We are 100% happy customers (-: We requested for all of our different palm trees, box shrubs, and podocarpus hedge to be trimmed back (all if not most were at least 2-3 stories tall). The crew was on time, extremely efficicent and communicative. Everyone was very mindful of our neighbors fence, property, roof line and powerlines. Everyone had PPE on and were so incredibly safe when scaling the trees and hedges. Clean up was very thorough. Majority of our fronds and hedge were processed by the chipper and hauled. Our neighbor was so impressed with the crew he also hired them on the spot to take care of his street tree. It is impressive how much green waste we produced that day. Luckily the city picks up yard trimings on the street so his crew broke down anything else we had to sizeable chunks and neatly piled for SJ GreenWaste to pick up. We will be happy to call them again for yearly tree maintenance service.

I'm so happy about the work done by Majestic Tree Service…read more Joseph was my point of contact and he was professional from start to finish. He set a time for the estimate, let me know he was on the way, and arrived at the time agreed. Joseph inspected my yard areas with me and had some ideas that I hadn't considered. He gave a competitive estimate, including an accurate timeframe when his crew would arrive. His team also arrived on time. They're equipped like professionals, including all their gear and grinders. They look like they've been working together for a long time as they were quite efficient. They collected all the scraps and blew away all the debris so my yard looks really clean. After they left, Joseph did a walkthrough with me to make sure everything was done right. Thanks so much. I'll definitely call you guys again when I need more work done.

Sean took care of filing the permit for the street tree and worked within my schedule. The crew arrived on time and did a great job expertly extracting the plum tree, grinding down the main trunk and a lateral root. They took their time to remove dead wood areas and shape the larger trees to comply with city regulations but still retain shape and shade. Same was done with the shrubs/trees in the backyard, improving spacing from the house and reducing height to not block solar panels. All debris was removed and ground up in their wood chipper. Very pleased with the results, see photos attached. I continue to recommend Sean and his team!

Monster came out quickly to do a project review and provided an estimate the next day. I got a good vibe from their estimator. They were booked out a week, but they came earlier than we expected (someone else cancelled) so it was done quickly. Our pittosporum looks great, when usually it just looks messy. They trimmed all the low branches and up the trunks of the main stems. It gives the tree a nice shape and less gunk dropping on the patio. They trimmed it back on one side so that our crepe myrtle has more space to flourish. Monster also trimmed our persimmon which now looks so much better/healthier. And they shaved the neighbors trees up our back fence line. That looked like an impossible task, but they did it! The cost was reasonable, and they did good work. They had us come out to review at the end of the job and they made a few extra cuts at our request, and gave us no attitude.

Of all the companies that provided quotes, JC Tree Experts was the most detailed. Some simply scribbled a price on their business card, but JC Tree Experts emailed a detailed quote explaining exactly what work was included, debris hauled away, etc., photos of the trees to be worked on, arborist certification, and even their insurance certificate as evidence that the company and their employees were covered in the event of accident or injury on our property. This was by far more than any other company provided, and it was a clear indication of their level of professionalism. Theirs was not the lowest quote, but was much more reasonable than some. They arrived as scheduled to do the work - in fact, a little early. It was a large crew with two large trucks and a wood chipper. The crew confirmed the expectations with us and set to work. They were all cheerful and friendly, but worked quite efficiently, completing the work in less than an hour. They did a great job on the trees, cleaned up all the debris completely, and even used a blower to make sure they didn't miss anything. I wholeheartedly recommend JC Tree Experts. They simply could not have done a better job!

Marcos assured me that they would be careful and would pull the large truck only to the end of the driveway ramp. Not only did they do this, but they also brought a bunch of plywood to protect the driveway from tree branches and equipment. Nice touch!

Or they have branches that present a fire hazard and are close to your roof, giving animals a perfect highway to your attic? We were dealing with it all!! Armed with the city's municipal code and state case law, I researched property lines, talked to the neighbors, and called seven different tree companies. Zazueta Tree Specialists was already at the top of my list when my neighbor mentioned they had just used them and were 100% happy. That sealed the deal for me!! Carlos Zazueta--the super friendly, highly skilled owner and certified arborist--gave us a very reasonable estimate, and we excitedly scheduled our day of freedom from these invasive trees! The crew arrived at 7:30 AM sharp in a clean, professional logo truck with a serious wood chipper. After reviewing the plan to trim back five encroaching trees with Carlos and my hubby's guidance, they got straight to work. Their performance was meticulous, fast, and exacting. The crew (shoutout to Alex & Juan!) was incredibly friendly, professional and engaging When we asked. They left us with clear airspace, a spotless yard, and TOTAL PIECE OF MIND! We were so impressed with Carlos's expertise, professionalism, and customer service that we've already engaged his family's landscaping division (Zazueta Landscaping) to assess our entire front and backyard for a complete re-do. Save yourself the hours of overkill research I already did and just call them!!! You wibe so glad you did! P.S.
