I have been using Uni-line moving company for the past 10 years for all of my moving needs( personal and professional). The quality of their services is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. Their staff is not only friendly but also very skilled. Their pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. Efficiency and punctuality are their best trade mark! I can't say more positive things about Uni- line moving company, I highly recommend this business. read more

Quick and efficient! Best pricing in the Bay Area that I could find. Will use them again next time I move.

Easy scheduling, punctual, inexpensive, and thorough. I was concerned about communication but this was not a problem. What stood out was the conscientiousness. We have a cheapish coffee cart that was missing a shelf peg when it arrived at our new home. This was unsurprising and minor IMO as the part wasn't secured to begin with. While sweeping up, one of the movers found this tiny missing peg in the debris and excitedly brought it in. I was really impressed and touched by the level of care and attention to detail. Of course no move is perfect, but it's obvious that these guys were experienced and wanted to do a great job. read more

I JUST got done with my move and I couldn't be happier! This was by far the easier and most affordable move I have ever had. They don't do paper work and some might feel weird about it, I was fine with it. They wrapped up all of my furniture for me and didn't charge me extra! They were FAST, I moved from 1000 ft.² apartment into about a 900 ft.² apartment. It took about two hours with three men. Most places will not take small on items like little fans and brooms and stuff without it being in a box, they carried EVERYTHING for me. I usually have to put smaller items in my car and move it myself but not this time. That was the biggest thing for me, I'm a woman and I moved by myself and I only had to take a small backpack with me. They moved everything else! It was soooo cheap. If you need movers hire these guys! Seriously amazing! One last thing, they say they take credit cards but they pushed me to do either cash or a check. Not a big deal but if you are dead set on paying with a credit card they might not take it. read more

I have used Uni-line four times now in the past 5 years. why? good value, trustworthy, efficient and they take good care of you period! Nothing broke and I'm just relieved that I didn't have to break my back to haul all my stuff. They also provide wardrobe boxes and shrink wrap everything for you. I love working with Judy (the person who answers the phone and emails) as she's very quick to respond to my emails with answers to all my questions. Highly recommend! read more

I used these guys awhile ago but just wanted to warn others as many people are moving around the city. Anyways, these guys are terrible. Cheap, but bad. They were several hours late to pick up all the boxes I had packed up already. I had to call like 5 times to find out where they were. Since they were late, the lady on the phone said she would only charge me for 2 guys per hour instead of 3. I was cool with that. When the 3 guys arrived the first thing they did was take a lunch break. Seriously, they ate their lunch in their truck even though they were 3-4 hours late already. When they finally did start moving stuff they moved pretty fast. I was only moving about a mile away, so it didn't take them long to get to my new place. When the guys worked they worked fast, but during the job they took a ton of smoke breaks. Overall, everything took maybe 3 hours. At the end, the moving guy in charge apparently didn't get the message I was only supposed to charged for 2 guys vs 3. He had to call the lady and confirm but he didn't seem happy. Anyways, he started haggling with me and said they would charge me 2 guys, but I needed to tip on 3 guys. The guy was super rude. I think it all came out to under $300 which was worth it for me, but the service was bad. read more

We are SO HAPPY we found Uni-line! We experienced some bad movers in the past. Uni-line's professionalism and attention to detail removes any worry or stress that I normally had with past moving companies. read more

I used Uni-line for a recent move and they were fast, efficient, and more affordable than any other moving company I requested a quote from! They finished loading my stuff in less than an hour and had extra time to help me move some stuff into storage and even assembled my bed for me. They were also very flexible and accommodating with my building's strict requirements for insurance, protective gear, etc. Judy was friendly and very helpful in arranging all the details. Highly recommend! read more

One of the worst. First, a big communication gap regards to how many boxes and the size of the truck. They took 10 hours for a 2 bedroom house stuff for 2 miles whereas when we used different service last year for 45 miles was only 7 hours. Not too much was added from last time. They don't look like professional movers, had to guide them a lot. Here comes the worst part of all. They used one of their boxes to stuff my kid's toys. It had used sanitary napkins inside. This is what I am checking after 2 days. Called them back and asked regarding this, it seemed they were hell bothered and took zero accountability read more

So unprofessional. Three people showed up. They showed up and started the move, no contract, no insurance, no paperwork. Then they moved a few pieces of furniture and put a HUGE scratch in the hardwood floors. THEN THEY FREAKED OUT! Judy the office manager called us and said they were leaving and not coming back. They put all the items back in the house and took off. I cannot believe these people are still in business. BEWARE! read more

These guys rock. It was super easy to make a reservation over the phone and go over what would be needed for my move. I had a team of 3 guys who helped me move a bedroom and living room (bed, couch, dresser, side table, tv stand, 50" TV, and 7 large boxes). Initially, I had confirmed 2 movers but they ended up bringing a third and didn't charge me for the extra help. Got lucky there. They bring wrappings and tape to secure all of your furniture. My move from Oakland to the Peninsula took less than 2 hours. These guys are FAST, professional, and accommodating. They even helped my new roomie unload their truck and move some larger items inside. Even with the 20% tip we gave them, it was significantly less than anything else I could find around the area. Very affordable and reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

AH.-Friggin.-MAZING. These guys were awesome for my move from a studio into a 1 bdrm apartment. Granted, yes it was in the same building. and yes, it was hourly (with a 2 hour minimum). But it was the cheapest hourly rate I received after getting about 8-9 quotes. They were SO EFFICIENT..that they actually packed my shoes into one of the boxes because I was packing the rest of my stuff more slowly than they were moving it...I honestly think they were trying to help me pack up some of the small loose odds and ends lying around and my shoes were packed in the shuffle..As I was fishing my shoes out of one of the boxes, one of them caught me and start to apologize profusely..it was REALLY cute..and super super funny to me..lol. ANyway..iono if that little anecdote is going to translate over correctly in this review, but the main takeaway is: They were really efficient, super considerate, and made me laugh to myself for about 10-15 minutes. They finished my move in less than an hour and a half. They were AWESOME. Super fast...SUPER CAREFUL..friendly..they disassembled all my big a** furniture in a jiffy and had it all reassembled by the time I made it upstairs. Will definitely use them for all my moves and recommend them to anyone that comes along!! read more

This is the third time i've used uni-line to move i think their rates are reasonable. In regard to the men they hire, some are better than others, but overall the experience is great! They've consistently arrived on time, they move quickly without dilly dallying, they havent broken anything (that i can tell), they wrapped and taped as appropriate. While i only requested 2 movers, i could see that they were tiring near the end, which is expected. Both of the gentlemen didnt speak english, which didnt hinder their work efficiency, just created a little confusion with communicating, and required me to use gestures, which can be perceived as disrespectful, which i wanted to avoid doing. Ultimately, i will continue to use Uni-line as my choice for movers. I am completely happy with their services! read more

My friend referred me to uni line moving and I've been using their service for over 6 years now. I keep coming back to their service for two main reasons: 1) they're very cheap, and 2) they wrap some furnitures for you using vinyl wraps Of course, I'd switch to another moving company if there are even lower cost alternatives but i stopped researching elsewhere as I'm fairly satisfied with their price per service, and i know their prices are on the lower end Only thing you should be cognizant of: as many other reviews also say, the movers are minimum wage (or even below minimum wage) workers and they'll flat out ask you to pay tips; I haven't figured out how much tips they're looking for, but it's definitely for than $20 per person for 2-3hrs of service; also they're incentivized to work slowly because they're paid per hour, so you'd want to make sure to coordinate your move so they're spending their time effectively. Lastly, the movers speed varies significantly from one mover to another, so it's like a Russian roulette, sometimes you get an epic mover and sometimes you get a slower one read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worse service I've had with movers. I wasn't able to use the movers I like because they were already booked for the date requested, so my friend recommended this one saying that they work hard but will keep asking you for more tips. I figured that if they do a good job then more tips won't be that big of an issue. I was wrong. They arrived in the afternoon and were "moving like molasses" in my boyfriend's terms. They walked so slowly, my boyfriend and I couldn't stand it anymore and started loading boxes for them at twice the speed they were moving at. They took 30 minutes to drive from my old apartment to the new one, and when I called, they said that they decided to go get some drinks after getting gas. When they finally arrived at the new place, they told me they had to take breaks after each time they move a piece of furniture such as the bed or couch, because "they're heavy." I didn't pay for your time just sitting around and getting drinks. When they were finally done, they were very unhappy with the tips I gave and kept trying to ask for more and more, just wouldn't leave. They showed me the invoice of their previous job, which is a privacy violation for their previous client since I can see their name and addresses. Finally I gave them more cash just so they'll leave my place, as they were driving away, one of them said "you have a beautiful place but you tip very little." I've been scared to leave this review because I don't know if they'll return and vandalize my home. They are the worst. Don't ever hire them and tell your friends/families to avoid them like the plague. read more

My friends and I used to use Uni-Line every time we would move for many years, but lately we've all had bad experiences and won't be using them in the future. In my case, the night before the move they called me to say the team won't be available when we were scheduled (8:00am), but in the afternoon. Not a big problem - called my work, changed plans. The actual move was mostly OK - all the furniture was nicely packed. Except that: - only 2 movers came instead of the 3 I had requestsed, so everything went slower than I was hoping - in the end they insisted on a 30% tip ($60 per mover) - they did not move one piece of furniture where it was meant to be because it was "too heavy" - now it us up to me to move it. After many years of going with Uni-line, I won't be using them in the future. read more

These folks are absolute rock stars. I'm floored as to how fast, professional and professional they were, not to mention the most inexpensive moving company out there. All the others really tried to charge enormous rates and nickel and dime you. I am beyond impressed and pleased. I will never use anyone else again!! read more

Okay, so as far as the move itself is concerned, they were very hard-working, careful, and got the job done. This is what we paid them for and for $109/hour, that is what we got. Things that stood out: - We had requested for three people to come help us move from a two-bedroom townhouse to a single family home and they were there, nearly 40 minutes - They quickly assessed the amount of stuff that needed moved and worked hard, organizing amongst themselves and we appreciated that. - HOWEVER, they took frequent smoking breaks and the leader guy would then just sit there after his smoke, in the truck, hanging out, while the other two worked our boxes and furniture. Perhaps it was some kind of an internal arrangement but we kept wondering if they were just stalling since the payment was by the hour or if he was going to do the set up inside the truck. Regardless, he could have come and helped the other guys. - They charge $20 for gas and after we had finished packing the truck up from Place A, they turned into a gas station (we were ahead of them and saw them) and did not reach the new place until 20 minutes after we had already gotten there and this time was not subtracted from the amount we were expected to pay. - They left their Subway sandwich wrapper and plastic bag in our driveway and just drove away!!! The trash can was RIGHT THERE!! - They haggled over tips. We know and saw them work hard and we were tipping them appropriately, by our standards, and what we thought of as a fair amount but they just stood there, bargaining and negotiating with us over how much we needed to tip them. This just left a very bad taste in our overall impression of them. Overall, we were happy to simply be done with the move. It turned out way more expensive than we anticipated. They charge an extra 5% if you use a credit card. We made a personal check out to their boss. They, of course, will accept cash. If it wasn't for the many smoking breaks, some slack, and haggling over tips, we appreciated their hard work. read more

They helped me move locally in SF. They are very efficient and professional, worth every penny. Would recommend.

I used Uni-line last year to move into my current apt. I am moving again now so I went to look up their contact info again and I found their yelp posting. I was surprised by the negative reviews so I decided to write my post. I am a frequent mover - I have lived in over 20 apartments in my life so I have worked with so many movers its not even funny. My experience with them was great - they came a bit early and worked their butts off to move my stuff. and they were fast - no sitting around and waiting. They wrapped by 48" plasma tv and moved it very carefully. My new place had a very narrow stairwell which made it hard for my larger furniture to get thru, but the team leader really examined the situation and didn't give up till every piece of furniture was in. I tipped them well because they did a good job. And I had some soft drinks and snacks set aside for them since I know everyone needs an energy boost when you are hauling sofas up and down stairs. To respond to other reviewers that complain that the movers don't speak English - if you expect your movers to speak English, then be prepared to pay $120+/hour for the team cause thats what people are charging. Don't go shopping for a bargain and be shocked that immigrants show up to do the work. AND, you live in frickin SF which is over 30% Asian and over 15% Latino - maybe YOU should go learn some Mandarin or Spanish. America is a multilingual country now so deal with it. read more

Not happy with this moving company. We moved this weekend and here's what happened. 1. arrived 1 hour late. 2. spoke NO english. Advertising the fact that they don't use day laborers is misleading when their movers don't speak any english. 3. This meant that they disregarded labels such as "fragile" and "top load" 4. this prolonged the move because I couldn't help because I had to physically lead them to places to put the furniture instead of being able to communicate "back room" etc. 5. Upon looking at our belongings insisted they needed two trips (which they didn't) 6. They had the nerve to ask for a bigger tip. (they learned that much of the english language) Would not recommend or use again. read more

I would definitely recommend them if you are moving. The two guys that showed up were fast, efficient and friendly. They have got the job done in no time! Judy, the gal who works in the office was very nice and also followed up on everything. In response to all people complaining about the movers that could speak little English: there is always a way to communicate even if the other person doesn't speak the same language. It also doesn't mean that they are dumb. I really don't understand the arrogance and ignorance here. Maybe you should travel to another country (if you have a passport!) and then see how nicely others treat you if you don't speak their language. read more

Worst moving experience ever. The movers moved super slow and took frequent smoke breaks. They also assume they can charge you for breaks including lunch unless you fight for yourself. So unprofessional. They moved my piano out and nearly broke the stair case railing and were yelling the entire time. The move should have been a 5 hour job tops and it took them 8 hours. They scratched my hardwood floors after I told them to be careful. They damaged several pieces of furniture and were not careful or considerate at all. I had to pay for the piano even though they couldn't get it into my new apartment. They spent 2 hours on the piano and I had to pay for that. When speaking to management they hardly gave me much of a discount for my troubles. I've moved 10 times and this was by far the worst move ever. So unprofessional. I am outraged. Do not use this mover. read more

I used them about 2 months ago based on a referral and although they arrived 10 minutes late and then ran into trouble opening up the back door of their moving truck...they didn't charge me until they got things all worked out, which put me back by 30 minutes...but luckily, I wasn't on a tight schedule. I understand sh*t happens and I'm not high strung about stuff like this. Moves are a pain in the ass and to hire people to move my stuff for me? I consider that a privilege...because I can afford to pay for it and not having to break my own back is priceless if you ask me. As noted in previous reviews, it is true that the movers don't speak good English...but broken English. I had two movers at $70/hour and I was surprised at their speed and method. My stuff was in a storage space, so it actually was a pretty easy move for them in terms of not having to go up and down stairs. From the storage space to my new apt. within the city took a little under 2 hours. With a 30% tip on top of it - it was completely worth it! Because I've now joined the ranks of the unemployed, I'm having to pack up my stuff yet again and put it right back into storage. F*CK!! I hate packing! But I am going to hire Uni-Line again as I thought they did a good job the first time and were reasonably priced. read more

I used this company to move from one bedroom to another, mostly because I heard from a friend that they're on the cheaper side. You call and you might have to speak up when making an appointment. They don't give you a confirmation number or ask for a down payment, which is nice. I trusted that they wouldn't flake since they had so many good reviews on yelp. They were pretty much on time, only 15 min late from the appointment time and quickly went to work. They didn't take long or purposely lagged and were actually quite efficient. They just wanted the job done, and done quick. The movers were real nice too. They wrapped my bed in the plastic wrap, and moved my boxes gently. Overall, I don't have any negative comments. I would recommend and use this company again in the future! read more

I don't recommend using them if you have nice things or are moving into a home where you care about preserving moldings, hardwood floors or new carpet. They are probably good if you have lots of cheap furniture or are moving into a rental. Only the driver speaks English, though it's limited at best. The other guys were dumb as rocks, and I'm not being rude just b/c they didn't speak English. The other two had no common sense and were bickering amongst themselves the whole time. They are strong guys, but not very careful and not considerate at all of personal property. They just want to get the job done. They also demand tip at the end even though the lady who booked said tip was my option if they do a good job. We would not use these guys again. You can't beat the price, but you get what you pay for....lesson learned. read more

U Line was pretty decent. I scheduled them just 3 days before I wanted to move and they were available and on time. The thing is that they told me that they were bringing 2 guys for 2 hours for $140 total and ended up showing with 3 guys and wanted to charge me $30 more. I called the office and they called the movers and ended up charging me the original quoted amount. The guy wasn't too happy about that but people should stick to their original price. Anyways, I don't mind if my workers don't speak english but you would think that at least one of them could learn a little bit especially when they look a little disgruntled. Overall the move was pretty good even though a couple of things were banged up and bent. You get what you pay for. read more

These are quite possibly the best movers in the world! I first found them on craigslist over a year ago when moving to San Francisco and hired just 2 guys for labor to help unload some moving containers. They were extremely fast and professional, and said they would have done the entire move for us from Seattle to SF for less. I kept their card and we used them this past weekend for a full move (packing & all) from SF to Menlo Park. 3 men, truck, and packing materials for $85/hr - no extra fees. We did the entire move in 3 1/2 hours for a large 2 bedroom. They were extremely fast, very careful, wrapped and packed all furniture including a large LCD TV, and did a terrific job as always. I can say hands down that we will use these movers again and again, and I can't recommend them enough. They didn't ask for a tip either time as other yelpers have mentioned, but accepted a check w/ tip included. We tipped close to 30% because of the excellent work. Paying for movers is without a doubt the best thing you can do to save your back and keep your friends - because buying friends pizza and beer in exchange for a hard afternoon only works for so long. I have 2 other phone numbers for them as well: 1-800-764-9788 and 510-792-6688 read more

Absolutely amazing. I did a lot of research before choosing them, they seemed to have the best price to performance ratio. Their english seemed fine, although I speak some Chinese. I picked 2 guys at 70/hr, but they brought another guy anyway and charged us 80/hr. That was a lil iffy, but it was worth it and the move only took 2.5 hrs total from San Jose to SF (they are FAST). Very affordable guys, very nice to work with. Will use them again and recommend to my friends :) I did not have any problem with the whole tip thing, if anything they deserve generous tips. read more

yes, the movers are Chinese but their English is fine. I'm not sure why anyone needs to start chatting up their movers anyways. most everything is a yes or no question. i hired 3 movers for $90/hr because i have huge furniture moving from a 3-story townhouse with narrow stairs to a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. the team was fast and efficient, wrapped everything quickly in saran wrap and mats, and moved us from palo alto to san francisco in 5 hours for $450 + $20 gas. low prices, good service. they do ask for a larger tip at least once so don't get thrown off. i definitely tipped them well because 3 flights of stairs on both sides of the moves had all 3 movers running out of steam by the end. read more

I'd been loyal to another company until I needed everything out of my condo in order to put it on the market. They were booked, so after getting a recommendation from my friend, I called Uniline. They fit into my schedule perfectly, showed up 9 minutes late, but didn't charge me and were fast and efficient. We moved my condo into a storage unit, so I don't yet know the condition of my furniture, but I'm hoping the unpacking is just as pleasant. Communication was challenging as I don't speak any dialect of Chinese, but the two guys got the job done and in less time than I thought it would take. My only complaint was that I was asked for "more tip." I'd been warned by Yelp, so I wasn't surprised. I initially didn't give them my intended tip because they didn't have change, but when I gave them another $20 and demonstrated ripping it in half, they understood my intent. I can chalk up what seemed like obnoxiousness to a language barrier. They also called me "Hey, Lady." read more

I found these guys on craigslist. They were insured, licensed, and listed on California's CPUC website (and had an active status). And they gave me 2 guys for $65/hour (no hidden fees). They arrived on time (well, 10 minutes late), moved my dresser, desk, and wardrobe with my clothes and supplies still inside (I hate packing), and were working up quite a sweat (I moved from and into flats on the 3rd floor -- no elevators). The minus 1 star is for when they asked for a larger tip after I already gave them $60 (which was more than 20%, btw). Is this mover MO -- to always ask for a larger tip? My movers from a previous move asked for more $$, too. And my buddy, who used the same movers for his move, didn't offer any tip, so they complained. When he gave them less than what I gave them originally in my move, they said thanks and left. Hmmm... maybe they just knew they weren't getting more or they just always ask once for more money. I bet on the latter. read more

I had an awesome experience with this moving company a couple of weeks back. They showed up 15 minutes early, worked incredibly hard and 2 guys finished moving my 2 bedroom 2 bath house - plus storage room and basement - from Palo Alto to Burlingame in 6 hours. the total move cost $450, plus I tipped each guy $50 for their hard work. I should also mention that they brought their own 26ft truck, so that also saved about $150 on the rental. The company is fully insured and licensed and though their workers certainly don't speak much English (at all, thus 4 stars instead of 5) they are still not day labor and they are very nice. I HIGHLY recommend this moving service!! read more

Alright I found half of the clothes I thought was missing so I didn't lose as much as I thought. However, trying to argue for extra gratuity and rounding up their the hours they actually worked (without having to move anything super heavy-duty) still left me unimpressed. read more

70 dollars an hour. The two movers sent work as hard as they can to move everything as fast as possible for you. They plastic wrapped all items that needed it and even loaned us a box or two for our oddly shaped items. One spoke English/Chinese. The other spoke just Chinese. I have to say my apartment is very difficult to move everything into. I am on the second floor with a narrow spiraling staircase. And they got all our items including a queen bed up there in good time. They gave me an original estimate of 140 dollars. The whole thing took a bit longer than expected so it was 175 dollars. One thing that may weird out people is that the movers do ask for their tip as you are paying them the service fee. I was prepared for that because of yelp. And truth be told I don't care. They say it kinda jokingly and you know what, they deserved a good tip. I did give them a great tip because I knew my stairs were difficult to navigate. They were grateful and everyone left smiling. Overall the experience was awesome. read more

I talked to Jackie in Uniline and he was very helpful. -He made a call before appointment to confirm. -Good price (4 guys @ $120 / hour) which is relatively good. -They showed up on time. -They were fast, they did not damage anything, they lift heavy heavy things easily. -They helped me with dis-assembling and assembling my beds and dressers, ... The only reason I gave a 4-start instead of 5: I repeatedly asked for a LARGE truck ... they sent a medium truck and it got full, half way thru the move ..... we had to go drop off one time and come back. Lucky I just moved 1 mile away- otherwise it would be a disaster. Thanks! read more

I joined Yelp specifically to endorse this company (as a customer). I seem to be a nomad; moving every year since I moved out on my own years ago. I will never use another moving as long as I'm close enough to the Bay Area. I have used plenty of moving companies in the past, and no company has even come close to these guys. I'm talking orders of magnitude better than anyone I have ever used. I have used them over 10 times - some of which were under what other moving companies called 'impossible situations'. My last experience was so chaotic, that i can't even begin to explain the details. Let's just say the guys were put into a difficult situation because of my poor planning, and I know movers that would have just dumped my stuff on the road and bailed. Jackie and the other guys at Uni-Line said 'no problem', and I watched them carry all our possessions and large furniture literally on their backs up a MOUNTAIN for hours. Not only are they the some of the hardest working guys I have ever met, but they WANT to ensure you are pleased with the result. I wish I could explain more of how far above and beyond they went, but it's too insane. And anyone complaining about language issues - uh... how long have you lived in the Bay Area? If you can't work with people who don't have English as a first language or speak very little, you should probably go move back to the midwest or something. Sorry if that's insulting, but really - I'm insulted that someone would make that a reason to ding these guys on their ratings. I don't speak mandarin or cantonese, but there has never - not once - been any confusion as to what needed done, what the deal was and where things needed to go. 9 times out of 10, at least one guy speaks at about a fluent level of English. But even if there isn't someone with a strong grasp of the language present, it has never mattered at all. They knew exactly what i needed and busted their humps making sure it got done right every single time. read more

Uni Line moved my piano today, and they did such an amazing job I had to write and tell you about it!! I called them at 9am on the morning, asking if they were available. They called back within fifteen minutes to say that they were, and that they could be around in an hour! Incredibly efficient for last minute! I've never seen my piano so lovingly wrapped up and gently moved. They worked hard to make sure everything was correct -- even taking the time to unscrew certain parts for a perfect move -- parts that I didn't even know could be taken apart! They were also at my house very shortly after I got there -- no waiting around wondering where on earth the movers are!! Absolutely five stars! I would recommend them to everybody! read more

I booked these guys twice before. 2 guys (not particularly big guys but rather skinny Chinese guys) and a big truck. Their rate is very reasonable compared to others - my whole moving was done in 3 hours ($260ish including tip). They are very efficient. They don't just hang out and slack off like other mover I used before. They are very much on time, which I loved. One thing I didn't like about their service. They broke a big picture frame - glass was shattered and it was just trashed, and all I got was "sorry." I don't know what "insured" meant in their ad in Craigslist, but I guess it's not a real insurance as I never signed any papers. They broke my friend's monitor, and they insisted that it was already broken. Before using their service, I suggest anyone to move fragile items themselves. read more
