whole situation was super irritating. I had been very excited about discovering Zara Men's in Hong Kong, and that's why I went in the store here, to see if they had Men's. I spent over an hour and had another $100 item I was trying to purchase as well. Basically, they would have made a regular customer out of me if they had provided decent customer service, and they still would have made plenty of money on the transaction. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came in today thinking it'll be an easy peasy check out since I'm only picking up an item I purchased online (love this option!). So I went in line for about 15 min (2 customers ahead of me) pretty damn long wait! Anyway, as I approached the gentlemen at the register - he told me that I need to go up all the way to the 3rd floor at the kids section to claim my item. By the way the escalator was out of order, so I had to walk 3 flights up. Perfect! First of all, they all have that radio wrapped around their head, they couldn't radio an employee (who's pretending to fold those tiny kids' clothes on the 3rd floor and bring it down?) The email confirmation even said, "To ask any of our staff to bring your item for you" By the way, the gentlemen at the register agreed that they have terrible customer service. I needed to exchange a jacket that I wore once and the inseam ripped. I wore it to a wedding and I loved it but it shouldn't be ripping. I tried to exchange and the manager was a complete jerk and wouldn't do it. I love the clothes here, but have serious qualms about ever shopping here again. I made a large Christmas purchase here on Black Friday, but the clothes didn't work out. I was traveling right after Christmas, but when I went into the store on January 9th to do returns and exchanges, the manager curtly informed me that the purchase was over 30 days old and she couldn't help me. I explained the situation to her and asked if they have a different policy for Christmas purchases, like any other retailer would. Long story short, they don't. I would have had to return the Christmas presents I bought before Christmas in order to meet this ridiculous policy. No other retailer gave me any issues when trying to take care of returns. The manager was ZERO help and treated me like I had done something wrong, not like I had just spend a lot of money there. I emailed customer service that night, and spent over a week waiting for a reply. By the time they finally got back they confirmed the same thing, as did the customer service supervisor when I called again. Zara essentially robbed me of the money I spent there. Yes the clothes are cute, but shop at your own risk. Don't expect to be treated like an actual customer. Needless to say, I will be doing my shopping elsewhere. read more

I rarely, and I mean RARELY share my shopping habits and secrets. I love couture and high end brands but I never pay retail. EVEN when its in season, I have tricks up my sleeve to get past things like this. *wink wink* I discovered Zara in 2000 on a trip to Vancouver with the girls. The US dollar was up and I shopped till I dropped inside their 2 story store. I spent about 600 Can and nearly fell over when I saw the conversion rate on my credit card. I could have bought MORE!!! Anyway, after hoping and praying for more Zara, I had another spree in Miami in 2003. I couldn't sacrifice leaving anything cute behind because we didn't have one in the bay area. Enter 2008. We have plenty of Zara's in SFO! My dream come true!! I know some stuff they carry is total F21 quality. I know this store like the back of my hand so I ONLY go for their "Zara Woman" line. (stay on the walls and avoid the racks in the middle) The quality is very nice and I rarely have to see a tailor for jackets and tops. Pants are another story. My BF took me on a belated christmas shopping spree last weekend b/c we traveled during the holidays. I am set for spring!!! They had everything I could ever want for this season. I'm wearing the jacket I picked out right now and I loveeee it. Zara Woman prices vary from about $49 for tops, $69 for pants and $129 for well made jackets for work. Very affordable if you throw out half of what you buy at F21..I think investing in quality over quantity beats saving a few dollars ANY day! OH, HOW I LOVE THEE ZARA!!! Waited in line 30 minutes to return one item. Insane. Nobody should have to wait that long, ever, to return or purchase something. Not only that, I was trying to return an item that I had purchased on a debit card that I had lost the night before. Their policy will not allow you to return an item, return the credit to an alternative card or return for cash. Absurd, for a company so large. I had my receipt and the tags were still on the item. I bought a sweater at noontime. However when I got home and took it out, I found the lines inside the collar are off, so I decided to go back to the store at once. It's only been several hours after my purchase, I came to the counter, it was a slick haired man. He took the sweater without even checking the receipt, then he small-talked to a women beside with only winks and gestures as signal, and then the man spoke to me in a very discredit way. He told me that the sweater had been WORN OUT! but I haven't even worn it and the tag was still on! and he was trying to tell me they have no responsibility to make an exchange! It's ridiculous.. I told him it's only been hours ago and showed him the receipt. He finally checked the receipt.. and not even apologized. He then said 'oh.. so you want a quick exchange'. Man! I didn't know Zara made underwear with a tiny pocket sewn inside that allows you the freedom to carry a roll of coins, a plastic whistle, or your car key with alarm dongle. That's wicked! So if we want to look suave for the ladies and not dress like douches who wear Ed Hardy hats tilted on our crowns; tight v-neck shirts with skulls, vines, and more skulls; tapered jeans with gold rivets at the seams, and a belt buckle bigger than a omelet skillet, then go buy something at Zara. read more

Generally speaking, we, as a family of three really dislike clothes shopping of any kind. Yes, there are times when we really need some socks or something. Yes, I sew and knit a lot of my own clothes. We do buy clothes for our daughter...when she outgrows them. Today is the day, we braced ourselves...there is a sale going on...I have worked in retail, I understand how busy it can get. Unfortunately, today's experience at this location is really not worth even one star. The only sales person who was relatively nice was a lady in the children's department - who smiled and asked if we needed assistance. The line on the ground floor was horrid. We just waited in line for our turn, quietly (unlike most customers). Mind you, there were a lot of sales people on the floor. One of the cashiers called out to the line, "there are open registers in the basement". Life is like a box of chocolate...we happened to be next just when she was ready. OH NO! She was NOT ready even though she was done with the previous transaction. She pulled a stern face as we walked up to her counter and mumbled something that resembled "be with you when I am ready". We waited...then she asked, "you want a bag?". I responded, "yes, please". Her answer was, "so, you want a bag??" Sigh...I was just so ready to get out of there with what my daughter wanted. WELL...life is a little more complicated than what I had in mind. I get home, checked the price tags, found a discrepancy - a pair of pants marked $14.99 was rung up at $19.99. Yes, just $5.00. This is just less than one hour after the purchase. I call the store. A young woman answered, "hello?". OK...this is where I get very confused....did I dial the wrong number? "Is this Zara?", I asked. Long story short, I explained what happened, she put me on hold...7 minutes later, I know she has forgotten about the call. I call back, explained the situation, this young lady says I have to bring everything back to the store for a refund. I ask to speak to a manager, she insists that there is nothing she can do over the phone. I offered to take a photo of the price tags and send a photo to her so she can check it off the transaction number that I will also provide. They have my credit card number, I JUST USED IT... No can do. I have to be there in person, with the goods... $5.00. Is it worth my while to trek out to the store tomorrow, long weekend Sunday? Just parking alone will cost me more! No, this is not good customer service. The manager hung up while I was still confirming what I should do next...inattentive is right...as some other yelpers have mentioned. I tried to be compassionate letting her know that I understand you are busy today...she says, "yes, we are"...this is the response to my comment about someone putting me on hold for 7 minutes. I shop a lot at Zara/ Massimo Dutti when I'm in Spain/Europe but it's nice to have a shop in the bay as well. Classic Zara, priced a bit higher than Europe but not unreasonable. Compared to the store inside the mall, this one is 10 times better. To people complaining about quality this is Zara what do you expect? And it's still a lot better than H&M. I've had a few pairs of $10 pants I bought a few years ago on sale and they are still in perfect condition. H&M can't last longer than 6 months. Just avoid the shoes and you're fine. read more

Zara is pretty damn cool! The clothing here is from designers from Spain, or predominantly from Spain. My friend Lauren use to work for Zara back in the day. I'd like to think that I'm clothing savvy and being a guy, I was relegated to mostly holding bags; there IS a men's section, but the styling was a little bit TOO Euro for me - I prefer hardcore American sexiness honestly. (pics on my pic section). Lauren is pretty tall and if you're a tall girl, this place has got some awesome clothing for girls with the legs (nice! She's 5'11"). Zara Zara Zara - The only one of two Zara's that exist in NorCal. I love this store but it's always a hit or miss when I come to shop here. I guess depending on the season and what type of clothing line they have depends on my mood. My most recent visit wasn't a success in purchase but it didn't disappoint me either. I love what this store offers - the European style of design is unique in that their apparel aren't what you'll find in any typical department store. I love the European look. To sum up what Zara is about: lookalike products of popular, higher-end clothing fashions. I LOVE IT! The merchandise aren't cheap but affordable luxury clothing. I love their accessories from scarves to belts - love them all! By far, this is my best kept secret place to shop....until now. read more

First time I visited a Zara was the Regent St shop in London. Didn't really care for it much at the time, but my how things have changed. Perhaps, it's that I have changed. Love the clothes, love the fit, with prices that keep my wallet in my responsible pants most of the time. But out just long enough to buy something a little more fashion forward to start the new season. Decent quality, good design, average to fair pricing. Definitely now one of my fav shops along with H&M, Uniqlo, All Saints-Spitalfields, Nordstrom Rack, and Banana Republic. read more

If I could put zero stars here, I would!!! Talk about a big corporate bully!!! I bought a cute $29.99 top that didn't up looking too cute on me after all. I was already past the 30 day return deadline but knew that I could get store credit (works for me). Well, they give you store credit for how much it costs when you return it. My $29.99 top turned into $9.99. Ok. That was bad. BUT IT GOT WORSE. When I was walking around the store looking for a $9.99 piece that I could get that compares to a $29.99 item when I saw the piece I was trying to return for $29.99!!!!!!! They were still selling it for $29.99. So I marched back to the counter with the $29.99 top and my devalued $9.99 top and demanded an explanation. The reasoning: the company had changed the serial number of the item from a zero to a two. Yup. You read it right. So I was a bit angry. I walked around the store looking at the clearance sections and never saw the same top for $9.99 because of the serial number. Because why would ANYONE buy a top for $29.99 when they could just buy it for $9.99. Needless to say, I didn't return my top because YOU KNOW they would just have added that new serial number to my return and sold it for $29.99. Although the clothes are cute, that is such inappropriate business and I'm on a full campaign to tell people that ZARA is slimey! read more

I'm torn on this one... so I rounded up and gave it 3 stars. The clothes are cute, but the staff can make you boiling mad. 1) They are never around when you need them 2) They are never around when you need them 3) They never search for another size of anything. You've got to wonder... do they work here? Do they care? Is anyone listening to me? I hightailed it back to Neimans where the staff is sassy, but at least they might pretend to get you another size when there is the slightest chance that you may be buying.... ie - I'm carrying my real LV bag and wearing my expensive skinny jeans. However, the t-shirts have cute prints and the fabric is pretty soft! They have so many on display that chances are good that they will have your size. read more

Nice, multilevel Zara. During the crazy sales, only Medium sized stuff remains since all the skinny b*tches in the Bay Area stock up here Usually, I witness some employee drama here. Employees gossiping about another employee re: how insecure can she BE. Drama queen dude talking back to the manager, "And your POINT is?" and swiveling on his heel before she can answer. Let's just call out the facts 1. The staff can't be bothered with your questions. 2. It's gossip hour at Zara with several staff members doing a whole lot of nothing. 3. Unorganized merchandise 4. Disgusting and dirty stores 5. Okay, what's with the gum in the dressing rooms. You cannot tell me that the staff doesn't see it. I went back the next day and it was still there I'll come back to Zara when you get your store organized. Zara - Men's Clothing Near Me - San Francisco, California

I really like Zara. I'll admit, the woman manning the fitting room was not very helpful, but at least she was not obtrusive? I bought a suit on sale here this past weekend for $70. READ IT, $70. Plus, I think the quality here is really good. Sure, it's not designer, but it's better than your H&M or what have you. The blazer was double lined, fit nicely, and felt great. My only complaint is that the pants are EXTREMELY long and I will need to get them hemmed. Mind you, I'm not short either... I'm about 5'7" and I will still need to get them hemmed about 2 inches with heels on. I also saw this trenchcoat that was really cute for only $60... but I felt bad for buying a suit AND a trenchcoat - I'm kinda cheap. I agree about the sizing... They seem to run small on the S/M/L scale, but if you buy items with actual sizing (2/4/6/8 etc.), those seem to agree well with what I'm used to. Another minor complaint: they don't have garment bags. Shouldn't a place that sells suits and coats have garment bags? Regardless, I got a suit for $70. I am happy. read more

So to start off this was the second time I have been to this Zara. I have had the pleasure to visit Zara back home in Paris, and it is always a pleasure. But on the first occasion I went the guy in the men's department was flirting with a guy at the register for about 20-25min. Then told me he wouldn't help me I needed to go upstairs, along with a sharp attitude. The second time I didn't want to go, but it was my friend's birthday and he wanted to pick an outfit for his birthday. We waited in line for a good 10min, and called to the register. We told the guy my friend would pay for his, then I would ring mine up, and pay. He was the only cashier working. While he was ringing us up, zero engagement with us, more complaining that he was off. Yelling at the new cashier to take over. They both seemed to be very unfriendly, and just angry. He finish ringing my friend up, so I put my stuff up on the counter. Then he just walked away, left, didn't say anything! So pretty upset I waked up to the manager working down stairs, to see if I could get someone else to ring me in, and why just walk away and not let me know he would be leave. The manager then told me well he's off nothing I can do, and that I would need to go wait back in line. Which now was a good 12 people long. I put my stuff down and headed out. As I was leaving I saw another manager and asked him what is going on with the customer service? He pretty much told me "well if this is the second time, why do you shop here"? That prompted my friends to then return what they had purchased! I can say I will no longer shop at Zara, or Pull&Bear!! Finding out after other hearing about my experience, this is a common think at this location. I was able to walk over to express, and H&M, and was treated very well. read more
