This place is a nice place to have lunch. I just love their food! And it beats other places prices! I love the peanut sauce.

This little place was wonderful! We were a little wary at first as there was only 1 car in the lot when we got here and we almost didn't go in. I'm so glad we decided to give it a shot. The food was amazing! And more people showed up (I'm sure it's much busier when school is in session) I definitely recommend going here if you love Thai food!

I was really craving Thai food so I ordered delivery from here. I ordered the Pad CU Lunch ($9), which also came with an egg roll and miso soup. For $9 this whole meal was pretty good. The pad see ew really hit the spot and was exactly what I wanted for my Thai food. The noodles were cooked perfectly and were nice and sweet, although I think that the broccoli could have been cooked just a little bit more to be more tender. I also think that the dish would be perfectly fine without the purple cabbages. I just picked all of my out. The miso soup and the egg roll were nice additions to the lunch. The soup was really comforting although was a bit confusing since miso soup is more of a Japanese thing. The egg roll wrapper was still flaky and crispy when I received it and had a crunch to it. My meal was super satisfying for my craving and I was completely happy with what I got. Definitely would get this again.

I have lived by one mantra in My life and that is that I have never had BAD THAI! That was blown out of the water with Khow Thai of Boulder, Co. It started with the fact that ALL of the food delivery services they use stated they were closed, I called to check and they were indeed OPEN, but, couldn't deliver. I decided to drive down as it was only a Mile or so away. I am a huge fan of Beef Laarb, even inauthentic ones! I ordered this to eat in and I have no idea what they served, but, even after double checking with the staff that it was beef... it was WHITE/GREY and just about a single slice of tiny beef that tasted weird, off/bad almost. never mind it's appearance. I ordered a Green Beef curry to go and upon arrival home it was watery and again a minuscule amount of meat. I will add that the food across the two dishes was HORRENDOUS and completely INEDIBLE! , I will be attempting to get a refund from my Credit Card company as their website denied my "contact us" request...See pics! Never would I waste money here again, $31 WASTED!

I am a huge Thai food fan, and I honestly used to LOVE and swear by this place. But in the past year or two the quality has just decreased tremendously. :( I don't know what happened, but now when I go I feel like Know Thai's food is increasingly flavorless, their noodles (like the wide noodles used for Drunken noodles) are really weird and mushy now, not even resembling what they're supposed to look like, and I just think their food is overall disappointing at this point. Really sad leaving this review cuz Know Thai was my go to before, but yeah :( I kept trying to give it another chance continually, but I've been continually disappointed over the past year, waiting for the quality of the food to come back.

Well it has been a long minute since I last posted a review. The truth is, I have just been very busy with work and life in general, and we really haven't ventured out a lot to new eateries late... but we did check out a place we've been driving past for well over a year. My partner and I moved to Boulder from the SoCal/LA area, which (if you were not aware) was the west coast birthplace of Thai quinine in the USA. So needless to say, we eaten at a lot of very good, very authentic Thai restaurants. Khow Thai is a tasty gem in Boulder on Broadway just north of 'The Hill' area. The service was fast and friendly. The food is was amazingly delicious and as authentic as it get. We saw as we were leaving Khow Thai, that they were voted 'Best Thai' in Boulder for the last several years. From what I experienced today, they've certainly earned that.

Has always been my favorite Thai food in Boulder! Quick, consistent service; delicious and reliable food! I don't know why Khow thai has 3.5 stars, but I definitely don't think that's an accurate reflection of how great this place is! Definitely worth stopping in next time you wanna get some noods.

I ordered the Banana Boulevardier and it was delicious. After that I ordered a daiquiri (one of my go-to drinks) and it was probably one of the best ones I've ever had. The bartenders were all super nice and we enjoyed chatting with them. We weren't there to eat, but the food looked good. I would love to come back and order off of the Happy Hour menu. I couldn't find the happy hour times anywhere online, but they are 3-6 and 8-close every day.

When you first walk in, there are two kiosks where you can place your order and you may walk up to the cash register and order with a live person. We chose to order at the register and the employee was very friendly and explained the whole Motomaki process, which we appreciated. The process on how-it-works is located on the wall, but we both prefer in-person customer service. We ordered three rolls and one fountain drink for a total of $57 with tax.... I thought that was high for what we got. The service was fast and the ingredients were fresh. I'm glad I got the sauce on the side. My husband didn't care for the rolls because he said the seaweed was too fishy and he described them as "seaweed burritos". The rolls fell apart after we took off the aluminum foil. Also, just an FYI: three rolls were too many and we both would have been fine with one each but now we know for next time. Overall, I thought the food tasted good, the service was great, the price was high, and we would opt for bowls next time.

I appreciate the options for greens, white rice, brown rice, or a combo for the base. I loved the crispy eggplant, especially dipped in the jalapeño aioli. The salmon poke was cut and flavored well. The toppings tasted fresh and added a great texture to the bowl. I loved the addition of asparagus, which I don't often see in poke bowls. The happy hour $3 off from 2-5 p.m. is a great deal and brought my filling bowl down to $15.75. My order wasn't accurate -- I had to go up to the counter to ask for missing items that I had paid to add (edamame and a side of jalapeño aioli), but I was given them without a fuss. Everything was delicious and portion sizes were generous. I'd love to come back next time I'm in the area.

The man who greeted us was very nice and accommodating. More people arrived as we sat, including a woman who, it turned out, was also going to the Festival. I was choosing between Shrimp with Vegetables on the Chinese menu and a Vietnamese Noodle Bowl with Chicken and Eggroll. I went with the Vietnamese Bowl. My friend got the same only with shrimp. Both were delicious! There is a mild spice on the grilled chicken and it seemed like it might be the same one on the shrimp. I tasted hers. Delectable. And both were tender. The eggroll was nice and crunchy. The noodles were good. I would have liked more vegetables, and we both asked for more sauce. Not sure why they don't give more to start with. At other restaurants, I've always been served with enough sauce from the beginning. But he brought more of it promptly when we asked. I could only eat about half of mine. Because it was room temperature to begin with, hopefully the leftovers are OK having sat in my car for hours! The decor was nice. Tile on both the floor and walls. My friend really liked the walls and told the gentleman that he'd made a good choice! It all looks clean and cared for. I will go back. Hope you go, too! The spring rolls were like an oasis in the desert after walking around the Boulder Art Festival on a very sunny day in July. I knew I wanted mango sticky rice so I kept the entree light and got a cup of tom yum soup with tofu. This too was packed with an impressive amount of veg and protein. The flavor was nice but it was veeeeery salty so I left most of the broth behind. Finally time for dessert. I would have ordered it anyway but when the server said "the mangos are so perfect today" I was fully locked in. Thankfully, it didn't disappoint. The mango was indeed fresh and perfect. We tried it this evening and liked it a lot. I see why it is so popular. But do know they do not have identical menu items to the Denver locations. This fact did cause me to be disappointed when one of the items arrived at the table. My husband loved it though, as he is a big fan of cream cheese which I am not. I only eat items like NY cheesecake and on bagels with lox. What I wanted to try was the roasted duck dumpling but got the fried wonton with cream cheese and duck. It had a good sauce as well as a slice of mango and a pinch of pea shoots on the top. I do love baby pea shoots and though not what I envisioned, I did eat my portion. The shrimp spring rolls were some of the best I have had in a while. I had a hot oolong tea and my husband had a Thai tea. We both liked our drinks which were exactly as we expected. We also had a "small" plate of bbq chicken which was hardly a small thing. A large tasty section of chicken on a bed of lettuce with a side of shredded carrot and cabbage with a very nice sauce. It was perfect for my husband but as I am not allowed chicken skin, it was harder to eat but tasty. Such a bigger serving than we expected, we brought enough home for lunch tomorrow. The staff were friendly, helpful yet not intrusive. The setting was perfect for me and for all as the variety of styles allow for accommodating any needs. Pricing was average for Boulder and more than worth it. We will be back and try more items. Often have lunch with a friend who drives and it will be perfect for that this summer.
