Wow... Boulder has authentic Viet food! I was very taken by surprised. Pho tastes better than most in Denver. Noodles were soft and silky. Broth was well rounded. Ox tail cooked well but not mushy. Coffee is strong/dark the way Viet people like it. Com tam is really big. They topped it with a perfectly runny egg. It comes with 2 full pork chops. Honestly too big, we brought home most the meat. I wish they didn't make it so big because it's wasteful. A lot of people won't eat it all and throw it away. I think instead of $30/plate... reduce it to $20 and give less food. We had 2 adult males and they both could eat only half. Our bill for 3 adults 1 child... came out $97 with tip $120. 2 combo plates, 1 oxtail pho, 1 coffee. A lot steeper than other pho places. I guess that's my only complaint. I can't afford to eat at places like this. read more

I'm viet and from Southern California which has the highest viet population in the US so I unfortunately have high standards. This is the most authentic Vietnamese food you'll find in Boulder. Food was amazing! We got the spring rolls, they are very crunchy with an amazing peanut dipping sauce; the spicy brisket pho, and the brisket & tendon pho, both are amazing with the aroma of the broth with very generous portions. They also have a wide selection of condiments and their own homemade chili oil! We ended off our meal with their fresh sugar cane juice and the taste took us back home with how good it is! The service was impeccable and I love seeing the whole family working together! Ambiance is very nice with a very homestyle family resturant feel as well! Minus one star because they charged us a credit card fee when we used a debit card which was odd. read more

Came to Boulder to visit my couzos and was looking for a viet place that didn't require a drive to Denver. Yelp didn't have much reviews on this place but decided to give it a try anyways. Coming from the Bay (NorCal) and being ABC, I didn't expect much. The owner is soo nice!! I asked him if he had bun rieu (crab pork noodle soup, not listed on menu) cuz i like bun over pho and surprisingly he did!! He said he can make it for me from the freezer and o.m.ggg.. sooo good! i could taste the actual crab flavor! My bowl had meatballs (mix of real crab and pork), pork knuckle, cha lua, and I also got shrimp paste on the side! Owner said he wants to update his menu to include bun rieu, bun bo hue, and mi quang in the future... i'd def come back if I visit boulder in the future. His bun rieu is better than some I've had in the Bay Area! Pho broth was yumms too. The restaurant itself is spacious (can seat several big groups of 10+ if needed) with good vibes and the usual viet decor that I am used to, also lots of condiments on each table including sriracha, fish sauce, and chili sauce. Milk tea was good too, jasmine, I personally would skip the boba tho... not the texture I prefer and not as flavorful. If you want authentic viet noodle soup in Boulder, this is a good spot! Incredible broth. Plenty of meat. I usually get "large" when there are sizes, but their one size is great. Sugar cane drink is bomb.

The place looks great. Food was okay. The chili oil was surprisingly good. Service could have been a lot more friendlier. The man (cook) who brought out our Pho was way more inviting than the waitresses. We had a young lady that didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Drove by this shopping center last week and noticed there was a new pho spot next to Walgreens. I went with my partner and gave it a try today and it was delicious. We ordered the rare beef and brisket pho, the rare beef and flank pho, strawberry black tea and milk boba tea. The pho came with so many greens inside it and there was a great selection to put in it as well. I could tell the broth was authentic and it was quite good. There's only one size of pho to order, but for the price of $16 it was great. The teas were very refreshing and tasty, too. Food came out within 15 minutes. The only thing is that the menu is small so it gets rid of the paradox of choice, but there aren't any apps other than spring and egg rolls. Doesn't matter if you're there for the pho, but something to keep in mind. Very cozy and calm vibes in the place. Feels very open and I love how seamlessly the kitchen fits into the layout. Overall it was worth a try. I recommend to anyone looking for a good new pho spot in Boulder. read more

Came in at noon, got seated right away. Service was top notch and the pho was great! Pho is assembled in the kitchen right next to you, so you can watch them if you're interested. Table has all the condiments so that's a plus. I was just in Vietnam so I had to order a sugarcane drink, I'm glad I did. Amazing Pho! First time trying pho so I am far from an expert, but it was fresh and tasty with crunchy veggies and a rich broth. Many topping and meat choices, our favorite was the beef brisket. I went in for a small order and was taken back by extra charges i.e Credit Card Fee, and a Package fee. And they dont tell you until you get your reciept. I think that charging an extra 20% for an order is a lot. And then they ask for a tip. While the food wasnt bad, i dont know if i will go back. And at 5PM no one there and thr phone rang once. Hopefully they reconsider the extra charged. read more
