TL;DR : Moving day came and this company gave us the run-around all day, only to eventually bail on my pregnant wife and I and ghost us without an explanation. We couldn't move that date and had to take additional time off work, push out cleaners and beg our landlord to extend our lease.
This is NOT a real business and they don't deserve your money. Shady and sketchy. Pay a little more and go with a legitimate and professional moving company.
We found Jubel Moving (talk to Gonzalo) for the very next day and they did an incredible job. We also have family who've used Brother Movers in the Bay Area who we hear are great.

Note: The below is long but it is important to point out the number of things that went wrong with this company. I've also attached screenshots of our texts with them.
My wife and I recently moved from Oakland to Fremont to a house with more space in preparation for our newborn coming in October. In need of a mover, my wife came across YYK on Yelp and requested a quote on July 18 after reading the few (but generally positive) reviews.
Over the phone, Yan from YYK asked for number of bedrooms and square footage of the unit we're moving out of (1 bedroom and around 1000 sqft). In our experience, movers also ask for number of boxes and what furniture you have or for a video of your place but we didn't get asked any of that. Yan said we'd be getting 2 movers and a truck at $100/hr + $30 COI + $35 gas fee and we booked for July 28.
At 8am on July 28, the 2 movers arrive right on schedule. I immediately notice that the truck is quite small (16 ft). I've moved three times with movers within California before and this was the
first time I had seen such a small truck.
Once the movers come upstairs, my wife and I walk them through everything we have to move. They mention it's a lot of stuff but that it should be fine and proceed to load dollies. I ask them about paperwork and they say there is none, which I was surprised by. My wife texts Yan to ask about this.
After one trip down and up, they say the truck isn't big enough, call a man they claim to be the boss's (presumably Yan) husband and hand me the phone. In very broken English, the man recommends adding a third mover (for $135/hr) and doing two trips. My wife and I agree to the increased hourly fee but not the two trips.
After some back and forth, the man on the phone says he'll go to U-Haul to rent a 24 ft truck and that movers would be back in an hour. Two hours go by with no update so we then called Yan (the only number we had) at 10:45.
Yan apologizes for the situation and asks if we'd like to schedule for another day as if she had no knowledge of my conversation with her husband. I ask about the U-Haul and explain that we had booked with YYK specifically for this date as we have to hand over the keys the next day. Stressed and frustrated, I ask that they figure out another truck and to provide updates to which she says she'll work it out.
Getting very worried at this point, we called about a dozen other companies for the afternoon to no avail.
At 12pm, we get a text back from Yan saying they have a truck and they'll be over by 2:30. Relieved, we agree to 3 movers at $135/hr as we had before and continue to wait.
2:30 passes. We try calling Yan at 3pm. At 3:10, we finally get a text from a mover saying they're stuck in traffic on the Bay Bridge and will be at our place ASAP. We wait.
At 4:45, 3 older men (late 50's or early 60's) with very poor English finally show up with a 24 ft truck. They come up to the unit and basically tell us we have too much stuff and it'll take them too long so they cannot move us. They leave without giving any room for discussion and leaving us completely stranded.
While the movers were there and shortly after they left, we tried calling and texting Yan several times for an explanation. No pick up or response. 3 days later, we have yet to hear back from her or her husband.
This was the single worst experience we've encountered for any service. This company is NOT a real business and the type that Yelpers should help each other avoid. Do yourself a favor and please go with another company. read more
