Stopped by yesterday and decided to give this place a try. This was in the old Boston Market location in Mclean. The restaurant upon walking in was very bright and clean. The menu is very visible to read. The owner was extremely nice. I tried the chicken kabobs and my husband tried the cheeseburger. Both were very delicious and reasonably priced. I will be going back again! Definitely recommend this place if you are craving a cheeseburger, cheesesteak or Kabob. read more

Burgers were OK. Didn't know what to expect but I would rate it at about just below Five Guys. Shakes were awesome!

Limited parking. Rude cashier. Expensive food. Slow service. Meh burgers. OK fries. Average shakes. Might be better than McDonald's (food quality/cost ratio is not as good). Not on the same level as five guys or shake shack. Be careful of their hidden charge. They charge packaging & service fee of 6% without telling. When asked what it is for, was told they were trying to avoid increasing the price on menu, so this extra charge was introduced. They said it like they are doing me a favor. Lame. I told them I'd rather they increase the price. At least I know it before I pay. It is not like I cannot afford the extra 2 bucks after paying $40 but hidden charge like this pisses people off. Excited to see Z-Burger come to McLean as it had been many years since we went in Tenleytown and Arlington. Unfortunately, the burger was underwhelming while the price was overwhelming. Not much taste even after trying to fix it with more condiments. Fries were okay and the portion was generous (as was the price). For dine-in we were charged a standard 'packaging & service' charge, 'hopefully' just a holdover from COVID that they forgot to remove (and will soon). It's better than McDonalds, but for the half the price there are some better options in McLean. read more

I was already a fan, but now that they've added breakfast it's my go to for breakfast place. Finally somewhere that brews ORGANIC coffee, and It's suprisingly a full breakfast menu, I.e. Eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce made from scratch when you order, waffles, pancakes, made to order omelette, etc. etc not what most expect from a place known for burgers, but I found out the breakfast chef has perfected the art of breakfast from 30 years of being a breakfast chef of a well known diner, sooo it makes sense. read more

My sim told me about this place. It's new so we went to have burgers. We both ordered the double cheeseburger. Great burger. One of the best in DMV area. We also ordered takeout on the Iranian food. Got a double cheeseburger with fries after 7pm. Staff was nice and place looked clean. The fries were good but the burger came out soggy unfortunately; I understand it's greasy food but the buns felt too wet. Still ate it because I had a long overnight shift ahead of me but I wish I didn't because it gave me a stomachache and diarrhea. Haven't tried the burgers or shakes yet but have tried the hot dog, steak and cheese and fries. Even though the food is a bit pricey, they are oversized. Hot dog is probably about 10" long and what they call a 8" steak and cheese is the same with half of a cow in it. Fries are pretty good also. Similar to 5 guy. Friendly staff. read more

Never disappoints. We love their burgers and spicy chicken sandwiches. Plus fantastic service! 1000% recommend !

3 tweens. 3 burgers , 3 fries, 3 shakes. $95 Taste wise, Burgers are good. Fries are good. Milkshakes not good at all. All sugary artificial flavoring, kids did not touch them. Breaking the experience down, the cashier could not have been less helpful to these tweens getting food. They ordered "cheeseburgers", cashier entered "double cheeseburgers" Kids asked for fries, they were sold the largest size, which are really each sized for a family of 5. I guess there is only one size of shake, so no choice there. When checking out, the credit card screen gives no option but to add a tip. Kids added a tip. (Mind you, there is also a tip jar available in case you wish to tip some more). So, we paid $95. This will be the last time we visit this establishment. Sad, because my kid seems to like the burgers. read more

Tried them twice 1st big problem, and the reason I will not go there again is they try and guilt trip you in to tipping for fast food at the counter when you pay (touch screen POS). I will never as a former waiter at a sit down restaurant tip for fast food. 2nd problem is the last time i went there the fry's were not fully cooked and dripping with grease i had to throw them out. Service is excellent. All staff is pleasant, friendly and courteous. Venue is comfortable, clean and never feels crowded (even when at capacity). Excellent variety of offerings and choices of additional items to main course. Although French fries appear to be expensive, they are not. The amount you get is enough for at least 2 adults and still have leftovers. In addition, they are excellent and properly cooked. One issue is that I think that the double hamburger should be just one patty at a larger weight (maybe 8 ounces) as it has more appeal that way. The second issue is the automatic service and supply cost charges. They should just be calculated and rolled into the overall sale price of items. read more

Philly cheesesteak was quite good. Perfect amount of meat and other items. Bread was good. Fries reminded me of 5 Guys which are fantastic and they let me sample this noodle and desert. Would definitely come back here again. Maybe next time I'll do the chicken sandwich or a burger. read more

Such a great addition to the neighborhood! It's housed in the same building as Maman Joon, and they are both terrific. I went tonight and had a salad and the Kaskh e Bademjan, and both were great. My son had a cheese dog from Z Burger and loved it, tied off with a Strawberry Cheesecake milkshake I stole half of, it was so good. And the staff couldn't be nicer.
