I asked the young lady behind the counter if she could personalize cupcakes or cookies with and edible screen print of my companies logo and I barely got the question out of my mouth when she wrinkled up her nose and said "uh, I don't think we do that" I don't think she had any idea of what I was talking about and didn't make any effort to find out. Visited the bakery 3-4 times based on recommendations from friends. Ordered Chocolate gnash cake which was very good. Tried a sample of Strawberry which was good but the one we ordered for the birthday was not the same what we tasted. Also the other thing I want to point is their customer service or the lack of it. They seem very least bothered with our curiosity and our concerns and they were lackadaisical with their approach to most of the customer who visited when we were there. I bought a cake here last minute for a birthday lunch on a Sunday when no other bakeries were open and I didn't want another grocery store cake. I knew they had ready made cakes from a friend who had suggested this place awhile back. My bday girl picked the Black Forest cake. I was skeptical bc I was thinking it was going to be too horribly sweet, but her choice. First, we are not fans of sugary sweet desserts... My uncle who does not like desserts went back for a second piece. My aunt said she was going to order a cake for her 70th from here. My husband who hates cake said it was really good and likes it so much more compared to the other cakes we've had in the past. We recently purchased a graduation cake and they did not accept a coupon that we had because they claimed it needed a design on the cake, which no where on the coupon claimed that. I ordered an 8 inch round cake with creme filling. It was a "themed" custom cake, but very simple. Honestly, it tasted good, however, the cake looked very amateurist. I'm not cheap, but I paid $75.00 for this cake that looked like it was thrown together for the school bake sale. Not at all impressed. I've bought a fresh made 12" Sam's Club cake for $ 18.99 and got a much better cake for the value. I ordered this cake long-distance, over the phone and really didn't know what to expect. The best bakery in Columbus Ohio! I love the mocha cake it is the cake I get for my birthday, anniversary or any celebration. My wife loves the chocolate the best and my children love them all! My children ask for a Yummy Bakery cake over the fancy DQ cakes or the decorated theme cakes from other bakeries. The only bad thing I can say about this bakery is once you start eating a piece of anything they make you cant stop you have to have more!
