The landscaper did a good job repairing our sprinkler system but unfortunately was dishonest and told us our timing systems were broken and needed replacement. I thought it was strange how he cut our wires and without reconnecting or any diagnosis informed us they were broken. We had him come back to reconnect the wires on separate panels and when I powered the sprinklers they were both working. We hope they can do better moving forward. read more

Victor and his team was great, fast AF, clean, and to their word for the price. I messaged a few gardeners on Yelp in San Jose for my mom's backyard and they beat the price and value of the other guys by a mile. I needed a weed removal and general clean up in the yard, and they finished in like 25 minutes. Would've taken me at least 2 hours doing it myself. Love you mom but I hate doing your yard work. Would give negative stars if possible. Super unprofessional. I've never had a landscaper threaten me or swear at me before, and I hope it never happens to anyone else. At first, Joshua / Francisco were responsive and gave a free consultation. I needed both my yards trimmed and cleaned. I accepted the quote and scheduled the service for the following Wed @ 3pm. They ended up forgetting the appointment, delayed 3x, and ultimately arrived 2 hours late. Then, he blamed me for telling him the wrong date when he was the one who misremembered. After the service was "complete," there were leaves and debris everywhere. We had to ask them 3x to clean up -- they got upset, defensive, and asked for more pay. I told him I would pay our agreed upon amount after he completed the agreed upon service. He drove away and said that he would give me the service, then threatened to report me to the city immediately afterwards and used profanity in his text (screenshots attached). I ended up paying him since it didn't feel right to not pay for labor but I would definitely avoid this business. read more

Contacted Francisco for sprinkler repair work. He was able to give me a rough estimate based on what I described. This fact was very important since other vendors refused to provide any estimate unless onsite visit. Francisco was very responsive and provided timely service at a reasonable price. Had somewhat of a communication gap when discussing pricing and job scope, but was good on typing up comms via Yelp to ensure we had alignment. One side not - he got pretty defensive when I called him to check out a leak that may or may not be related to the initial work. To my pleasant surprise, they showed up right on time--even though my home isn't typically in their service area. I believe the person who came out was Francisco, and he did an amazing job.
