I ate half before I took the picture. Each shrimp was 4 bites!
Dorothy Q.

The service was exceptional...as was the food! So many huge shrimp on my Pad Thai! Someone in my party had the Happy Family and said it was great! Highly recommend!!

Singapore noodles

Tried the Singapore noodles, very interesting taste and texture. Staff was nice and attentive but the whole shop was very very loud.

Orange Beef Dinner

This might be some of the best Chinese food in Colorado. Everything we had was delicious, and came out very quick. Our server was very kind and attentive. Chongqing chicken is especially hard to find in this area, and it was amazing! The orange beef actually had a distinct citrus flavor unlike most other orange beef. Mapo tofu was also outstanding and hard to find done well in this state. Not pictured was our appetizers, we got the green beans and crab rangoons. The green beans were honestly a highlight, not soggy, very flavorful, and the perfect amount of spice. This will become our new regular spot for Chinese!

Human chicken lunch special. Super fresh.

Lovely new addition to the Boulder Chinese food scene. Interior not super fancy but food very fresh and on point. Tried the hunan chicken lunch special. Not too oily and vegetables and meat fresh and yummy. Piping hot spring roll with it. Will return to try some other dishes.

Fried Green Beans.

This gem, located in the old Broker Inn, recently opened, and what a find!…read moreThe space is huge, and they did a great job renovating it with plenty of smaller seating areas, making it feel inviting and creating more intimate spots. It's a really fun place to visit, and you can even play pool or ping pong while enjoying delicious craft cocktails and tasty food. My friend and I went for Happy Hour, and we had a blast! The service was very attentive and friendly; the waiter's and bartender's recommendations were great, and the food was not only beautifully presented, but also extremely tasty. They will open the outdoor pool with a bar and seating area next to it this summer, and I can't wait! In the meantime, I'll definitively go back!

The inside is really cute and I love the overall vibe of the place. We were dressed for dinner, so we weren't looking to swim, but the pool looked fun for a hot day. I ordered the Banana Boulevardier and it was delicious. After that I ordered a daiquiri (one of my go-to drinks) and it was probably one of the best ones I've ever had. The bartenders were all super nice and we enjoyed chatting with them. We weren't there to eat, but the food looked good. I would love to come back and order off of the Happy Hour menu. I couldn't find the happy hour times anywhere online, but they are 3-6 and 8-close every day.

This spot surprised me alot!…read more Tucked into the Boulder Pearl Street Mall is this quaint restaurant. Walked-in and placed my order and sat down to open seating. I got the Roasted Duck Bao (home made buns and the duck was pretty meaty/great Hoisin Sauce paring) and the Za Jiang Mian (noodles were QQ/chewy, enjoyed the savory bean sauce and the ground pork). Also tried a little bit of the Lu Ro Fan (came with a good amount of the braised pork belly and bok choy), flavor was descent). If you need Chinese/Taiwanese food fix in Boulder, then this is a great go-to spot!

It's order at counter and pick up own food utensils. Bus your own table, typical quick casual but nice and friendly. My friend had the duck bao also a fave of mine. I had the Za Jiang Mian, beautiful when it came out but I forgot to take the pic until I had already stirred the house made noodles and veggies together and my friend who had finished the first of her bao. Next time we will go back on a duck soup day which we both love. If you do too check which day of the week it will be on the n Menu. What is lice to see us for this place to have a holiday menu and celebration on Lunar New Year next month. Sadly I don't think a single place in Boulder does this. I have friends in bigger cities who celebrate that way annually.

I didn't have any of the food, sadly I didn't want to try it…read more I'm working a job site right out front of this building. They have lunch specials, so your meal comes with rice (which I don't like) and an egg roll with soup. it doesn't come with the soup though unless you dine in? I asked if I could just substitute the soup for the rice and it was like their brains couldn't calculate that request. It was simple. I HAD to dine in for it. Anyway makes no sense I didn't eat there looked nice though.

The man who greeted us was very nice and accommodating. More people arrived as we sat, including a woman who, it turned out, was also going to the Festival. I was choosing between Shrimp with Vegetables on the Chinese menu and a Vietnamese Noodle Bowl with Chicken and Eggroll. I went with the Vietnamese Bowl. My friend got the same only with shrimp. Both were delicious! There is a mild spice on the grilled chicken and it seemed like it might be the same one on the shrimp. I tasted hers. Delectable. And both were tender. The eggroll was nice and crunchy. The noodles were good. I would have liked more vegetables, and we both asked for more sauce. Not sure why they don't give more to start with. At other restaurants, I've always been served with enough sauce from the beginning. But he brought more of it promptly when we asked. I could only eat about half of mine. Because it was room temperature to begin with, hopefully the leftovers are OK having sat in my car for hours! The decor was nice. Tile on both the floor and walls. My friend really liked the walls and told the gentleman that he'd made a good choice! It all looks clean and cared for. I will go back. Hope you go, too! There are several restaurants in the shopping center there at Baseline and Broadway. May Wah is in the southern section, facing north.
