Frank did an excellent job cleaning up our front yard. We had several bushes/hedges that were overgrown and needed to be trimmed back and cleaned up, and one weed that had grown into a full blown bush that needed to be removed. Frank provided a timely, fair estimate and came back the next day to get it all done. He checked in with me a few times when he felt like there was a better way to trim back/shape the plants than what I asked for and also pointed out some additional weeds that needed to be removed. I appreciated that he provided his expertise and knowledge on what was best for the plants and didn't just go with my (inexpert) directions. We had a ton of weeds that I would normally have taken care of myself, but with all the rain, it was just too much. We also had stuff that needed to be hauled away after the hauling service cancelled on us last minute. I really wanted one company to do everything so I turned to Yelp and found Frank. He came out and gave us a quote which was about what we expected and we scheduled a day and time that worked for us. Frank and his crew worked all day and took care of everything we agreed on. When I came home from work and saw a fresh, clean yard, I was so happy and relieved. It's been wonderful being able to enjoy the yard and not being embarrassed when people walk by. The only issue is that we scheduled the work for Monday so the yard waste sat in the street for a week, until the next trash day. I've gotten quotes from other companies/people, and no one even comes close to how well they handled everything. From start to finish, the experience was so smooth. I initially tried to do the work myself and realized it was tough and time-consuming. However, Frank and his team completed the job in just 3 hours, a task that had taken me 3 weeks to barely make progress on. They moved rocks aside, cleared weeds, removed a tree stump, a bush stump, dead plants, dead leaves, leveled the dirt, replaced the old weed barrier with a new one, and then put the rocks back. As promised, here's the updated review on my experience with Frank's Yard Clean-Up. Frank texted to let me know when he was on his way for the job. He was prompt and worked with his partner to clear out the overgrown weeds and grass. Overgrown is probably an understatement. Jungle - more appropriate. LOL. I let Frank know that we were preparing to pour cement in our backyard, so he cleared out the jungle to the roots. They worked nonstop and made sure to keep my bamboo plants well protected. :) Frank also cleared out my front yard and trimmed the hedge near my mailbox exactly as requested. Frank's Yard Cleanup are the one's to call if you have an overgrown/messy yard! In one morning they were able to get all the yard cleanup and trimming I needed done to ready my house to sell - it looks absolutely pristine now! They cleaned up all the dirt and removed the weeds from the cracks in the cement, trimmed back all the trees overhanging my fence, applied herbicide to prevent pesky privets from regrowing and left everything exactly the way I requested.
