Your employee was kind and honest, sadly he was slightly disappointed with the performance of the screen protector selection for the Samsung note 20 ultra. He said that you make much better quality ones but they are either iPhone specific or not for the note 20 ultra. I understand that not all phones are e even close to the popularity of iPhone but if I'm paying $50+ for a screen protector for a very expensive phone they best quality screen protector should be available for my phone. My phone screen broke and I think if it had a higher quality screen protector that wouldn't have happened and now I had to fork out a lot of money to get it replaced and then drive to get the screen protector replaced with what the sales person said isn't a very durable option. I'm honestly impressed with the sales associate but disappointed in the availability of screen protectors when I purchased it originally and wasn't steered away from the product to begin with. read more

I stopped by the stand and the employee informed me of the different types of screen protectors they offer. It definitely felt as though she was pushing me to get the most expensive protector and in the end that's what I decided on considering I'd spent way to much money on the new iPhone. There are no bubbles and I can barely tell my phone has a glass screen protector. Also, when you ask about prices they automatically add $10 to cover a fee for applying the protector. I discovered this AFTER I had payed because I looked over my receipt. I think it's a little shady but I happy with the overall product so I won't complain. read more

If I could leave a negative starred review, I most definitely would. After standing in line for over 30 minutes today, my 5th visit to this kiosk for a product that is never is stock, I was treated with disrespect and disregard by the employee today. A man (I will not use gentleman as he wasn't) stepped in front of me a few minutes prior to my turn. He asked if I was was next, I confirmed I had been waiting and we continued to wait. When the 2 previous customers finished, he stepped in front of me. When I said excuse me, he and the chick behind the desk informed me he was more important since he had waited earlier that day. I said I had been waiting almost 30 minutes and he came up after me. I was told well he was here earlier and had to take his child to the bathroom. I said not really my problem as that's now how lines work. The woman behind the counter stated she had no manager when I asked for a number, continued to tell me it wasn't her fault, she was by herself and waits happen I again said that was not the issue, it was the disregard for me as a person and basic courtesy. I have spoken with ZAGG and mall management. Both have been apologetic for this staff members behavior and attempted to help. My advice, order it online and go to clackamas mall for help. This place has no regard for decent behavior nor keeping items in stock. The attitude I received was disrespectful and dismissive as I was a smaller woman than the large man who decided he was more important. The chick working the desk obviously agreed that lines are only for people she seems worthy....no a woman with a boot on and a broken ankle who waited her turn patiently with a small child in tow as well. I like the screen cover. But there were bubbles when i looked half an hour after the instlation.

The covers go on great and look nice but they are horrible. They don't last more than a month. I've bought a few from here and I honestly don't know why I keep going back. The screen always seems to crack shortly after the return window. Super frustrating! My last cover literally only lasted 2 weeks before it cracked! I won't be returning. read more

Every time I've gone here they're extremely rude! Bad product. Apparently buying their screen protector from target does not enroll you in their member system. Paid an extra $16 membership free to qualify for the $5 replacements. My phone screen broke, and when it was replaced the shop replaced the screen protector with a free off-brand one. Zagg refused to offer me $5 replacements anymore without the original zagg screen protector even though I'm enrolled as a member. Just such a continual headache to deal with. Ordering a tech armor screen protector from amazon from now, at least their replacements are free. read more

Horrible experience at Zagg Kiosk Washington Square owned by High Mile Corp-Invisible Shield in Utah. Had a screen protector applied to my new phone. Discussed with employee, whose name is noted on receipt, the issue of the curved screens coming up at the edges as a previous company I approached does not apply protectors to curved screens for that reason. Zagg kiosk employee assured me it would not be a problem and if it was, it was guaranteed for as long as I owned the phone. Asked employee what I had to do to insure warranty, he said nothing, the screen itself proved warranty. NOT so, website says that the product MUST be registered for warranty to be in affect. Next issue is about an hour later I looked at my phone for the first time since screen application and both bottom edges were curling up already. Went back to Zagg Kiosk, the same employee looked at the phone, said this was normal. I asked him why he did not tell me this when we discussed the curling edge issue at install, he replied that he was telling me now. Told him this was unacceptable as it was previously discussed and stuff would get stuck in lifted protector and scratch screen. He said I had a point, offered to refund the product amount but NOT $10.00 installation. I told him the entire amount should be refunded since it had been only an hour since installation that it lifted with no use and I paid him the installation fee to professionally apply the protector. He absolutely refused, got extremely rude, unprofessional and out of line. I got mall security to assist me as much as they could and to document issue. Filed a complaint with mall business office. Called Zagg Corporate office who offered me a $10.00 gift card that I refused as I will not purchase Zagg products after this experience. Called credit card company to dispute payment, they suggested I get the refund and return protector and dispute install fee, which has been done. Zagg employee provided zero customer service, zero customer support, zero adequate information on warranty process. Word of mouth is a very strong advertisement and paychecks are possible by satisfied customers. read more

Unbelievably terrible customer service. Popped in to replace our cracked screen cover. Before the salesperson even held the phone she claimed that it was not their product. She told us it was not the correct size. My husband had the screen put on at their booth right outside the Apple store. We asked the salesperson to look us up via phone number as we are repeat customers...what do you know, she couldn't find it...her ineptitude & poor attitude tells me she didn't enter our number correctly just to be right. Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a screen protector two years ago and for the first time came in for my $10 replacement and the girl at the booth refused and said that the screen protector on my current phone which I had my original receipt for was not correct. She basically called me a liar and said what was on my phone is not something they sell. She then referred me to a website which of course isn't open on the weekends so I can't talk to anybody. She cut me off several times and proceeded to act like she knows it all, Turns out she's only worked there for one year so things clearly could've changed. I literally went from the Apple store 100 feet from the kiosk to the kiosk and purchased the screen protector had the original receipt and her poor customer service skills called me a liar, talked over me and referred me to a website rather than backing their product and a previous employee who installed it. I will never recommend this kiosk to anybody. Being in customer service myself, I know a demoter is far more damaging than a promoter does good. Don't go there! read more

Really horrible experience at this place. Had screen protector installed less than year ago. Started to dislodge itself and crawl up face of the phone. Took it back to Zagg and was told another $10 to put on replacement. Was told this was the cheapest product they sold and not surprised failed within a year. Nice clerk then offered to do it for $5. I agreed and paid in cash. He then tried numerous times to cut the plastic to fit and the protector would not separate from itself to be applied to the phone. Then said he could not issue a refund and I would have to return when his boss was there. Ask d if before I made long trip back they could call me and let me know that either they could fix my problem or at least refund the money I paid for the replacement installation. Never heard a word. The young man was very apologetic but nevertheless a really frustrating experience. I will never use them again nor recommend their product. read more

Terrible customer service from Isaiah! We needed to get our screen protectors replaced. He said it will be about 10-15 minutes. I said no problem we'll just wait here. He asked us to step away from the counter so he could "bring in other customers" when we walked up to him he was on his cell phone with his head down. How do you attract customers that way? While we were waiting a couple dropped off a phone to get their protector replaced. He told them 10-15 minutes as well. They left. Another guy walks up and waited for a few minutes before Isaiah even acknowledged him. Then said you just left me your phone right? The customer said no I haven't talked to you. He leaves. Eventually he motions us over to pay. I approach the counter only to find that our phones had been done and he had started working on the couple's phone!? Why wouldn't he have us pay, knowing that we were waiting, and then start on the other phone? He also never asked us for our customer information or sign the form that we normally do when we get an exchange. But he wanted to get technical saying that we can't just exchange a protector for a new one and take it home to install we HAVE to pay them to install or we have to go online to exchange, but he didn't know exactly how that worked. read more

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I arrived today at 4:00 PM on 9/19/18 having driven 25 minutes to this kiosk at Washington Square Tigard, Oregon to get my replacement Privacy Glass Screen replaced. No one was at the both when I arrived and the sign to indicate when they were to come back, if they were, was blank. I WAITED ONE HOUR. FOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS, MANY TRAVELING OVER 30 MINUTES COME TO THIS LOCATION also, waited and left during the time when I was there. We tried to look for a number to call, ask other booths if there was someone working here, called a corporate number we found (no answer, after business hours) to no avail. Finally when David H. arrived we (there were three of us waiting at this point) tried to let him know how long we had waited and that we were frustrated he was having none of it and even told me that he, and I quote, "I don't care" and that he was on his lunch break and that he gets an hour for lunch. Well done, I'm sure that how you run your kiosk and and how you make customers feel is doing great things for the ZAGG brand. Thanks for understanding. read more

It's my second time coming to this place for screen protector replacement but they don't know how to install properly and they come up with none since excuses. To make story short I had another phone repair shop in the same shopping center replace the screen protector and worked great. Highly recommend DO NOT go with ZAGG( specially this place ), other brands work better and they don't charge for replacement. read more

Then tried to show me a policy that said I had to pay more because no one registered me - even though my device is registered!! No other places does this. Such a rip off with poor service. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I came here twice in one day. The first time I had to leave because no one was at the kiosk when the mall opened at 10am. Later I found out it didn't open until ELEVEN. Good thing I didn't wait! But I did come back hours later only to find the kiosk EMPTY again! And AGAIN I had to wait for over 15 minutes just for the employee to show up. Apparently they left the kiosk completely unmanned to go get food! SO FRUSTRATING! I do not recommend this location at all. read more

If I could give NO stars I would!!! I requested my FREE lifetime warranty invisible glass shield June 4, 2018. Was told it would take 3-7 business days to arrive. Called back June 19, was told it was being processed. Called today, said it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Verizon needs to no longer do business with ZAGG if this is Zagg's standard operating procedure. Absolutely no excuse for this shield to take as long as it has. The customer service was absolutely terrible! I didn't catch his name but the Hispanic man in the suit, was a Poor excuse for a human being. He was rude and completely ignored us. We approached the kiosk and he didn't say one word to us. He just pointed his finger at me. I told him what I needed help with and he took my phone and stuck it in a drawer. Still no words were spoken to me. So I asked "should I come back later?" And he just nodded. So we come back about 30 minutes later and he's gone. So we wait about another 15 minutes before we see him walking around the mall. He clearly made eye contact with us and saw there were customers waiting at his kiosk. Instead of helping us out he walked into another store and shopped. Another 15 minutes later he comes and my phone still hasn't been touched. Then he pulls our phone out of the drawer, puts on a screen and says "you can leave". This man should not be working in a customer based industry. Fire this man! I wish I got his name. I keep my iphone in my pocket and got the invisishield because it was smaller than a case. During the summer, it started to peel. I brought it back to the kiosk, and the guy gave me a new one to install. I asked what would happen if I didn't get it on right, and he said to just bring it back and I could get another one. I tried and did an ok job, but not great. in a couple of weeks, it started to peel again. Today I want back and asked for a replacement, and a different guy was working there. He asked if I installed the last one myself or they did it. I told him I did it and he said that they have to install it for me this time - for $10. I told him that that was not what the last guy told me. He said I will have to go online and get a replacement (and pay shipping) if I want to do it myself. This is BS. I did not buy a shield that I have to keep paying for! It may be strong, but it's ridiculous to have to keep paying for something that doesn't stay on. read more

They never have a phone we need in stock to replace. They sell them and claim that they will fix them when they break but they only sell and don't follow up with the warranty. Sounds like all you did was be little her (brittani). Shame on you! So I just came from the Washington square mall and I had the up most pleasure of being served by a woman named brittani. I wanted to change my hd film to glass. I knew in my head I would be paying for the full price of 50$ then she educated me more on the policy of zagg. Did you know we could upgrade!? And just pay the difference between items!? The installation fee is always included has never bothered me, I completely understand it's the convenience of the kiosk and them putting the product down for us. TRUST I rather pay someone else to lay it down then for me then to mess it up and resend in the mail. Human beings helping human beings can you believe it. We don't get that much anymore. She's probably the best person I've come across in a very long time. Genuine conversation, very engaging. Poor thing even had a very very irate customer in front of her yelling about not having an item in stock as she's laying down my glass screen protector...come on people stuff runs out, she's not in control of shipments. She kept her cool like I've never seen before. She repeated herself "sorry for the inconvenience..." then smiled and told the gentleman to have a beautiful day. He said some words again and took off storming. Where do I start... So I purchased the "most bought" version of screen protector for $62 at this location, (to put that price in to perspective, it's 1/6 the cost of my entire phone! [LG G3]). Lifetime warranty with this screen, blah blah blah. This screen shattered about 3 weeks into me having it! I'm very busy, and wasn't able to go back and get it fixed til about 2 weeks later. When I got there and told him what happened, I asked to be downgraded to the HDX since it wasn't glass. This screen costs $10 less... I asked him if I could have a refund for the difference I had paid for the $62 glass one. He said since I'd not come back within 30 days, no. But he COULD replace the screen with the HDX for a $7 fee! Oh how nice! (not). So I asked him who I needed to talk to to get a refund. He gave me the store phone # and told me to call the manager Melissa the next day, but that she "would probably say the same thing". Deterred by his comment, I most certainly didn't call the manager! I called Zagg Headquarters customer service, where a guy proceeded to inform me that Zagg in a franchise, and each store has it's own policies. THIS guy gladly gave me a gift card for $10 to use online for Zagg, AND sent me a free HDX screen cover in the mail! Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from this Kiosk anymore, and will discourage everyone I know to do so. Save your money people!!! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would! I purchased a tempered glass shield for my Iphone for $60 and it came with a so called lifetime warranty. I thought that was crazy expensive, but I got suckered into it. I was told that it came with a lifetime warranty and it would be replaced if something went wrong. Something went wrong a month later. I went in to have my cover replaced, they charged me $12 to fix it. A another 2 months went by, what do you know, I needed another cover. Stopped by to use my "lifetime warranty", cost me another $12. I have been doing this every 2-3 months now. This last time was the final straw. My screen protector shattered so bad, I just threw it away. Because I didn't bring it with me to get my new lifetime warranty cover, they wouldn't honor it and wanted me to start over with another $60 plan. My phone is not even a year old yet, I've spent over $100 on screen protectors. The kicker, here it is....the screen protector I've been spending $12 to replace every few months is only $7 on Amazon with free shipping!!!!!
