Overall he was professional and did the job quickly and gutter was clean in 40 mins . Only thing that didn't go well is after cleanup there were residues and stains left over around the outside part of gutter and as well as in the floors as shown in the picture . I used J & J Gardening and they did an excellent job. They were very pleasant to work with.

I would not recommend this company to do anything. The 1st day was supposed to be an 8am start, no one showed up until 10:30am and they were gone before 3pm. On day 2 no one showed up at all. Etc.etc.. The job was supposed to be 3-4 days, it was a 7 day job and then they didn't complete it. They tried to get an extra $2000 from us because they said it was a lot more work than they thought it would be. John and Robert are the "they" I speak of. They claim to b e a very family centered company and their job is to take good care of their clients. Well good luck getting in touch with anyone, and good luck to speaking with someone in charge, no one is in charge!! This was a bad experience all around. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They also go by the Weed Solution. Same company same bad service. I don't even want to give them 1 star, but that would be unfair to the guys that showed up and tried to do the job. Don't waste your time on this place and let me tell you why: I rate this place a 1 star. I got a quote $135 from the owner Robert. Anthony, the guy who is doing the work increased the price and I am ok with that. He schedules the work 10 days out and I agreed. The 8th day, I texted him to confirm the schedule, they didn't response. The 9th day, I have to call twice for them to them to answer and the guy said he's not sure about the schedule. Huh...really?..... He tried to push out more days! I waited 10 days for the job and on the last minute, he was still not sure about the schedule and time. WTH? It was frustrating dealing with this type of service. There are many business out there and if you are to give your money out, give it to a more trust worthy entity that will communicate and knows that they will get the job done and get it done right! Don't bother to do business with this entity because really it's not worth it to waste your time. read more

Anthony came out with his coworker to clean our gutters, doing both a gutter clean up and downspout flush. I contacted them using the Request quote feature on Yelp and Robert messaged with a quote and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was pleasantly surprised they could come out so quickly since it was the great rain of Jan 2023 and I'm sure lots of rain gutter businesses are busy. Anthony did mention on the phone that there's a possibility of a slight increase in price from the estimate, depending on what they find. Thankfully, there was no need for an adjusted price. Cost was $225 for a two story home, if you are pricing around. Anthony cleaned out the gutters. There was one gutter on the second floor and for some reason, the water is dripping on the outside, which he was not able to diagnose the exact problem. We did see that the gutter itself was not clogged. Anthony mentioned that perhaps there's a crack in the downspout or something. I was hoping he could do the gutter repair. So now I will need to find a gutter repair person to find out the problem. Overall, I do recommend this business as they were professional and prompt.
