Very nice experience. Even though they could not find my on-line Zagg registration, they noticed that it was a Zagg product and covered it under the lifetime warranty. They also took the extra step of registering me in their in-store systems for future warranty protection. Only down side is I didn't expect the $10 fee for replacing the damaged screen cover. All the people who have bad reviews are people who are angry that the employees didn't go against policy to make their lives easier- true entitlement. They are also upset that they didn't have the product they wanted (the employees aren't responsible for that) reading these reviews are truly shocking to me. The entitlement people have who shop at WSQ mall is unmatched. I went to get my screen protector replaced today with no issues and saw many people take their mask off to speak (disgusting you clearly don't care about the employees well being) and yell at the poor manager and tap their foot because they were irate that there was a line (sorry lady that's how life works) the employee was incredible and replaced my protector in a timely manner. So a week ago I was visiting from California and my screen protector broke. Found the closest mall to my cousins and it was Washington square mall. The person who helped me out was named Brittni. she was engaging, very friendly made you feel like the priority. She changed out my iPhone XR glass quick and easy. No bubbles no fuzzies. I would recommend going to wsq mall and have this woman lay down your screen protectors. She was honest efficient polite and had the most beautiful smile. I had a faulty product that another kiosk refused to replace for me. I was told that the regional manager worked at this location, so I made the trip across town to talk with Ryan in person, since the phone was busy for 45 minutes. Upon my arrival the manager was there and seemed less-than-enthused to be working. I told him my story and explained that I had tried to call for the better portion of the last hour. After glancing at the phone, he stated "Whoops, looks like the phone has been off the hook for over 3 hours". At this point I had made 3 special trips to their kiosks to replace my faulty screen protectors. The first, to Pioneer Place about 1 week after my original install, was great and helpful. After THAT screen film was ALSO bubbly (all within 2 weeks of my purchase) I returned to Pioneer Place. The sales clerk was not willing to replace due to "being beyond my 1 week warranty" I decided to take my issue up the chain - driving all the way into another city to do so. To make a long story short: I acted promptly to take advantage of what this product promised and I ran into 2 sales clerks who essentially told me that my investment into their company was a bad one. Thankfully, the "regional manager" at the Washington Square kiosk damaged my shield more while trying to prove to me there was nothing wrong, so he was forced to replace it. I would not recommend this company to anyone until they do a little customer service training. $30 for a piece of film is only worth it if you feel good about the company that you are supporting. There are a few good employees, but unfortunately they are not the ones in charge. read more

I am so thrilled to have found this life saver! I have an iphone, and finding a screen protector that doesn't peel in a matter of a week is close to impossible. Invisible Shield has a booth/kiosk located in front of the Apple store at Washington Mall. Sure, these shields are a bit more pricey than others, but they will last a long time. Also, the shield (which truly is invisible - no bubbles or things of that nature) also comes with a lifetime warranty. So, in the case this screen protector decides to peel, I will have a back up plan. So, if you have a phone that you would like to have protected from scratches, I highly suggest to go here and invest in a shield. This is not only for iphones, but also Blackberries, Android, etc. Also, spend the extra $5 to have it installed, it is worth it. Absolutely AWESOME! Trust me on this one. read more

Not recommended My 11 year old went with her grandma to get her brand new (they just left the Apple store) iPad protected. $44 and bubbles under the protection. They assured her the bubbles would go away. They did not. We left town and came back to remedy they refused because it was 31 days after purchase. They only warranty for 30. Not impressed. read more

I asked him about the options that were available and he provided us with the specs of each screen protector they had in stock. So basically the product sucks. The highest end version glass screen cover for the iPhone 6 doesn't fit properly leaving it lifted on the edges. It then chips along the sides. Normally I would return a product like this and all would be fine, however, on top of their bad product, their customer service (from their 800 number to their local mall kiosks) to their local store owner was the worst I've dealt with. After calling the Clackamas mall to ask if they would return my product under their lifetime warranty and within 30 days of purchase they said sure come in. I drove to the mall and after about 30 min dealing with them it turns out they didn't have the ability to refund me my money. He then told me to try calling their 800 number. You know what happens next. Nada. Nothing they could or would do for me. They told me I had to return to the original store at Washington square mall. I hope you live close to the location to buy their crap because you'll have to go back there for a refund. So after spending the better part of my morning it's now 4:45pm and I'm writing this review as the lady at this store in Washington Square mall wrestles with her POS system trying to give me a partial refund. Yup. After speaking with Ryan G. the owner of this location he said he would only refund me the glass but not the install fee. So the 10 seconds it took him to install it and the money spent on that (25% of the purchase) wasn't going to be given back. Wow. Even after the hours I've spent driving around dealing with this, the crap product sold and the disingenuous practices they show, they still can't figure out how to make things right and at the very least refund me the money I spent. I've been standing here for what feels like over an hour now. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. Apple will start selling less expensive Belkin protectors in their stores if they haven't already and will install it for you. And they will stand by their product and install. read more

I am not surprised at all the 1 star ratings. We can all collectively hope for this place to go broke and close down. After buying my kid an Iphone at Apple, we were directly 50 feet away to Zaag as an option for a screen protector. Apple said it was $30...guy at the kiosk said, no, its $36. First annoyance. They go ahead and put it on...3 minutes worth of work. Oh, credit card machine is down, cash only. That's the 2nd annoyance. No receipts available. Really?? Don't worry, you don't need one, just bring back your phone if you need a replacement, charge is $6. Yesterday, we go in, about 7 months later to get a replacement because the protector was spider cracking and lifting at the edges. Replacement is $10. Wait a minute...thought it was $6? Oh "Corporate" made a price change. Wait a second, you sell a service (initial install, plus lifetime replacement for $6) then you just arbitrarily change the price? How does that happen? If I had nothing else to do in life, I'd look into a class action lawsuit with treble damages. It would be fun to bankrupt these morons. I was visiting friends in the area and unfortunately broke my iphone screen. I went to the Washington square mall to look for a phone screen place and thankfully found ZAGG. I was even more relieved to have someone assist me as friendly and attentive as Brittnii (I am not sure how she spells it but i know it was very unique). She was awesome. I never buy my shields from anyone else. As long as I bring the cracked screen in I get a replacement for $10-20. They keep your purchase history linked to your phone number. No need in keeping your receipt. So much easier than holding onto the receipt for ever, then the hassle of sending it in to Zagg for replacement. Plus, they put it on for you. Stay far away as possible. Got rid of there loyalty program and over charges there customers for replacement. The new manager David does a good job helping his customers but once he is gone the young guy really pushes the customers away and is rude about it. I would never recommend this place to anyone due to rude workers other then David. The young mixed guy was quick to throw David under the bus and state he was a "New" manager and doesn't no how it works since he has been there way before David came. read more
