Agustin is a fantastic landscaper who I cannot recommend enough. He is incredibly punctual, quick, and works with great efficiency. He completely transformed my yard, taking care of the weeds and making the space around my fruit trees and hibiscus look beautifully organized and pretty. Beyond his excellent work, he is very easy to communicate with and a completely trustworthy professional. If you need a reliable landscaper, Agustin is your guy! read more

My experience with Agustin Garden was just okay. I hired them for a full garden cleanup, primarily to remove weeds and clean out the brick areas. They completed the work I requested, but unfortunately they also removed several established plants and shrubs that I intended to keep, leaving parts of my landscape looking much barer than before. I was also disappointed by the additional service fee for the tree work, as I believed that was included in the scope of what I had originally requested. Better communication about what would be removed and any extra charges would have made for a much better experience. Overall, they worked hard and completed the cleanup, but I would recommend being very specific about which plants should stay and confirming all pricing in advance. read more

I scheduled yard work with this company and initially set a date that worked for their schedule. The day before, I reached out because rain was expected and asked if it would be better to reschedule to ensure the work could be done properly. Instead of working through options, I was told to "find someone else." I even clarified that if their team was able to complete the job in the rain, I was fine keeping the original appointment. Despite that, they declined the job altogether, stating they were too busy. What stood out most was the lack of communication and professionalism. A simple conversation about whether to proceed or reschedule would have easily resolved this. Instead, the situation escalated unnecessarily and left me scrambling last minute. If you're looking for reliability and flexibility when plans need to adjust (especially with something as common as weather), this gardener may not be the right fit. read more

Agustin Garden - Gardeners Near Me - San Jose, California

See all

Responsive, timely, thorough with the jobs he agreed to do and followed through with.

Fast and friendly service, easy to set up a weekly maintenance plan and overall good value for services - market level pricing. Came to initially clean up my yards and fix broken sprinklers, and did good work and quickly, very thorough. read more

They don't treat infected plants/trees and lawn with crabgrass. They simply just cut the grass (even though the weed grows there too) and sometimes cut rose bushes. That's it. When I asked to plant new grass - they didn't want to do it even though they were coming every 2 weeks. Low quality. Cutting perennial flowers here and there once they grow up. Not doing their job properly, and definitely not treating plants and trees. read more

I called Arturo the first day i moved into my new residence and asked if he could schedule me for a quote since this new place needed a lot of work.. He was at my house in 30min. He arrived and I showed him everything I wanted to be done. He quoted me a fair price for the entire property. He asked if i wanted it done today and was so happy that we didn't have to get it done. He had 2 other guys already with him ready to work. They came in and tackled this yard with no problems. They were very or professional and finished in no time. I am definitely scheduling him and his crew for monthly services. read more

I am very happy that I reached to Agustin for my gardening needs. He came to give me an estimate on the same day that I requested for a quote and scheduled the job for the following weekend. Agustin was friendly and honest and the communication with him was very smooth and efficient. Agustin and his crew came as scheduled and completed the job perfectly. They took care of every specific request I had from trimming trees, removing plants and weeds, to cleaning up the back yard and more to clean gutters and surroundings after. And the price for all the great work they did was very reasonable at the end, which I think is the best in town. Augustin was kind and listened to my needs. He didn't try to persuade me to do anything that wasn't needed. The came out when he said that he would and gave a fast quote with work starting in less than 48hours. After he left my postal service person and Augustin crossed paths at my mailbox and the postal carrier tried to hand him my mail. He refused the mail and the carrier placed it in the box. So kind and thoughtful Augustin, thank you! read more

Fast response, reliable job, clear quote. Recommended. My job is small, he take it without professional manners.

Needed to remove overgrown plants on a 20+ year old fence that is being replaced next month. Agustin promptly came onsite and provided a very good rate to remove & dispose, as well as removal of a large tree stump. Agustin and team showed up a few days after agreeing on the price, and 2hrs later, all the overgrown vegetation was gone, including the stump! Quick, clean, and good rates. I'd definitely use them again! Thanks Agustin Garden! read more
