The aesthetic is industrial warehouse (always an A for me). We had two of the three available pours (five ounce). Gunfighter & Ocelot are the beers we had. Gunfighter is an American IPA with guava, pineapple, and passion fruit flavorings. Ocelot is an extra pale IPA. Tasty beers that rival some of the best breweries I've been to. I'm kind of a brewery snob. They have an in-house kitchen and the menu was making me want to eat everything on it. However, since we had dinner just be for arrival, I couldn't partake. All the more reason to return. Alexis was the bartender on duty and she was so incredibly friendly and sweet. She took her time to talk with us about the brewery and its progress, as well as the current & future beers. She even went out of her way to make sure our furboy, Benji had water! If you ever find yourself in Killeen, you need to find yourself here because it's a chill and welcoming spot. BTW, they've got locations in Waco and Waxahachie.
