Three weeks later, I finally got a call saying they couldn't fix it and that I needed to pick up my system. That meant $60 down the drain, since they admitted they couldn't repair it. When I got my system back, it had nasty greasy fingerprints all over it, still broken, and as I was about to leave, the clerk again tried to sell me their all-in-one program. WTF! The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns.
