    Thai Egg Rolls
    Stephanie C.

I've had Phuket a few times now (to-go) and I typically enjoy what I order. I really like their Pad Thai. It has good flavor and the right amount of sauce. The peanuts are nice and chopped and I appreciate that they put them off to the corner so you can add however much you like as you take a bite. I don't find their medium heat to be very spicy at all but adds a slight kick that pairs well with the zing from the lime and cilantro. The Pad See Ew is pretty good although not my favorite in the area. The beef isn't super flavorful and takes on a bit of a boiled quality in texture (not chewy, just kind of bland). I like the sauce and noodles. The Thai egg rolls are ok and have a good crunch. Overall, a good option for Thai in the Louisville area.

Good drunken noodles and Thai tea but the boba was not very good. I got Tofu drunken noodles which was good. Just a bit more than one serving for me. I also got Thai tea boba. The tea was good but the tapioca pearls were mealy and had a strange texture different from most other boba I have had before. We sat outside which was nice and the service was very quick. We came on a Sunday mid day and were the only party there.

This is by far my favorite place to get Thai food from. The customer service? Always amazing. The food? Always tasty. The ambiance? Stunning as well. I recommend this place to everyone I know. I am consistently driving a half hour to get this food because - yeah, it's that good.

This little Thai restaurant offers yummy food with a very friendly service. There's even a small patio that was shaded when we went for lunch. Inside, the place feels a bit cold and impersonal, I wish they'd find a way to make it more inviting. Doesn't need much! Good option for lunch when craving Thai food in Louisville!

Authentic flavor in their food. They have friendly and fast service every single time. Highly recommend their red curry chicken or the khao Soi, and especially their mango sticky rice! Very chill ambiance. Plenty of chill things to do in the plaza before or after you eat here.

Has quickly become my go-to Thai place in the Broomfield/Louisville/Superior area for its consistency and top notch food. Whether it's pad thai, pad see yew, or an appetizer, Phuket Thai never disappoints. Everything is always hot, fresh, and tasty with the highest quality ingredients and oodles of flavor. By go-to Thai dish is pad see yew and their's is really good, not too saucy or too dry, not too salty or too sweet. But it's their pad thai I can't get enough of, some of the best I've had in Colorado in my limited time here. Love the delicate noodles and slightly sweet peanut-y flavors. I've tried a handful of Thai joints in the surrounding area and Phuket trumps them all. It's located in a pretty generic strip mall, but it has a nice cozy ambiance inside and excellent customer service. Prices are more than fair for the quality. Only thing I am not a fan of thus far is their Thai Iced Teas; portion size is nice, but even though I have a big sweet tooth, this drink is way too sweet for my liking. If they tone done the sweetness, it would be perfect. Keep up the good work, chefs!

The pictures online looked good - however it was lacking favor. I got the chicken pad Thai, and it was average but again, lacking something.

They are only offering take out right now, but everything is perfectly packaged and stays hot all the way home! I've had such a hard time finding great asian food in the northern suburbs, but I think this might be it! Medium is the perfect spice level if you're a little wuss like me- adds great flavor! The drunken noodles were out favorite- next time I go I will change up my usual order! Normally we get pineapple curry at every thai restaurant- it's one of those meals that if it's good, you know everything else is good too. It was chock full of vegetables and a really soupy sauce that was great on rice. The pad thai was delicious too and totally worth getting! I think the real standout was the cheese wontons- they aren't the frozen cheap ones you find at most restaurants- they had a thick, crispy wrapper that felt much more homemade. Best wontons I've had anywhere! The chicken satay was served with a creamy peanut sauce with just a hint of spice. Highly highly recommend if you're looking for decent thai food!

Three taste chicken, watered down and soggy. Very small portions. Not worth the cost. Will not be returning

This was special because I am 100% GF, and struggle to find such a gluten-friendly cafe. I ate at Bittersweet Cafe and it was absolutely delectable! Such an adorable location, right on Main St, and had the cutest environment with lovely seating, large windows, and plants! I got: - Iced Matcha with Vanilla (7/10): It was quite your average matcha. What I did like about this particular matcha was that it wasn't too sweet! It went perfectly with the super sweet pastries and acted as a delicious palette cleanser. - Blueberry Earl Gray Muffin (9/10): This was one of the best GF muffins I've ever had. I LOOOVE earl gray flavored treats, and this one was especially unique. Each bite was incredible. HIGHLY recommend! - Blueberry Coffee Cake (9/10): DELICIOUS! With its large size it could serve many people, and it was incredible! Each bite got a bit of new flavor, sometimes cinnamon, crumb cake, or blueberry. So so good. - Lemon Bar (10/10): Possibly one of the best treats I have ever had. The creaminess of the custard mixed with the crust. I mean... absolute WOW. - Cubana Sandwich on GF Bread (9/10): So delicious, especially after my flight! The mustard and sauce made this sandwich perfect. I mean... WOW. This cafe was absolutely worth every second... I would almost fly to Colorado just for this cafe again!! Such a treat to see such a Gluten-Friendly cafe. Such a lovely experience. HIGHLY recommend. I bake my own bread and there's a line every weekend so I haven't felt the need to go but decided to give it a try. I got the almond cinnamon roll with lemon glaze and my gf got a croissant and cortado. I asked to have the cinnamon roll warmed up and the guy at the register said, "We actually don't warm up cinnamon rolls here." It's a $7 cinnamon roll that'll leave me hungry in 30 minutes and you can't heat it up? Ever heard of someone eating cold cinnamon rolls? I sure haven't. Gave it a shot anyways and had to wait to get home to warm it up as I wasn't impressed. 9/10 warm and 4/10 cold. Should've asked for a refund when he said no. Won't be going back

I know they had a vegetarian curry bun when I was there too but I have yet to try it. I also tried the passionfruit mochi donut and thought it was the best mochi donut I have had. The fruit flavor was perfectly sweet and tart and the mochi was chewy without being unyielding. I have not gone back to try their drinks but I know they have a menu for coffees and teas.
