Yummie Pho- Honestly........ I had heard that this establishment had pretty good pho and very fresh spring rolls, so I gave it a try. Yummie Pho in my opinion is undoubtedly the worst place in the Tri-Cities to get Pho! If you like garlic then you will love Yummie Pho! If you like apples in your pho then you will like Yummie Pho! I completely disliked everything about them. This is white washed pho and I will not partake of it! There are way better restaurants to get AUTHENTIC Pho, 10 minutes away from this location! Yummie Pho as far as I'm concerned is just a place for people to eat at, that are too scared to go into old kennewick and pasco to get some real Pho! read more

While I did not particularly like the pho a few years ago, I have come around to it, or they improved it to the point that I enjoy and recommend it now. Probably the only place in town that actually offers tripe and tendon, if you actually like it. I don't, but i appreciate the offering! I think its a little pricey, but not terrible. They have a great deal for lunch pho if you can take advantage of it. Spring rolls are tasty and dipping sauce is good. It has pulled ahead of Pho Le for my vote, so I give it 4 stars to reflect that. Nice big TV too if there happens to be a game on. read more

I ordered beef and meatball Pho, my husband had spicey beef pho, and we shared the pot stickers appetizer. First off, the pot stickers were not good, they cost almost 5 dollars, and we got 5 small pot stickers that were over fried, tasted old, and lacked on filling. Both orders of Pho were just, okay. Broth was not very rich, nothing was very fresh tasting. They lacked on meat severely, I had maybe 5 bites of meat in my "beef and meatball" pho. The service was really horrible, no one even came out from the back till about 10 minutes after we were sitting there, it was extremely awkward. We helped ourselves to menus by the register since we were sitting there for so long. Over $30 dollars later and really only poor things to say, we won't be back. Very disappointing. read more

Yummie Pho does NOT offer Vegetarian/Vegan options. Their menu has Tofu Pho but it is served with Chicken Broth. According to the waitress none of the main dishes on their menu is or can be made vegetarian/vegan. They do offer salad rolls & spring rolls though. Clearly, we got the wrong dish, now that I have read other reviews. My aunt and I got a noodle dish. She had chicken and I had beef. Both dishes looked identical . We could not even tell if we got the same meat...tasted exactly the same. The flavor was muddled and I could not taste the ingredients. I live in So. California and have been to many pho restaurants. This place was not yummy at all. Neither of us could eat our meals and ended up throwing the leftovers away. Our waitress could barely speak English, which for me is fine, however, she went home during our meal, never to return and no one to tell us she was being replaced. I used their restroom and OMG! While everything above the floor was clean, my feet stuck to the ground and that made me sick to my stomach! I'm not sure if that floor ever got cleaned. Yummie excels as a lighter lunch option. The daily lunch specials always highlight the most popular dishes which makes it a solid choice anytime. When I found this place it was my first experience with Pho. I enjoy the chicken pho with all the fresh veggies and spices. The shrimp spring rolls are top notch and the peanut sauce stands out. Teriyaki is average. Unfortunately, the dining area is relatively small so it can get cramped. Staff is generally friendly and the food comes out fast. read more

One of the best Pho places I've been to. Brought the wife and kid to the place and they loved it. Wonderful staff, amazing service. I had the spring rolls, Egg rolls and Phò (Beef and meatball). I also had the coconut boba. The spring rolls were good but needed more shrimp and the peanut sauce was good but I personally don't like the thick peanut sauce as much as the more liquidy type but they gave us the thick. The egg rolls were small but they were freshly made and very tasty. The meatballs in the Phò had a weird texture but still tasted good. The broth was good but not the best I've had. The boba was delicious! All in all it was good but I'm still on the hunt for a better spot in tri cities if that is possible. Also, there wasn't one Vietnamese person working there lol read more

I really don't understand how this place hasn't been shut down. Was really in the mood for pho, walked in and almost every table was dirty, none of the staff were wearing masks. Seemed like the servers family was living in the dining room, kids running around with no masks , and a teenage boy walking around with a back pack no wearing a mask either as he would go back and forth into the kitchen . Sauces on tables looked very used and never wiped down . Family in the middle of the dining room were flipping through channels on tv at full sound. Had to walk across the street to McDonald's to go to the bathroom since yummie pho's bathroom was shut down. I was really grossed out by the place. Never going back again. We were really in the mood for some pho tonight and this place hit the spot just right. Both the service and food was great! The waitress happily accommodated our family of 6 with extras bowls, plates, napkins, etc and a high chair for our 2yr old. Her recommendation of the teriyaki chicken was a good one! We also ordered chicken pho and egg rolls with Thai tea drinks (super Yummie tea!) It was obvious that we're weren't the only ones who enjoyed the menu as several parties were seated and take out orders went out the door one right after the other. I called in this am to place a order to go. The women on the phone was very rude to me and acted as if she didn't want to place to the order. She kept giving me reasons to not place the order. It was very odd. So I placed my order and drove from Richland to Kennewick to get the order and when I got there the doors were locked. It was during regular business hours and the open sign was lit up but the doors were locked. There were also others waiting outside. I called back and was told it was going to be awhile. I asked how long and also let the women know there were people standing outside waiting and two people had left. She didn't really seem to care. She then confessed her cook never showed up and or was late and she was waiting on her. But then she also said my food will be ready soon. I said so are you cooking it or is the cook gone. Then she said the cook left for the store and she didn't know when the cook would be back. I suggested she come outside and explain what's going on to the people waiting. She never did. I left and all the time I spent waiting I wasn't able to pick up lunch before work. So I didn't get a chance to try the food but w customer service like that I won't be back. If there is restaurant that had better pho I probably would still go her just because of the owners amazing customer service! He really rewards you for being loyal with his kindness and professional demeanor! I always get the beef and meatball pho and it is always amazing! I recently learned that there are knock off pho restaurants that use the wrong noodles and don't even give you the lime and bay leaves! I was flabbergasted. They have big portions which seems to be a staple with pho. I also get egg rolls with peanut sauce as a treat for myself. They look at me a little weird, because it seems more traditional to do this with spring rolls, but I would slather that sauce on anything! My wife and I were looking for a good pho place, and it looks like we found it very near our home. The food was excellent, we had the beef pho, and the chicken pho, with a side of pot stickers and everything was delicious. The young lady that served us was wonderful. Happy and pleasant even when it got busy. We got there a bit before the dinner rush and we were pretty much alone, but shortly after that people started coming in, and the carry out was busy as well. Staff was great. Food was pretty good. Was a bit disappointed that it was so salty. Not sure what was added in but it's the saltiest pho soup I've had before. I had the chicken and my hubs the beef. Beef was even more salty. The hot tea we go though was great. Our noodles were also a bit over cooked. When you try to use your chop sticks they fell apart. Where do I start... I took a few friends here mostly because all the other places were closed and holy cow was I disappointed. The service and food were equally terrible. The waitress didn't bring us silverware both times we asked, the veggies were discolored and wilted, the pho took a long time to come out and was mediocre at best, the bubble tea was lukewarm, and came in these tiny milkshake cups for five dollars! Again he second time we asked the waitress for silverware to eat our food she tossed 5 chopsticks and spoons on our table. Horrible customer service would not recommend. Went here on a cold, rainy night while doing business in Tri-cities. What a find. There's nothing I love more than a hot steamy bowl of pho when I'm feeling under the weather and this place served up a delicious bowl. It's in a little strip mall off of Clearwater Ave, but the signage is good so you won't miss it. This is a family "mom and pop" shop in a smaller town and I've seen them struggle with staff turnover like any other restaurant. I'm from California and have had good Pho, I eat the traditional bowl that has all the good stuff, This place was OK, The noodles were a lil harder then I'm use to, the soup broth was a lil watered down but still had a good base. Also this place was pricey, $9.00 for a bowl of pho is really high, I understand its something different, but it shouldn't be so high I will also give them a 2nd chance to check out there rice dishes.
